I was told that my monthly payment was going to be 119 dollars . I looked at my account today and the payments are for 177 dollars. Had he told me the truth from the start I wouldn’t have taken out this loan. He lied from the start .

The worst people to deal with, they are ruthless and mob like.

I took out a loan for 2,400 dollars and have taken several loans with this company and always paid on time, they made thousand of dollars of interest from me, I lost over half my income due to Covid-19 and can not pay this back, and it makes me sick. I tried talking on the phone with customer service but got no relief. I am so extremely distressed over this I am physically ill. Please in this situation with Covid-19 to not take advantage of me when there is nothing I can do.

Due to the COVID19 situation I had to start taking a pay cut since April, started with 50% or go on umemployment. I needed to keep my job so I took the pay cut...I have called every two weeks trying to get my payment lowered or some kind of other payment option and all the have done was skip my payments and the two stop payments has now put me in collections even though it was suggested by them to do so. In order to try and make a new arrangement I had to set up a payment day for the skipped payment, these were set up for July however now I have been told we are taking another pay cut of 20% and now I can no longer afford this loan with its current terms...I need to pay for my rent and utilities before any additional payments to loans etc are paid. I need help as they continue to not help just keep pushing back the payments and sending me to collections when have asked since April to help with the loan...all my utilities and such have been so supportive in allowing me to pay partial payments or offered alternative options to help stay afloat. Sadly I work in the hospitality industry and I have been told my pay decrease could go till the end of the year.

I have received an email separate from the company to settle the loan and apply all the payments I have made to the principal and settling the account in the amount of $379.59, I replied to their email to confirm I agree and will be sending the check in the amount of $379.59 closing the account to to the address listed in the letter on Friday 6/12/2020 once I have borrowed the money from my family to pay off the amount. Attached is the letter that was sent to me

In January, I took out a 1200 loan. I have made 4 payment of $413 and now they say my payoff is almost $1400. I am on SSDI and my LONG term Disability has ended. I cannot afford to pay anymore. The States Attorney Generals office said this loan was illegal and I should not have to pay it. They did stop my ACH withdrawal but say I still owe the other 8 months at $413. This is just crazy.

I took out a loan for $1000 in August 2019. As of 6/5/2020, I have paid 2,409.68. I understand that this is predatory lending but there was an emergency and I have been paying the loan on time since I took it out. As of March, I have been unemployed because of COVID-19. I called in and they skipped the April payment. I called in May because nothing has changed as far as my status. I was told that they could only allow one skip and I would have to make a payment of 344.24 on June 29 and another payment of 344.24 on June 30th. 344.24 is the amount I have been paying each month. I had to agree to that at the time because they have my bank account information. However, I am extremely distressed by this because I feel it is unethical to take advantage of consumers during this time and this puts me in an even worse situation. I have paid more than the original amount of this loan with interest. I am even further concerned about the fact that the company continues to change its name.

Got this 600 dollar payday loan and was told of 4 payments of 239.41 and I go online to.make my.first payment and they have a payment schedule for 12 payments of 239.41. If I would've known that I wouldn't of done it. They lied to me

I took out a $800 installment loan with this company on Jan 1, 2020. At a 465.85% interest rate. My payments have been $275.39 per month. As of June 2,2022 I've made 5 payments totalling $1376.95. I contacted the company to get a payoff and they informed me it was $951. Had I known that they were not applying anything to principle I'd never done business with them. This is outrageous to do business this way. They're should be something that can be done about this besides sue.

You better RUN away from this company!!!
I took out a $500 dollar loan on October 15, 2019. My first payment in the amount of $172.12 was due October 25th. So for 10 days, I was charged the full 30-day interest rate. My payments continued at $172.12 paid on time and in full until 5.29.20 when I paid off the loan. They deducted $172.12 on 5.25.20, and I STILL OWED THEM $360.74 for the payoff on 5.29.20. This loan cost me $1,565.04. No credit for paying early. NOTHING. Very unfair and PREDATORY. RUN!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Borrowed 700 in loans from them have paid off 500 of the loan and am trying to pay off this company but interest rates grow by the day making it harder to pay off pay off gets higher and higher by the day

I applied for a loan with this company without knowing the amount of fees and interest that's charged. I received a loan in the amount of $1100 from this Lendumo and after the loan was finalized I was told the pay back would be $3900 to pay back and it would be $533 a month to pay back. This is robbery! They prey on vunerable citizens during a financial crisis. The money I borrowed was for my rent. I paid 3 payments. I suffer from Lupus, my job cut my hours back and when the pandemic started it was even worse for me financially. I called several times before I was able to speak with someone asking to stop the direct payments from my account. They stopped the direct payments but I received calls from collections after that. This pandemic has caused hardships for slot of citizens. To be expected to pay almost three times the amount is ridiculously high. They refuse to work with you. This company should be investigated in regards to their high interest and the pay back terms. They scam people out of there money than send it to collections without trying to help with arrangements. The economy is struggling as well as the citizens. They took advantage of a vulnerable situation.

