Dear Bianca and Andrew F [redacted] and Revdex.com,We carefully reviews all communication, recorded calls, contract agreements, complainer emails, yelp review and Revdex.com complaint We had attached a letter of explanation, copy of contract agreement, your excellent feedback for our delivery services and additional proof to show the conflicts between your complaint and your written service and communication with Lifetime Moving & Storage. Finally, as seen in the attached records, Lifetime offered the complainer a good faith settlement of $50, for the inconvenience of her sofa not fitting in her stair case, despite the fact it is obviously not the movers fault, but the property design and the size of the sofaThe lift of the sofa to the complainer requested upstairs location, requires hoisting services Lifetime Moving does not offer hoisting services and is not licensed to offer this type of service, or agreed to complete such service upfront.Lifetime Moving will refund the complainer for hiring a local licensed moving company to deliver her sofa to the subject second floor location, using the subject stair caseA logo moving company receipt and video proof, that the subject sofa was in fact lifted and delivered to complainer upstairs location, using the given stair case, including a formal statement from the moving company, that no damage was caused to the subject property or subject sofa, will be required, in order for Lifetime to issue the refund for the fee charged by the servicing moving companyThis formal received, video and statement can be emailed to: [redacted] or via mail. Please note that we had attempted to settle complainer complaints before and will not tolerate defamation and statementsLifetime Moving & Storage will reserve its legal right to take action against defamation.Thank you for your cooperation

Lifetime moving & storage was awesome!! We moved from Arizona to GeorgiaOur first movers bailed on us at the last minute but lifetime stepped up and got it doneShowed up on time and packed everything with careThey kept us well informed throughout the processThe delivery guys were awesome worked non stop in the heat and humidityThey even changed their shirts several times so they wouldn’t get our stuff sweaty, great job guys???? A few boxes got damaged but luckily we packed well and nothing was damagedWe will probably be moving again in a few years and Lifetime will be our first callThanks

We cant say enough good things about this company To assist a family member we had to do a cross country move The women who helped with setting up and walking us through the inventory process went above and beyond When we had issues with a company failing to show up to transport our car they gave a recommendation for [redacted] that proved to be as their name implies! Amanda, Amy and Lynn could not have been more helpful or supportive Now on to the actual movers: Joe & Ralph: WOW - These two fellow were amazing...Polite, helpful & professional They moved a yr household, wrapped all our furniture and then took great pains to clean up all within an hour We have moved many many times in the course of our marriage and never had such a great experience We've had crews of who couldn't compare to the effficiency, attention to detail and just great customer service of these two fellows All in all we would rate this company and their employees an A++++++ We were so appreciative to work with such a great company with employees who GET the concept of customer service....a very rare find in these times

Dear Revdex.com and [redacted] ,Thank you for your complaintFollowing your yelp review yesterday, we escalated a request with your moving claim supervisor, to reach out to you, again, and advise of the claim statusThey called the number on file this morning, but keep getting your voicemailUpon investigation of your moving claim, we are advised that you refuse to cooperate and did not send any evidence of a pond receipt or the amount claimed to be stolenIn addition, on a call conversation dated 11/27/with a moving claim supervisor, you stated that the cost demanded is $500, and not $1000! As of today, the moving claim processor is still awaiting evidence of the amount claimed and a receipt of the pond, for the watch claimed.Naturally, this is most disturbing to us and we want to settle this situation promptlyPlease do understand that evidence is required, for a settlement to be offeredWith no evidence and with you changing the amounts demand, we are having a hard time settling your complaint. To expedite this complaint and settle it promptly, please email your pond receipt, at your earliest, directly to our office at: [email protected] Please understand that we must follow a specific process, to include request for evidence, with every claim, as we are required, by law to keep complaints paper trail for yearsNo amount can be paid out or kicked back without proper evidence of amount demanded. We are awaiting your pond receipt to proceed. We are sorry for any inconvenience and understand that filing a claim, along with evidence may be frustrating.Thank you for your cooperation

