I took out a loan of $800 on 1/2020.I was told I could payoff the loan by add more to my principle rate to beat the interest. So, in the beginning I ask to pay $400 and then in 2 weeks pay $400. And they stated that’s was fine as long as I let them know that. But, the reg. Payments was going to be $229. They have only been take the $229 payment and she say now my payoff is $1400. I told I can’t make those payments due to CoViD -19. I am at home mom with the kids and don’t have funds to make these payments.1”

I borrowed $600 from this company and was told I would make 7 payments. I called and they told me they would take out 5 more. I am on disability and they are stealing from me.

I took out a $300 loan back in February. I have currently made 5 payments in the amount of $95.62 for a total to date of $478.10 (which is fine.) I emailed Customer Support in an effort to pay off the loan. I was told my payoff balance is $384.58??? That can't be correct!! That would mean I would pay off a $300 loan for $862.68?? I is definitely usury and illegal. Does the Revdex.com know this is happening with people??

1,200 loan, final payment next month. Almost 5,000 for a 1200 loan. *** ! They will not work with you in any way,shape or form. BEWARE !

Today, May 1st, 2020 I called Amplify Funding to get a payoff. The representative gave me a payoff amount of $525.34. She stated I will still have a regular monthly payment of $189.33 in addition. This does not make sense if I am paying this off today.

I took out a $1000.00 loan with Amplify Funding in November. They told me it would be paid off less than 12 months. I have paid over $1000.00, I called to get my payoff and they told me it was over $1500.00. I don't mind paying some interest, but this should be illegal.

I obtained a loan from Amplify/Lendumo in the amount of $1,100. I was under the impression this loan would be paid back in 3 or 4 installments of $378.66 and would then be paid off. When I realized month 4 payment was taken out of my account, I called Amplify/Lendumo and was advised that my interest rate was 400% and that I had 12 installments to this loan. This is criminal. I have paid back over the amount that I borrowed and would like this loan to be considered paid in full. The lender was less then helpful when I called and would like help. The borrowed amount was $1,100 and I have paid $1,516 to date.

I contacted lendumo two weeks ago for an extension on my loan. They gave me a extension for 14 days. They debited my account on a non-payday and our agreement was biweekly. Now my account is negative. When I called two weeks ago for a forbearance because of hardship from Covid19. The representative said it was granted, but their trying to double dip in my account. I have no problem paying my obligation, but if I have a hardship, it seems like they don’t care and that’s inexcusable. It’s a 1200 loan and now they’re said the principal is 1500? That doesn’t add up!

I took out a loan of $1650.00. My monthly payment is $940 or twice a month of $470. I was unable to make a payment due to a layoff related to covid 19. I contacted lendumo to ask about options. They said I could skip a payment and a lot of people are doing this. I asked if this would incur additional interest on the account and was told no. I inquired to payoff my loan today 4.30 and was told my balance was approximately 1950.00 and a payment of 470 was already processed this morning on 4.30. To date I have paid 1410.00 in interest on 3.13, 4.15, and now today 4.30 and my principal is now over 1950.00, 300 dollars higher than the original 1650 that was originally loaned to me. I talked to a Supervisor and he said I would need to pay the interest and that's the way it is. I requested a breakdown of my specific loan and he indicated he would need someone to send it to me. I understand I owe interest but the manner in which this is calculated is unclear and when asked to view my specific details is not available.

First time customer with this company, Lendumo, and took out a $700 loan. I called 1 day ahead of time (early morning) before my next scheduled payment was due to have the payment switched over to a payoff and was told that I would be charged $646.28 + $171.15. I advised that they would be over charging me for paying off early. The rep continued on about having to call in 3 days ahead of time. I called bolonga and I requested to speak with a manager. The manager got on the phone and went on to confirm that the rep was correct on the projected charges of $646.28 + $171.15. I told the manager that charging me extra would be considered a penalty charge for paying my loan off early. She informed that it would not and that I needed to call 3 days ahead of time to schedule a payoff. That the request for the $171.15 was already sent to the bank in order for the charge date to hit the account on the loan due date. I responded with, not only are you trying to over charge you also charge the account early. The charge should be sent the day of the expected due date/transaction. I went on to say that customers should be able to payoff their loans at anytime and not be charged 2 times. I stated that I would have a stop payment put on my bank account. That I wouldn't mind having to pay a $25-30 fee added onto $646.28 instead of $171.15. The manager went on to state that if this was to happen I would be required to pay $646.28 + $171.15 + the return fee. I informed that this goes against their 'no penalty for paying off early' statement. She continued on and I stated I wasn't going to pay the $171.15 that I should only paying $646.28 and that Lendumo was ripping their customers off. I asked if there really wasn't anything they could do and the manager put me on hold. She came back and stated that the payment set for the next day, $171.15, could be pulled out and that I could set the payoff for the day after that for $487.74. Still I'm being charged $12.61 additional to my original payoff amount of $646.28. $12.61 is a little amount but during these times of uncertainty and the new norm during this pandemic, that is a lot of money that a single parent could use to provide a meal for their child. I will NEVER go through this company again. Lendumo should have a system in place for scenarios as such. I will not refer Lendumo to anyone. Go through someone else. When you over charge your customers... THEY DO NOT BECOME A REPEAT CUSTOMER.