I have them debit my account every week I had a confirmation email on the 27th saying that they received my payment it is not in my bank account now they're telling me today on the 28th that they never received my payment and that it has something to do with my bank this isn't right I feel as though I'm getting ripped off I want nothing to do with them anymore

I took a loan out with this company and was not aware of the high interest or payment amount until after I signed the loan docs and received an email after the fact. I called them or tried to call them several times to cancel the request, no answers, left email, ect. In the meantime I received the principle amount I called again and spoke to someone and they said it was too late you are stuck with it. I have had my hours cut way back and furloughed due to the economy right now and essentails. I had to make some adjustments financially, THEY WERE NEVER WILLING TO ANSWER OR HELP ME OUT UNTIL AFTER THEY GAVE ME THE LOAN. Now I am stuck with huge interests and payments. They seem to scam many people after reading all the complaints. I had to close my bank account cause it went negative due to lack of work funds. I am filing this complaint because they are riduculous rates and not even sure if legally in CA they can charge this amount and they are very hard to communicate with since I was trying to tackle this issue immediately after.

I mistakenly took out a loan in August of 2019 for $1000.00 I made bi-weekly payments of $268.45 until December. At that time called and asked to skip the December 6th payment because of mortgage and taxes. On the day I was to pay taxes Amplify (now Lendumo) took the payment out of my checking account. I called them and they denied ever speaking with me and told me they would not be able to refund the money. I called my bank and stopped payment. I then had to wait 3 days to access the money I needed for the bill.
I tried to speak with them about the loan and they told me I was mistaken and never called them. My bank (with my permission) stopped all payments to Lendumo.
I later tried to re-negotiate with them about the loan. As of 4-24-2020 I have paid $2169.00 on a $1000.00 loan.
Lendumo has sent my loan to collections Zenresolve 1-800-225-1375. They are stating that I owe $1226.88.
They have called my phone multiple times (never leaving a msg) and now are calling my work place.

I took out for $525 from this company not realizing that the interest rate is 745%! The total interest is almost $1500, so total that I will pay is over $2000 for $525?
I am going through a financial hardship due to covid 19, I called them to make a reasonable payment arrangement because I cannot afford $168 every two weeks for the next 5-6 months. They told me they cannot lower the payment or adjust the terms. They would let me skip a payment but that would go to the back of the loan. I cannot afford this and need help so it doesn’t go into collection. I’ve already paid back $335, they are the only company that I am aware of that is not helping consumers affected by this pandemic.

this company is nothing buy dishonest loan sharks. The terms of loan were not forthcoming and very sketchy. I was not aware of the interest and the payment plan until after the loan was signed. I was under the impression I would have this loan paid off in a few months, however, it was nothing buy interest payments for several months. I would never have agreed to this kind of loan had I known. I recently have been disabled and unable to make any payments. I also just received a collection from a zenresolve company claiming to be collection for this company. I have no proof that this is a legit company either.

I got a $1200 loan from this company in November 2019. At the time the company was Amplified, at some point they switch over to Lendumo, but I was not aware of that. They have received payments from me in the amounts of $2625.80. My payments were complete on3/27/20. Now they are still calling trying to get more money. Saying my account is in collections. They have gotten more than enough money to cover this loan. I don’t have any more money to give them. I was off work over a month due to Covid -19, and I am trying to get my financial affairs on track. I feel that this loan is paid in full. They are gouging consumers.

This is resolved.

I Was approved for a loan March 17, 2020 for $1200. I was told I would pay 79% finance charge. After signing a brief link I had agreed upon, the documents emailed showed 792.23% finance charges and with out proper spelling of not only name but address of mine. The documents I signed stated with any information that was in accurate would not be validated. Yet the price gouging base more important then accurate information received. I called and spoke to customer service rep a few times due to not only the error on the application of name and address as well as in agreeable finance percentage rate. I try tried explaining employment of mine affected by covid-19 hit hard and correcting percentage of finance charge and lowering payments and efforts of paying off for principle loan. I was told there may have been communication of finance percentage through phone calls and were apologetic but did not correct anything and continue to take $357.24 in my account every two weeks. I’ve already paid $1071.72 and they continue pushing loan through ending August 2020 with a finance charge of $3086.88 which would bring the total loan responsibility to $4286.88. Having limited income and three children to raise on my own it is impossible to pay over $700 a month from my account that is already depleted from home & family expenses and responsibilities. I’d appreciate any assistance ending this nightmare so I can continue life comfortably and without ever doing business with loan sharks who obviously have no compassion for struggles we deal with today
