We had problems from the beginning with this company. Did a good job packing and wrapping however didnt put anything under furniture and scratched the laminate flooring. When we requested a delivery of our furniture we received a comfirmation email that they said was never sent and weeks went by. We paid for full pack and unpack .Most everything was not unwrapped or unpacked and piled in garage and bedroom wrong furniture put together and left a big pile of trash on front lawn.They were hours late delivering so I had to go to work and my husband cant see well so he signed the delivery. They wanted to pay us $62.00 for broken and nothing for unpacking Had to hire and pay for help.

I would recommend Lifetime to anyone looking for a reliable mover. We relocated to UK and working with Lifetime was as easy as moving can get. [redacted], our representative was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Moving to another country was not an easy thing to do and I am thankful that moving our belongings went smooth. We reserved a door to door service and had a container shipped. The pick up crew in Arizona did an amazing job packing everything. We are very satisfied with Lifetime Moving service.

My experience with lifetime moving and storage was excellent, they were on time, respectful and made sure everything was alright went over everything with me. They made my moving incredibly easy I would recommend them to anyone thank you lifetime.

My 93-yr-old father's move went so smoothly, thanks to all of you at Lifetime Moving, from the first day I called Spring to request an estimate to saying good-bye to Jerry, Joseph, and Jose after delivery. You all exceeded our expectations in every way, from excellent communication with your customer throughout the process to being so kind and considerate, helpful and respectful,

and patient with my father the day of the move. We were so impressed with your expertise. The fellows were so sweet to my father and so careful with his prized possessions which would have seemed like just a lot of "stuff" to anyone else. He kept telling me that I could not have made a better choice to get the job done so efficiently and economically.

This was the best moving experience I've had in many of my most recent moves. The contact person (Spring!) was professional and knowledgeable. She was prompt in her responses to my questions and quick to meet my needs for this small move. The customer service people texted me, phoned me AND emailed me with my move date confirmation and then called and texted me with the delivery date information. Plus, they were a full day ahead of schedule. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.

I was very pleased with the Lifetime movers. They arrived on time, moved quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and a pleasure to meet. No doubt I would use them again!! Best move ever!

These movers were great! We've moved a couple of times, but they are the best. Very professional personally and with or furniture. They knew exactly what they were doing. I can add that they were humble and hard working.

Great company. I am moving to Palo Alto and need storage for few months before I settle in. Lifetime moving consultant was very helpful and knowledgable. They were able to accommodate my date and storage needs. I am very pleased my employer chose lifetime for my relocation. Will highly recommend these movers.

Lifetime was among the quickest to respond to my request for a bid and they provide to be invaluable in sorting through all of the details. Their sales representative was very personable and very helpful. she answered all of my questions patiently. I was very impressed with the care they took to wrap our items and ship them cross country. It was a painless transaction. And, what they bid was what I paid. No surprises.

They were very quick, courteous and informative and kept me informed at all times.

I needed to move a few large household items (dining room set, 6 paintings, two large chairs, 2 large rugs, and a box of pictures) from AZ to DC and I had two days to do this. I called Lifetime Moving on a Saturday. Amanda called me back within a couple of hours, gave me a quote, we finalized everything by Monday, and scheduled a Wednesday pick-up. I received my items intact in fewer than 10 days. The guys who delivered my items were in and out of my building within 2 hours, they assembled the dining room table, and even took the trash out.

I am pleased with my experience with Lifetime. They were professional, responsive, and the cost was reasonable.

The movers were very friendly and helpful and put everything where we needed. I am very pleased with the gentlemen that picked up my items and the gentlemen that delivered my items. My only concern with this move is, I had three items that were broken when I received them. I don't know if anything else is broken as I have not unpacked all my boxes and totes.

It was a very pleasant experience for me dealing with this company during my interstate move from Scottsdale AZ to Smyrna, GA. Very professional staff kept me informed in every single step during the process. I was on a tight schedule and only had Sunday July 4th to get everything out of the old place in Scottsdale, the moving crew showed up on time, carefully packed and wrapped everything in blankets, load them into the truck giving me plenty of time to clean up the place and fly back to GA the next morning. All my stuff delivered 6 days later intact, just the way they picked them up in Arizona. The moving crew called me daily to inform me on the progress of my shipping. I was really pleasantly surprised with the superior quality of service I was given. Dear Lifetime Moving & Storage, THANK YOU! And Please keep up the good work. I also thank Home Advisor for the recommendation.

We were very pleased with the service. I don't easily give a company a 5 star review, but this company deserves it. They made our relocation process as easy as I can ask for. Very affordable and very professional. Moving with three young kids is no fun, but the tips we got from Lifetime and the way the movers handled our stuff made it all a little easier and less stressful. I will highly recommend Lifetime Moving.

WORST moving experience ever. Phoenix to Eugene 8/15. So many household items and furniture broken and damaged. Driver was so upset seeing damage he complained to dispatcher. Be sure to insure with your home owner insurance plan.

Today I met two nice men, Joe and Eric. They came to load my furniture and pack several things I could not handle. They are gentlemen, hard working and knowledgeable. They did not waste a step, made suggestionS and just did it the best way. I would use this company in a heart beat. Joe and Eric are exceptional and extremely helpful. Fast and efficient. Thanks guys..
