I tried to payoff my loan early my I've had the loan almost 2 months my loan was for $750 the agent told me to pay it off I would need a $1000 and that's after I gave them. $350 the previous week I don't understand how that's possible when I signed up for the loan I was told I could pay it off after my first payment the payoff quote was $900 and change how after only 6 weeks my payoff went up and after I've paid money the agent also said if I didn't pay the loan off that day my loan altogether will be $2000 lets do the math after a month my loan went up to $1300 but in a year of making payments it would be $2000 that don't make sense then I talked to supervisor she said my interest goes up every day ok if that's the case I still paid $350 so my payoff should not be $1000 she gave me an email address for her boss which did not work and she said she couldn't change anything in the computer I've done high interest loans before never has the early payoff went up that much in a month the company has refused to look into it

I borrowed 1200 from this company. It was approved and the contract was sign I was told that I wold have to pay 413.87 from Feb to Jan. 2021. I told the person that ridulous. But I couldnt cancel. Then I recieved the money 4 days late but my payments kick in on time.right now they are saying I owe 3700 and payoff is 1500. When I got the loan I was doing some parttime work but since the virus the job is closed. I recieve ssdi which is enough to pay my rent and buy food. The interest rate is terrible as I already paid over 1200 and a payment is coming up on the may29th. I have health problems and had to with go some meds. I wish I had the full picture before I sign as they want 4 to 5 times what you borrow back.I wont suggest or use this company again. Please help me. So I can survive

I took a loan for 800 . I paid 275.39 for a month. I did know this was a 12 month payment process. Ive paid to date 275.39× 6 payments = $1652.34. Ive given double the amount of which I owe so far and they expect another 1600 dollars . I dont think thats legal cause in 2020 the california tax laws changed for lenders and they are not supposed to charge u over 46 percent on loans under 2500. So 46 pecent of 800 is 368 +800= $1168 so I woudl like to be refunded $484.34 that I paid over and the account closed. It not nice to pick on a disabled vet and make them pay a rediculous rate during the corona virus pandemic .this is raping somebody for every cent they have thinking $3304.68 is a acceptable payment for a $800.00 loan. Thats over 4 × the loan amount. 400% your business shouldbe shut down for this.

When speaking to rep she didn't speak clear English thought she said terms where $74 per month but were really $274per month!once I went online and seen it was $274 per month in less than 5 minutes I called back and told them I didn't want the loan! They told me it was too late to stop the loan but the money will not get into my account until tomorrow! It's not even 274 dollars they can get a month out of this account

I am not a part of this loan transaction and will not involve myself by filing a police report. Lendumo should report this matter to the proper authorities. They in fact are the party that was defrauded not me. Perhaps they shoud revise their lending practices and/or be more diligent in regards to ensuring that their monies are distributed to the correct party.

TO ACCEPT THAT OFFER, THEY WOULD RETURN TO ME MY PAYMENT THAT PAID THE AMOUNT THEY FELT I STILL OWED, Which as was stated more than the original note itself. I will still be contacting the attorney general of the state and the tribe counterpart as well. This type of business can't continue.

Lendumo on 5/22/20 credited my bank account 1,167.76, the amount I paid to them to pay off the loan. This action seems to be the resolution that I required by the previous "refusal to accept their resolution". If going forward I receive notice from Lendumo that this note is paid off and cleared, that is an acceptable resolution. They will also agree to no longer withdraw from my bank account to pay the loan, nor require any future payment to satisfy this loan, nor send this note to collections for payment, nor pursue any method to garner continued payment of this loan. Only then will this be a successful solution to this dispute.

I took out a loan for $600 back in December and have paid over $1,200 back, with payment of $206.54 a month. I have made several calls with no luck in reaching or talking to anyone. I'm in a little financial bind, but I also wasn't explained the fees or interest rates and I feel that I am being taken for. I'm disability with a very limited income which I told them that. I feel that this loan is paid.