The latest delivery date per your contract is December 12, 2016! Our records show that your shipment is already assigned to a delivery agent and scheduled for a drop offAn ETA will be available soon and will be communicated with you shortlyDEFAMATION AND DAMAGES LIABILITY REMINDERTHE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE MAY BE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS FOR DEFAMATION AND LIBEL OF LIFETIME MOVING & STORAGE, LLCLIFETIME MOVING & STORAGE HOLDS THE RIGHT TO FILE A DEFAMATION COMPLAINT AND LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMERIN CASE OF A DISPUTE, PLEASE EMAIL [redacted] WITH YOUR COMPLAINT OR CONCERN FOR RESOLUTIONIF A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN THE CARRIER AND THE SHIPPER, ARBITRATION MAY BE AMUTUALLY BENEFICIAL ALTERNATIVE TO HELP RESOLVE THE DISPUTE

Lifetime was an overall great moving experienceThe customer service in both the sales and operations were very responsive and helpfulThe guys who actually moved out items were super professional and curteous and took the time to extra pack every itemAfter booking with Lifetime, you mainly speak with operations and the few women whom I spoke to were always pleasant and willing to help the times I called to check on my statusI didn't have an address when we moved so we took advantage of the days free storageOnce we moved to our new location (out of state) I filled out the delivery form online and the operators called to confirmMy only complaint about this process is that you have to fill out your actual delivery date as days from the date you fill out the formAnd hen from there, it can take the delivery truck anywhere from 7-daysSo when it was all said and don our delivery actually happened like weeks after I filled out the formI know this is pretty common but it was very frustratingThe operator gals were always helpful every time I called to check my status and would always email me a recap of our phone conversationsI can't say enough good things about that departmentSo I would definitely use these guys again, I will just always make sure they have a delivery address before I move!

Dear BBB, I am including the reply here, as am not able to upload attachments via our BBB page or forward emails from a third part. Please confirm received.1. Please scroll down to see our claims department latest call to Ms. [redacted] and correspondence. She claims they did not contact her, but you can see the call log as of 1/19/18 that a conversation was in place.2. We deeply apologized for the event and offered to cover her expenses to the pond shop. 3. We promptly and fully cooperated with the Phoenix police and officer that reached out to us. The employee was arrested and as per Ms. [redacted] served his time. This employee does not reflect on any other employees of Lifetime or its culture. We deeply regret and apologize for the event.4. Initially, our claims department was informed that the cost to retrieve the watch would be $250. We asked for Ms. [redacted] to simply send us a copy of the receipt and we will cover the expense.Ms. [redacted] then demanded a higher amount and agreed up to $500 with the claims manager, John. We requested a pond receipt, so we can promptly proceed with the pay out.Few days following this agreement, Ms. [redacted] filed her BBB complaint, and a yelp blast, demanding $1000, claiming that retrieving the watch will be $1000 ....5. Only yesterday, Jan 30, 2018 Ms. [redacted] retrieved the watch and sent us the receipt for $474.99 - please see her email (from yesterday) and receipt attached.6. You can see that we immediately took action upon receiving her receipt and requested the claims manager with movingclaims.net to issue a settlement to Ms. [redacted] , so we can proceed with the pay out.7. Ms. [redacted] is still trying to negotiate via social media (yelp) and is now demanding for $2734.99...we will gladly present the communication trail showing her demands.Again, we deeply apologize for the event and let the authorities handle it, while fully cooperating with them. We offered to cover her watch pond expenses and took action upon it, promptly! We do not appreciate the continuous negotiation and accusation of the claims manager lying and not being cooperative and the social media blasts, which hurt our reputation and our other staff integrity and ability to assist future clients. One employee wrongful actions, do not represent the entire team. These social media blasts hurt employees that are working hard and in full honesty, to put food on their table. We are having a difficult time finding what will truly please Ms. [redacted] , when she keeps raising the $ amounts demanded. As of yesterday, the movingclaims.net sent her the settlement for $474.99. We are awaiting her approval. Please let me know if anything else is needed to assist.Anna - CMC, CIOC "If you are willing to do only what's easy, life will be hard. But if you are willing to do what is hard, life will be easy" - Best Regards,