I borrowed $900 dollars from LENDUMO on 3/3/20 to complete my rent after I was laid off due to social distance and my job closing due to CV-19 ( I work at a Clinic). I tried reviewing the documents because it was not down loading after my initial the website did not let me view anything but the monthly amount and the amount borrowed. They took 3x payments of $263.42 / 3/13- 4/10 and 4/24 total $790.26, I called on 4/24 to get pay off amount and they stated it was $864.38 the rep could Not explain the APR nor discuss my account accordantly to my questions in addition to why I was not able to review the contract in there website, she explain that the computer was rebooting and could Not again give me a definite answer. My credit is not in good shape so I really wanted to pay off the total payoff But again she stated it will not be until Monday 4/27 giving them additional money for Sat & Sun?? I explain that $263.38 was taken on 4/24 and Why could I Not used pay off the amount the same day to my surprise the Rep kept telling me that her computer was Not working, and if Monday ok to payoff the loan in full. So far I paid them $790.26 + $864.38= $1,654.64 for a $900 Loan. I'm left with $0 after the extension of my job and 3 children at home. This company should be ashamed of themselves for Ripping innocent people like myself.

I took a loan out in 11-2019 for $250.00. I have been making monthly payments of $67.11 since 12/1/2019. At time of loan I was told I could pay off early without penalties and would reduce my interest. On 4-29-2020 I called Lendumo to discuss paying off my loan. I was told my a supervisor that I still need to pay almost $300 to pay off loan. I have already paid $355.55 to 4-29-2020. I was trying to pay off loan 7 months early. I was questioning why the payoff was so high due to these facts stated. Supervisor was rude and stated they can charge high interest. I really don’t feel this is right.

I took out of loan for $800 back in November and have paid over $1100 back, with payment of $275.61 a month and with Covid-19, I have had financial issues and have contacted them on several occasion. With no luck with them resolving it.??

I contacted Lendmodo last month for an extension on my account payment. They gave a 15 day extension and then when they debited the account I did not have enough to cover the payment. I called and asked on April 27 for a forbearance due to hardship caused by Covid19 . They said a Forbearance had been granted and then took it back. The figures don't add up, now they want 2 payments this month and are adding a payment to the end of the loan. Taking this stance has but me in position of not meeting rental obligation. I have no objection to paying when I receive some financial relief, but this is a re hardship. It was a $300 loan and I expected to lay almost 7 times as much ba k.

I applied for a loan with this company for 750.00. Which was fine. I did not receive contract info until AFTER I signed it ,which I was not made aware of the 401 percent interest that they were charging until after the fact. After I signed the contract the rep told me that my payment would be $217.26 each month for a 12-18 months. I immediately panicked because I only borrowed 750.00. I do not mind paying interest on a loan but I have never paid this much interest on a loan EVER. The rep told me that I could not cancel the loan because I had already signed the contract. But again before signing the contract I was never told of this ridiculous amount of interest. Because had I known before hand. I would not have done it. Also. Due to the COVID-19. I have reached out to this company to try and get a payment arrangement of some sort. I was told I had to call 2 days before my due date which was suppose to be EVERY OTHER FRIDAY which is one my payday. Not before. Well I called two days before my due date which is suppose to be on Friday to seek help on this. I was told that I could get a extension for one week. I wake up this morning and my account is in the negative because this illegal and price gouging company has debited a payment(which was suppose to be extended)and was suppose to be taking out on May 1st it has been taken out today on Thursday. (Early). I am frustrated about this and now I am in overdraft and have incurred even more fees on a ridiculous loan amount. I am not working right now but a few hours a week due to covid and I asked the rep are they stopping interest or anything to help people out. She snapped me up and said NO. Everyone needs to be aware of this company and thir illegal activity.

I have made 3 electronic payments of $240.97 and mybloan was only for $700. I called and asked to pay the loan off and they said $624. Thats almos double what they gave me. Which means the interest rate on this loan is ridiculous. With all that's going on in the economy with COVID-19, I aasked were they doing anything to help customers out, because that's a lot. But the person on the phone said they couldn't do anything, because it's a fixed amount.

This company sent me an email in March telling me I had been approved for a loan and funds were going to be transferred.
no funds were ever transferred into my account yet now they are telling me I owe $541!!! I do not owe them anything since I never authorized or requested this this loan. When I pushed back they said I need a police report to fight them. I don't know if this is a phishing attempt or if they are a real company but it is shady.

This inquiry related to Niswi,LLC dba Lendumo(the “Company”), which is owned by the Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians(“Tribe”).1 The Company takes these types of inquiries very seriously and would like to provide you withthis information. The Company issued a loan after receiving a loan application in the complainant’s name.The complainant states that he/she did not apply for a loan, however. If the complainant believes he/shehas been the victim of identity theft, he/she can provide the following to the Company to furtherinvestigate: (1) A completed identity theft report, which can be found at the Federal Trade Commission’swebsite, https://www.identitytheft.gov/Assistant# or a police report outlining the alleged identity theft;and (2) proof of identification, such as a copy of a driver’s license, a copy of a government-issuedidentification card, or social security number.

Since Lendumo concluded the account is fraudulent, we will close out the account. KatherineBecker will have to file a police report for Identity Theft and send us a copy of thedocumentation due to policies and procedures. The information can be sent to ***. This company is a scam company ...They give you loan. Will turn you over to a collection agency without any. Notice.Then tell you don’t call them anymore after turning you over to the agency even if you have questions related to payments made to them. Your interest cost is much more than what you borrowed.

In December, 2019, I had taken out a payday loan in the amount of $1,200.00. To date as of April 15th, I have paid back $1,652.36. My only source of income has been reduced to Social Security and today I informed Lendumo/amplify that I am closing out my bank account due to recent identity theft through the Internal Revenue Service and that I would open a new account once my outstanding checks have cleared. I would like to see that Lendumo close out the account as the interest paid back at the end of the term will exceed $3,757.08 (December, 2020) (interest rate of 418.08%)