I applied for a personal loan with this company for $800.I did not receive contract info until after signing it and was NOT informed of the 401 percent interest that they were charging until after getting involved. After I signed the contract the agent told me that my payment would be $275.39 each month for a 12-18 months. I immediately was ticked off because I only borrowed $800. This much interest on a loan should be investigated especially when this isn’t shared until AFTER esigning. They are loan sharks. I made 3 consecutive payments totaling $827.70 .The rep told me that I could not cancel the loan because I had already signed the contract. But again the interest isn’t shared with the consumer, the agent did not share this with me. If I would have known this I would not have done it. On 5/12/2020 I get a call at 10:40 pm waking me out of my sleep and my children at night and had the nerve to leave a late night message stating it was urgent that I call. Due to the COVID-19, No ONE is making money! I want my account considered paid in full the loan was for $800 and they have received $827.70. I am not working due to covid. Please be aware that this company is not stopping interest or collections , this company is price gouging. I have no more money for them and need to feed my kids! They have received $27 over what was initially
Loaned, and they practice not letting the consumer know about the 401 percent interest , who in Their right mind would agree to such terms! Please look into this company’s business practices.

I requested a$1,100.00 loan in February, 2020...I made payment April 1st and May 1st in the amount of $378.66 per month. I called on May 11, 2020 and asked for a payoff to be made Wednesday May 13th and was told that would be $1800. I told *** whom I was speaking with that’s impossible. I would never agree to that amount. When I-spoke to the initial loan officer he assured me that a early pay off would not have any penalties and they encourage this. On Thursday May 14th I asked again about a pay off for Friday May 15th and was told the payoff would be $1200. I spoke with *** (Supervisor) on this day and I asked about an agreed amount we could come to payoff the loan, and he was not in agreement. I was advised my interest rate was 400% and I had 10 more installments on this loan. I was also told that between Monday and today is $12.60 accrued daily, that would only be $25.20 not the amount of $1200 and $1800 in four (4)days later. This all seems illegal can you please help.

Dear Lendumo" I recently emailed you several times regarding this matter of payment.

I call customer service as well regarding my payment of $143.44 customer service agreed to pushed back from the original amount $286.86 due date of 05/05/2020 to 05/08/2020.

I personally spoke to customer service explaining my banking issues as well as confirmation of the payment being mailed rather than electronically obtain due to the pandemic crisis.

I spoke to my accounts being temporarily put on hold due to my unemployment status "yet" your systems continues to record no payment received which is in correct additionally your system continues to make an attempt to recover payments electronically which furthers an already over exceeding account.

Therefore" if Lendumo continues to extract payments electronically I will file a claim against you to my banks fraud department as a result of constant ignoring of information sent in this email.

I have made the payment of $ 143.44 for the payment date 05/08/2020 by mail over a week ago with no response stating Lendumo did not receive payment by mail.

Your records state otherwise which is incorrect please make the adjustments" you will from this point forward receive payments through the US Postal services as my Unemployment schedule payment becomes readily available.

If you would be so kind as to convey my counter offer to the respondent as third party engagement I feel is necessary for progression. I would like to counter the respondents offer before deciding to accept or reject it due to your email speaking to a 10 day timeline. According to Lendumo collections the recent agreements we made to pay [$143.44] scheduled for 05/08/20 by there Customer service agent will take 2-3 weeks to post is inaccurate according to there mailing payment guidelines. Therefore, I would offer that payment of $143.44 "should" serve as the initial payment of the principal balance amount of $900.00 dollars.I am asking if accepted that those payments be spread out by Lendumo as monthly beginning on June 19th and concluding on August 19th. Due to the current COVID-19 unemployment crisis.As a result, the new balance will be $756.56" if Lendumo collections agrees to the [143.44] amount serve as the initial payment. I took out a $700 loan back in February. I have currently made payments in the amount of $147.50 for a total to date of $737.50 (which is fine.) I emailed Customer Support in an effort to pay off the loan. I was told my payoff balance is $1545.98??? That can't be correct!! That would mean I would pay off a $700 loan for $1500 +?? I is definitely usury and illegal. Does the Revdex.com know this is happening with people??

I took a loan out for $800 in Feb 2019 to pay for out of pocket medical expenses I incurred from a motor vehicle accident. However, I have paid 2462.94 in total re: principal and interest, I paid 1591.20 towards this loan from Feb 2019 through May 2020. None of the payments I made was put towards the principal balance. Then, I made a ballon payment of 871.54 to put an end to the excessive biweekly payments. I called I asked for a breakdown of the payments I was told I'd receive a breakdown yet this never happened. Whenever, I called the balance would increase and decrease sporadically. I am hoping that I would get a refund for the overpayments that were made towards this loan which seems a bit predatory.