Dear [redacted] ,Your delivery accusations are very disturbing to usYou selected the standard delivery 1-business days, from 8/1/You were offered the expedite and guaranteed delivery options, which you refused, as you preferred the standard, money saving service.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ORDER FOR SERVICE AND CONTRACT SIGNED BY YOU AND ACKNOWLEDGED YOUR SELECTED DELIVERY OPTION AND PROCESS, BEFORE WE PROVIDED THE SERVICE! YOU WERE FURNISHED WITH THESE COPIES VIA EMAIL AND AT PICK UP AND WERE INFORMED OF THE PROCESS, ON A RECORDED TELEPHONE LINE, BEFORE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED, AND AGAIN AFTER THE PICK UP AND ON YOUR CONTRACT AGREEMENT, ON OVER OCCASIONS, IN WRITING!Your shipment was delivered well within and early on, following your delivery request and agreed upon time frame. The fact that you planned a gateway and made yourself unavailable to accept your shipment when it was already in route, is not a fault of our service, mutually agreed upon. For a damage complaint - an email instruction to file for your claim was sent to your email on file.DEFAMATION AND DAMAGES LIABILITY -LIFETIME MOVING & STORAGE HOLDS THE RIGHT TO FILE A DEFAMATION COMPLAINT AND LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMERIF A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN THE CARRIER AND THE SHIPPER, ARBITRATION MAY BE A MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL ALTERNATIVE TO HELP RESOLVE THE DISPUTE.PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE ARBITRATION PROGRAM WE PARTICIPATE IN.DEFAMATION AND DAMAGES LIABILITYTHE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT THERE MAY BE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS FOR DEFAMATION AND LIBEL OF LIFETIME MOVING & STORAGE, LLCLIFETIME MOVING & STORAGE HOLDS THE RIGHT TO FILE A DEFAMATION COMPLAINT AND LAWSUIT FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMERIN CASE OF A DISPUTE, PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] WITH YOUR COMPLAINT OR CONCERN FOR RESOLUTIONIF A DISPUTE ARISES BETWEEN THE CARRIER AND THE SHIPPER, ARBITRATION MAY BE AMUTUALLY BENEFICIAL ALTERNATIVE TO HELP RESOLVE THE DISPUTE

I want to start off by saying that the person who arranged my quote, the team that picked up my stuff and the team that delivered my stuff were all professional, courteous and upfront about everythingHowever, the people in your customer service are horrible, unresponsive, careless, uninformed and are liars When the people from your customer service center called to arrange the final details of my move the first question she asked was what day did I want to accept deliveryMy pickup was on 7/She asked if I wanted 7/23!!! I was moving from AZ to FLI said, that isn't even possible, in fact, that is illegal for any of your drivers to be driving that long to get my stuff there in one day and I wouldn't even be there yetShe responded by well we have days to deliver your itemsShe did not state business days which I found out after the movers picked up our stuff and I set my EDD for 8/Knowing that it was BUSINESS days would have made a difference for what I picked

Not having moved in over years, I was warned to expect an unpleasant experience With Lifetime Moving and Storage, there was immediate confidence that things would go smoothly...and they did From the front office communication, to my home inspection and the pickup and delivery all personnel were professional, pleasant and eager to provide a positive experience I strongly recommend this company for your next move

Dear ***,We are sorry hear thisOur records show that you have placed a formal complaint with the company and your complained was settled per your moving contract terms and your claim filed, considering the allowed movers regulationsWe are surprised and disturbed to hear about this situation you discribe and will investigate all parties involved regardinv your accusationsA manager will reach out to you shortly

On November 11, 2017, Lifetime Moving and Storage moved my furniture from a previous move in to my new house. During that time, one of the workers stole my Rolex watch from my closet. I notified the Phoenix Police Department the following Monday and within 2 hours, they had located my watch with confirmation of the individual who stole it. I immediately notified Lifetime Moving and Storage and tried to resolve my complaint. I am required to buy my watch back from the [redacted] shop it was taken to or have it sit as evidence in a police station for up to 4 years. I have followed each of the very tedious procedures that Lifetime requires for any claim and now, 2 months later, still have absolutely no resolution. I'm writing this review to WARN others! I thought I was working with an honest company who had an interest in the safety and care of their customers personal items. Beware... if things go wrong - they will not stand behind their business. You will be forced to jump through

My name is Tamara B [redacted] relocating from AZ to WIMy movers arrived on time, was very efficent and helpful in my stressful moveI LOVE THIS COMPANY and will use it again if needed

I am currently having the worst possible experience with this moving company Multiple email and telephonic communications have been transmitted between parties stating a to day delivery window As of this moment they have failed to meet stated commitments and my communication with dispatch has only been met with robotic and unhelpful answers Based upon previous reviews I am not only concerned about receiving my belongs in a promised time frame I am also concerned about the condition of my property It is unfortunate to have to post such a comment however I feel it important for other to know the travails of working with Lifetime Moving and Storage Be wary of this company
