I will be willing to accept another year of oil changesHowever, I do want to note for the record that the lifetime oil changes WAS offered to me and I have several friends on Facebook that have confirmed they received the same offer when purchasing their car at your dealershipAdditionally, I would like to know what happened with the employee who called me a *** while I was in the dealershipI am hoping he faced some major consequences for his actionsIf he did not, I plan on getting ahold of the Miller family to advise them what had happened and how their employees actedThe final "paperwork" was not gone over with me with a fine toothed combThe only thing I reviewed were the loan/financing details not the extra so called "perks" that your salesman was offeringYour dealership should make it a point to review those with customers and also request that they initial or sign something proving that they have been reviewed with themThe salesman should also be present when the customer is finalizing the loan so that there are no chances of "miscommunication"How do I redeem the next year of oil changes? Is it recorded under my name?

I am rejecting this response because: Offering a refund to forgive the incompetence of the Larry Miller Dodge sales staff and accept my vehicle as incomplete is insupportable and in no way fair“Sorry we installed the wrong items, so here, you can keep the wrong items for free and continue owning a vehicle you only bought because we promised to make it the same as a factory installed vehicle.” Unacceptable!Offering to buy out my car’s current value is all about making a sale for the dealership only and means I’m also accepting losing the nine payments I’ve made on the car to date and a $protective film on the entire front end of my vehicle, approximately $Then, I’m offered another vehicle that is again missing items and told I can have the features for a price, even though I already paid for them once, and charge me tax, title and license againAnd to boot, they’ll restart my financing over again at a new higher value? Ridiculous.It’s incomprehensible that Larry Miller Dodge has not taken any ownership in their mistake by any means other than offering to sell me another carI’ve heard no apologies from any member of management, but here, spend more money than you did the first time and still not get all of the features we promised you unless you pay for them again.I do not accept the dealership’s offer as just and fairI will only accept one offer with two parts: First, Larry Miller Dodger does Full Buy-out of my current incorrectly equipped Charger, currently $27,512.Second, I agree to purchase from Larry Miller Dodge an equivalent Charger with the correct equipment installed I requested initially for the exact same purchase price I paid originally of $30,out the door, which included tax, title and license, Extended warranty Blackout Package and Beats Speaker Audio System with Sub, as well as the installation of the backup SYSTEM and leather seats with ventilation and heating as originally agreed upon and the same warranty package I purchased (Paintless Dent Service Contract, Vehicle Theft Registration Warranty, Paint and Fabric and Leather Warranty, Vehicle Service Contract, Maintenance Agreement, and Gap Addendum) cancelled and transferred to the new vehicle as per GM Johnny M***The Maximum Steel color Charger, stock J1512, is the only Charger SXT Plus in stock in the same color as my current vehicle and is my first color choice, but would need to have the leather seats with heating and ventilation and the Beats Speaker Audio system with Sub installed at Larry Miller Dodge’s expense to make it an equivalent vehicle.I would also consider a Charger SXT Plus w/Leather (meaning the leather is factory installed and not aftermarket) but would only need to have the audio system upgraded to the Speaker Beats Audio system with Sub at the dealer’s expense to make it an equivalent vehicle.I’m offering to purchase a newer vehicle for the same deal I made originally, but with the CORRECT features installed as promised that I’ve already paid forI believe this is more than fair given how much time and money I have already spent dealing with this issue and reprehensible the treatment I've received from Larry Miller Dodge and it’s staff over the past now months as of today.If this offer is not acceptable by Larry Miller Dodge, then I gladly formally request a Revdex.com Arbitration hearing to finally settle this matter

Mr*** came into our service facility and requested we re-flash the modules on the truck back to the factory settingsWe generated the repair order and quoted the $plus tax
for the repair to perform the re-programThe prcie for all computer module re-programs is $and is in line to every repair facility in the Weber County areaThe technician does plug into the truck and navigates the computer programming software to return the trucks modules to factory settingsThe customer charge does pay the technicians time to re-program, but we also get charged monthly from Chrysler for the software and equipment that is used to perform the repairThe technicians also recieve a lot of training for these types of repairWhile it is pretty simple, if performed incorrectly it can erase one of the computer modules and they cost anywhere from $to $for this truckThe truck was then returned to the customer and hepaid the $plus tax and signed the accounting copy acknowledging the price and payment for the repairThe customer did reach out to my consultant, Mr*** after but was satisfied with the repair that was performed

Dear Mrs***, I am sorry about the confusion concerning your purchase. I had the opportunity to discuss with you the situation. As you are aware, I have also reviewed your case with all the employee’s involved. The Jeep Cherokee you purchased was not equipped with
satellite radio. This is something that all the employee’s are aware of and it is our position that we never promised or implied that this vehicle had satellite radio. We have a form in our paperwork that would show such and issue if it had been discussedI have also reviewed the paperwork and did not find anything that would suggest that we promised you the upgrade In the case of your vehicle, it is not possible to add satellite radio. We spoke with Chrysler and it would necessitate not only putting in a new radio, but also changing out the wiring. An alternative would be to put in an aftermarket system. The cost would be in the area of $350. as they said they were sure it was fixedThe moment that he got on the freeway by the dealership it was sqeeking they say it's normalWe took it back to the dealership to have them check it outThe didIt give us a rentalThey told him he had to go pick it up as nothing was wrong with our truckOn Monday the 28th today*** has took it to chevey dealership and they have said there is still an issue with the truckAs so did our mechanic on southWe still have the vehical as they say that there isO issue and won't try to fix it or solve this issueWe are irritated as we have paid on a truck for three months that the dealership has hadWe had to go get another vehicle as the was going to be our reliable winter carAnd we don't have it so we had to goBuy another vehicleSo I have a reliable winter car

I am rejecting this response because:Why is it relevent that I come in to work a deal when I am being told by the sales manager that the promised price of the car would not be honored although it was supposed to be NO HAGGLING? Meaning we are not supposed to "work" a "deal" per the stipulations of the price promiseThe consumer is going to drive to the dealership and banter back and forth? As stated, this was a baiting tactic and advertisementThe amount that they were trying to sell the car afterwards was not a compromise and they told me that they could not go any lowerI was told there was no deal to be madeFurthermore, I am making a complaint because these unlawful practices have effected other consumers who have the same sentiments in regards to using "price promise" through Edmunds and the dealerships are liableThen this price was listed on several other used car sites, not just EdmundsAccording to consumer protection laws it does not matter the price differential, it does not matter if it was made in error, nor does it matter the quantity of time it was advertised
