I hired Lifetime Moving and Storage from the net. I live in CA, and I needed a Phoenix based company. I was moving furniture to CA - one piece being a baby grand piano. I was very pleased from the start with Lifetime as the customer service dept. was very cooperative. I was given direction about insurance, the prices involved, and the dates to be followed. The day of the move, 4 experienced movers appeared on time. The furniture was packed beautifully, with special attention paid the piano. The men were knowledgeable, efficient, and cooperative. When the merchandise was unpacked, not one piece had any kind of damage. The operations dept. checked in regularly at the time of the move and following delivery. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a professional moving company.

We moved from Tucson, AZ to Portland, OR, going from a house to an unknown address. LifeTime moving stayed in contact every step of the way. We ended up receiving delivery earlier than expected. The team on the load end and the delivery end were extremely nice and accommodating. Then the office called to follow up on their services provided. We would definitely recommend this company for an easy and economical move.

and our prompt performances.We perform over 200 pick ups and deliveries per month cross country and this is the first time we hear a complaint of over communicating with the client. We are sorry, but it is required from a moving company to keep the client updated on their shipment and keep them informed with Estimated Time of Arrival, especially when the shipment travels cross country.[redacted], we want to express that we strongly believe the customer is always right, however, our employees are important to us, not less than our customers! Lifetime could not offer such prompt service and communicate with clients, without the wonderful, hard working staff. No one has the right to yell, make personal threats or verbally insult an employee in such manner, that they need to live their working desk in tears, not even a customer! We advised you to act in a civil way as our calls are recorded, but unfortunately you chose not to do so. These recorded calls are available upon written request and will be provided as needed to show your un-civil communication with our staff and refusal to pay for services upon delivery. No one staff member acted as you claim here. We carefully investigated and listened to all recorded calls and are disturbed to hear your false accusations. The only party that was talking down, raising voice and insulting on a personal level, was you. Our staff members managed to remain calm and professional during all conversations. Below and attached, you will find the proof of all emails acknowledgment sent to you, in regards to updated communication, same day respond to all your concerns from management including a claim form. You are claiming we did not acknowledge your concerns. Not only we acknowledged, but we promptly replied with immediate resolution. These emails patterns are showing below. The content of each email is also available upon request.As previously advised, you have up to 9 months to file a moving claim for lost items. Regulations call for a moving claim to be filed with the moving company claim processor, as only a claim adjuster can settle a claim, considering proof and investigation of all parties involved, as well as documentation. All of our moving team did a great job. They really took the stress out of moving. The movers were amazing. They were fast experienced and very careful with our things. Jerry was very helpful through the whole process. Amanda was excellent at coordinating our move. She did a great job estimating our quote. She wasn't far off.

I am currently having the worst possible experience with this moving company. Multiple email and telephonic communications have been transmitted between parties stating a 2 to 5 day delivery window. As of this moment they have failed to meet stated commitments and my communication with dispatch has only been met with robotic and unhelpful answers

Based upon previous reviews I am not only concerned about receiving my belongs in a promised time frame I am also concerned about the condition of my property.

It is unfortunate to have to post such a comment however I feel it important for other to know the travails of working with Lifetime Moving and Storage.

First, I did not schedule a gateway during the scheduled time. It did not schedule a getaway either. I had a requirement that I had to handle in person which was planned based on the information that was given when your CSR stated 21 days, not 21 business days. Big difference in those two. It was misrepresented. I will accept leaving the cost where it is but I will not change my review. Someone else's private information was sent to me and then your CSR lied about how it happened. Your company's success is based by its reputation, which is supposed to be protected by your representatives. If they misrepresent info, even by omission, and lie about mishandling private customer information, they aren't protecting your reputation. You should be more concerned with that and helping your dissatisfied customer than telling me I'm wrong.

Lifetime Moving & Storage was professional, timely and efficient. Upon pickup, my treasured belongings were wrapped against breakage above & beyond my expectations. At delivery, my belongings were placed where requested and left in good order even during the rain storm. All through the process, Spring & Ronnie kept me informed of each step and kept my fears at bay due to their professionalism and compassion to my anxiety.

While I had another moving company scheduled and they never showed up and when contacted indicated that they were unable to pick up my items that day and could not give me a date, I contacted Lifetime and they happened to have a truck in Tucson and could pick up my items that day. They really saved me. They were very friendly and fantastic.

Lifetime Moving and Storage was excellent to work with, from start to finish. Everyone was professional and friendly and I thought the cost was very reasonable. I will use Lifetime again if I move.

I recently moved from Arizonia to Michigan and without the expertise of Spring being as helpful as she was with organizing this move and all the team of Jay, Mike, Joe and the Driver Ron none of this would have been possible. I would just like to say I would recommend Lifetime Moving to all my family and friends and some they are a very professional company. With care and compassion they handle my things with the respect.

We did lots of research before selecting Lifetime Moving and Storage. Based on the reviews and fair pricing we selected them to move items from our mothers estate in Arizona to Connecticut. They arrive to pack things up ahead of schedule with plenty of telephone and email notification. Upon arrival they took a few minutes to assess our situation and quickly got to work. All of the items that were boxed were loaded carefully into their truck and all of the items that needed preparation, like furniture, were wrapped in a mummy fashion so that we were confident that the items would be shipped safely. They worked in good spirits, got the job done quickly and left grateful to have our business. Twenty minutes later we realized that we had forgotten a pair of speakers in a closet. We called them and, even though they were on the highway already, returned without complaint. They mummified our speakers and put them on the truck. We were so grateful. Everything arrived in perfect condition earlier than expected. It was unloaded quickly and efficiently by two very courteous young fellows who could not have been more helpful or polite. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Lifetime Moving and Storage was very accommodating to my needs (and changes) to my move! Spring walked me through the entire process and the movers and packers were great!

I had used Lifetime for a cross-country move from Phoenix to Chicago. Their communication was incredible! Amanda and her associates kept me in the loop from beginning to end -- I knew what was going on with my move the entire time. As far as the actual men that loaded the truck in Phoenix, Miguel and his team were amazing! They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped (sofa, tables). They were very efficient, but did a wonderful job. They were neat (put a cover over the carpet), and did a great job of explaining the rest of the process, now that they were in possession of my stuff. Shay and Tomas were the guys that delivered and unloaded the truck. They were great! Unloaded fast, unwrapped everything, and took the garbage/recyclables with them. To top it off, they were the most affordable option out of all of the movers that I spoke to. I recommend Lifetime Movers to anyone looking to move! Thank you to everyone at Lifetime, who made my cross country move painless!

we made no false allegations of this company. It has been a nightmare since requesting delivery. The movers made no attemot at gettin the couch inside of my apartment, yet told my husband they wouldn't do it. I refuse to take more time out of my day to record movers moving my sofa, just to please lifetime. This is something they should have done. Are the movers experienced or did they respond to a craigslist ad as a former customer has stated in a review? 
The contract, as I am sure you know, does not state exactly how things will be moved into my home either. 
I am quite through with the bickering of this company and would rather have my refund and be done with them.

We recently hired Lifetime Moving and Storage for a local move from Cave Creek, AZ to Phoenix, AZ. They did an amazing job, they called when they were on their way, they worked so hard, they were courteous, professional and did not slack at all during the entire day! It was extremely hot, 110 degrees and Joe W., Juan and Adam were totally awesome and didn't complain. Thanks guys we really appreciate it!
