we made no false allegations of this company. It has been a nightmare since requesting delivery. The movers made no attemot at gettin the couch inside of my apartment, yet told my husband they wouldn't do it. I refuse to take more time out of my day to record movers moving my sofa, just to please lifetime. This is something they should have done. Are the movers experienced or did they respond to a craigslist ad as a former customer has stated in a review? The contract, as I am sure you know, does not state exactly how things will be moved into my home either. I am quite through with the bickering of this company and would rather have my refund and be done with them.

Just moved a bedroom set from Arizona to California and the service and care taken with my shipment were excellent. Good Company. I would recommend them. Not only were the movers efficient and careful, the office staff stayed in touch keeping me advised during the entire process.

I just used Lifetime Moving & Storage to move from [redacted]. I had only lived in AZ for 10 months & had never heard of this AZ based moving company. I checked them out on the Revdex.com site & they had a high rating. Well it is no wonder & quite deserved. All the way from Spring, the rep, Miguel & team for pick up, & the driver Jay for delivery, the entire move went so well. They were all very professional,pleasant, & communicative throughout the entire process. I would say it was the best move experience I have ever had. I totally recommend this company.

I needed my belongings moved from my storage into my new apartment. The movers from Lifetime moving & storage were on time, sociable and gentle with my belongings. They definitely knew their craft very well. They delivered on time and displayed the same level of efficiency while unloading my things. Nothing was damaged and they deserve big gratitude just for that!

Everyone on the staff that we had dealings with was very professional. The Packers called beforehand and called 30 minutes before they came to pack the truck. Amanda was great and had to put up with a lot of changes in our move. Amy made this set up date easy on us. The delivery team called a few days before and the morning of the delivery. Everyone was very professional.

your contract and in this complaint that you understand the 1-21 business days delivery process from 11/10/216. You selected this standard delivery option and show no expedite delivery service request. We are not late on your delivery! The latest delivery date per your contract is December 12, 2016! 
Our records show that your shipment is already assigned to a delivery agent and scheduled for a drop off. An ETA will be available soon and will be communicated with you shortly.

Lifetime is truly a professional, organized and well staffed company. They are knowledgeable, honest and competent. My move from AZ to Chicago was truly seamless. These folks work together and collaborate to make your move as reasonable, stress free and comfortable as possible. I can't say enough good things about them, except to say that I would recommend them 100%!

Lifetime was an overall great moving experience. The customer service in both the sales and operations were very responsive and helpful. The guys who actually moved out items were super professional and curteous and took the time to extra pack every item. After booking with Lifetime, you mainly speak with operations and the few women whom I spoke to were always pleasant and willing to help the times I called to check on my status. I didn't have an address when we moved so we took advantage of the 40 days free storage. Once we moved to our new location (out of state) I filled out the delivery form online and the operators called to confirm. My only complaint about this process is that you have to fill out your actual delivery date as 7 days from the date you fill out the form. And hen from there, it can take the delivery truck anywhere from 7-21 days. So when it was all said and don our delivery actually happened like 3 weeks after I filled out the form. I know this is pretty common but it was very frustrating. The operator gals were always helpful every time I called to check my status and would always email me a recap of our phone conversations. I can't say enough good things about that department. So I would definitely use these guys again, I will just always make sure they have a delivery address before I move!

Great service Lifetime moving! My move was flawless, movers were polite, clean, truck was well equipped with extra blankets and dollies. I was very impressed with your timely delivery. Highly recommend this company.

The people were very professional & friendly, from the agent that took my order, the packers, & the delivery man. I am very happy with the job they did & very grateful that I was able to use them.

I was being relocated from PHX to NY and needed movers fast. After doing a bite of research and getting several quotes I decided to go with Lifetime moving & storage and it was by far the best moving experience I've had to date. From the original quote to time of delivery, this company was very professional and took the time to explain the process and inventory all of my items. Best part of the experience was how quickly the delivered my belongings. 7 days cross country was all it took, and they nearly beat me to my destination. Lifetime was fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Thank you again on a job well done.

To be honest, when I first looked for a mover, I was apprehensive. Choosing Lifetime Moving turned out to be an excellent decision; from working with customer service, the in-city moving team to the long distance movers. Follow-up on each step was exceptional. Everything was wrapped and arrived safely. A job well done by courteous and friendly teams at Lifetime Moving and Storage. My sister was so impressed that she used them for her local move!

I seriously can’t thank Lifetime moving & storage enough. They are simply the best. I was amazed at how well they did my long distance move and under such short notice. I had only 4 days in hand I was going crazy whom to pick. A colleague of mine recommend Lifetime moving & storage and that was the trick. Just a phone call and they were here the next day. They gave me a reasonable quote and the guys were spot on. Packing, loading, unloading, timing was just great! No complaints!

Dear Bianca,
You filed a formal moving claim with your moving insurance and your file, as previously advised, is assigned to a claim adjuster for resolution, basef on the yime frame allowed and in the order it was received.
You stated that per your opinion the sofa does fit upstairs and you need to hire movers to complete this service. 
Your contract and our licensed services do not include hoisting services.
You are asking for a refund but refuse to show an invoice or proof to your demands and additional services you claim you hired. We are not in the clear of what is it that you expect Lifetime to do regarding your concern.
Please advise.
