This vehicle was originally purchased on June 27th and went through the PDI inspection process and initial shop procedure before being put on the lot for sale and passed all rigorous inspection process The vehicle was brought in to us by the customer on July 21st with miles for a stalling out concern We got the vehicle in the shop and the technician first connected Chrysler WI-Tech (Chrysler diagnostic equipment) to vehicle to see if there were any stored or active codes presentThere were no faults in all systemsTech proceeded to try and duplicate the concern by driving the vehicle, no concerns arose during test driveThe tech pursued to contact Chrysler S.T.A.R(Service Technical Assistant Resource) center regarding the issue with the vehicle, STAR in turn had the technician monitor fuel system pressure, pull fuel sample, uploaded configuration, freeze frame, snapshot, event data, and vehicle scan reports and upload them to Chrysler tech supportNo failures were found through the uploaded dataChrysler STAR center advised us to duplicate the concern before any repair attempts were madeTech and Shop foreman continued to drive vehicle on a daily basis to try and duplicate the concernWe have yet to duplicate the concern on the vehicle with having put miles on it thus far Josh W [redacted] Service ManagerLHM Dodge Peoria

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The problem is still the SAME stalling problem that we has almost a year ago when we first brought it to you and you claimed it was the gas tankYou were then, and have been wrong ever sinceWe have wasted several months and almost $3,in useless car repairsThe last time we brought it in it was doing the SAME EXACT THING as beforeIt's stallingThe same as a year ago, the same as months ago and the same as a week agoStallingYou charged us a diagnostic fee and you never diagnosed itWe will see you in call claimsYou owe us that money back because you never fixed or correctly diagnosed our carThe rental has absolute nothing to do with this issueAnd the fact that you paid for one of the repairs (a repair that still didn't fix it) also has nothing to do with the many months and thousands of dollars that we paid to your dealership trusting that your mechanics would diagnose and fix our car, which did not happenWe will obviously need to work this out in courtYou cannot charge people whatever you want for random parts and expect them to go without their vehicle for months and months whole charging them thousands of dollars for nothingThat is not fairYou have accepted no responsibility in the neglectful diagnoses and chargesThat is not acceptable to us at all Sincerely, Julia T [redacted]

My name is [redacted] , the VIN# for my van is [redacted] I have a copy of the negotiation sheet that says the purchase price and on top of that it says, "YOU WIN" I also have the details for the purchase price, taxes and the warranty I know and chose to add this is what doesn't add upIt is aprox $3,higher than what was agreed upon and I never got an answer just as outlined in the complaint