And last payment May 1st 2020 on May 4th I called to request paid off contract the Rep told me I have 8 more payments I thought it was an error so I requested by email and they sent me the contract I was in shock I never saw the contract because they said they were having trouble I just saw the signature part, I would not got the loan for the much money to pay that much interes I'm 65 years disabled Female that is Scame Loan please help me resolve this matter thank You

I would put 0 stars. They exploit people in their time of need. With the global pandemic that we are facing you would think they would be better. I've had 2 previous loans with Lendumo, payed both off early. They considered me a loyal customer "VIP" is what they call it. I came up on rough times took out a loan for 1400. They are charging me 492.00 a month, the most I have ever paid. On top of that by the time I pay it back I will have paid over $5,000. I am also a disabled veteran. Please do not use this company. They abuse struggling Americans.

Initially when I talk to a representative about getting the loan I was told that it was not a high interest and I could pay off my loan early without being penalized very much I've been given the runaround about numbers to call to pay off early now that I have talked to someone to pay off your loan at this point is still over $1,000 only borrowed 800 I did not agree 2 taken out $156.15 every week I don't even draw that much money this was not what I was told in the agreement was I was lied to about how much of my payment was going toward the actual loan clearly none has went toward my actual loan this is a high-interest loan extremely high interest I would never have agreed to this I do not draw that much money on my disability I hope this can be resolved. I feel like I have been took advantage of because I am mentally unstable

I got a 600$ loan ,little did I know they were charging 400% interest...I was going to bed up paying back over 300$ for a 600$ loan...this is ridiculous...if I can save someone else from this. I am so glad..because they took advantage of the fact I havent recieved my stimulus pay...and me needing money to live

I do not agree with the amount of interest I had to pay in less than a month..at 400% interest on 600$...I will agree to pay some interest..but definitely not 400%...I'll be glad with a refund of 150$ ..giving tgem 50$ interest on 600$ in 3 weeks...that is just unjust to people that have no way to understand interest rates and taking advantage of people in a pandemic when Bill's have to be paid

All rates and loan fees are prominently displayed within the loan contract and wereacknowledged by *** at each point by mandatory electronic signature.In the event customers would like to modify their payments, we encourage them to contactCustomer Service at *** at least three (3) business days before their scheduled payment dateto request the payoff of an account, to skip a payment or to make an additional payment that will gotowards their principal balance. Making payments toward the principal balance can quickly reduce theoutstanding balance and reduce the time to repay the loan off.Ms. loan is paid off. She no longer has any obligation with Lendumo. A refund is notrequired as the customer’s loan was legal.Nothing herein shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or privileges of Lendumo, all of whichare expressly reserved.

I took out of loan for $1700 back in November and have paid over $3194.52 back, with payment of $456.35 coming out of my bank account every two weeks. With Covid-19, I have had financial issues and lost my job. I have contacted them on several occasions regarding the fact that I have paid more then the $1700 back and cannot pay them at this time. I have tried to seek out some sort of resolution but have received no help from them.

I took out this loan online, this a company does not have a store here in my state of Kentucky. It is a tribal lending company. I have paid back what I already borrowed (350.00) I have paid 389.36, but the 589% interest rate still has me owing over 400 dollars. I was never verbally told it would be that high of interest rate, or that it would be charged daily. I had contacted them asking resolve this account at a much lower cost and they would not. I don't feel I should have to pay them another dime. These online tribal lenders need to be shut down. They are not forthcoming with there practices. What should I do? I have researched the Kentucky Financial Institution and the Attorney General. What actions do I have

When I spoke to the representative when I took the loan out, I thought it was high but she said everybody say that but it's not. When I asked about how much would go towards interest the question wasn't answered. The conversation went elsewhere. I told her I wanted to pay the loan off early and she made it seem like it was possible without paying to much
Long story short, when I called in April to see what I need to pay the loan off it was over $2700.00. Basically, nothing goes towards the principle and it's all interest. I have paid $2845.00 and on the fifteenth of May it will be $3414. They say I have still pay over $2700 to pay it off. That's $6100. I will still end up paying the whole loan she told me I could pay off early without paying all that money. I feel I was mislead and deceived. When I called they first gave me s number to call that no one answer and when I called backed and spoked to someone on the first number she said that I signed the contract and it's nothing that can be done. Please help me resolve this matter. Thank you. I would truly appreciate it.
