While I had another moving company scheduled and they never showed up and when contacted indicated that they were unable to pick up my items that day and could not give me a date, I contacted Lifetime and they happened to have a truck in Tucson and could pick up my items that day They really saved me They were very friendly and fantastic

We did lots of research before selecting Lifetime Moving and Storage Based on the reviews and fair pricing we selected them to move items from our mothers estate in Arizona to Connecticut They arrive to pack things up ahead of schedule with plenty of telephone and email notification Upon arrival they took a few minutes to assess our situation and quickly got to work All of the items that were boxed were loaded carefully into their truck and all of the items that needed preparation, like furniture, were wrapped in a mummy fashion so that we were confident that the items would be shipped safely They worked in good spirits, got the job done quickly and left grateful to have our business Twenty minutes later we realized that we had forgotten a pair of speakers in a closet We called them and, even though they were on the highway already, returned without complaint They mummified our speakers and put them on the truck We were so grateful Everything arrived in perfect condition earlier than expected It was unloaded quickly and efficiently by two very courteous young fellows who could not have been more helpful or polite We cannot recommend this firm highly enough

When another moving company cancelled because their workers weren't able to enter a military base, lifetime was there In a spand of five days, they picked up, and delivered my elderly parent's household goods from AZ and delivered to CO They were very professional and helpful

I have used this company for a local and long distance moveVery kind and professional moversSuper happy with the quality of work- wrapping each item and loading the truckBetter than I would haveFor my out of state move they had a special for free storage for monthsSweet!

Lifetime Moving & Storage moved a partial shipment for me from Phoenix to Orange CA They showed up on time and packed my pieces carefully for the move Ralph and Juan were friendly and kept us informed as they packed and loaded the truck My items were then taken to be loaded on a truck coming to CA They arrived on the first day I was available to receive them, called before and showed up right on time David and his helper were great - unloaded, unwrapped and carefully placed my furniture where I needed it All the movers worked the whole time and were very friendly and courteous Great company and I would for sure use them again!

The movers were very polite and came on timeProfessional men, did a great job taking care of our stuffWe had two trucks and full packing serviceEverything arrived in great condition and on timeThey put the beds together for us and we're very patientWill recommend them to friends and will definitely use them againI found them on in a costco store advertising

Just moved a bedroom set from Arizona to California and the service and care taken with my shipment were excellent Good Company I would recommend them Not only were the movers efficient and careful, the office staff stayed in touch keeping me advised during the entire process

We recently hired Lifetime Moving and Storage for a local move from Cave Creek, AZ to Phoenix, AZ They did an amazing job, they called when they were on their way, they worked so hard, they were courteous, professional and did not slack at all during the entire day! It was extremely hot, degrees and Joe W., Juan and Adam were totally awesome and didn't complain Thanks guys we really appreciate it!

I moved November 30th and I cannot tell anything bad but, all good of the movers that took my belongings to my new address The two gentleman were courteous and very careful while moving the stuff to my new house Even my realtor who was picking his lock box made a comment that they were really working hard and were very careful handling my belongings Thank you very much Life Time Movers because I was really happy with your service I would recommend everybody who wants to moveThank you very much for your great service

I want full delivery of my personal belongings. I want to be reimbursed for all damages. Find my boxes you checked on to the truck and your third party driver never checked out. Call the other companies that handled our personal belongings and find them. You are responsible for all of our missing boxes, shelving, and christmas tree. I am filing claims, but not with you. Ive seen how other claims have been resolved. Nothing gets done and you give people the runaround. You also make threats about using social media. Do not threaten me about my first ammendment rights and use threats as leverage to avoid negative posts.

investigation of your moving claim, we are advised that you refuse to cooperate and did not send any evidence of a pond receipt or the amount claimed to be stolen. In addition, on a call conversation dated 11/27/2017 with a moving claim supervisor, you stated that the cost demanded is $500, and not $1000! As of today, the moving claim processor is still awaiting evidence of the amount claimed and a receipt of the pond, for the watch claimed.Naturally, this is most disturbing to us and we want to settle this situation promptly. Please do understand that evidence is required, for a settlement to be offered. With no evidence and with you changing the amounts demand, we are having a hard time settling your complaint.To expedite this complaint and settle it promptly, please email your pond receipt, at your earliest, directly to our office at: [email protected] Please understand that we must follow a specific process, to include request for evidence, with every claim, as we are required, by law to keep complaints paper trail for 5 years. Please scroll down to see our claims department latest call to Ms. [redacted] and correspondence. She claims they did not contact her, but you can see the call log as of 1/19/18 that a conversation was in place.2. We deeply apologized for the event and offered to cover her expenses to the pond shop. 3. We promptly and fully cooperated with the Phoenix police and officer that reached out to us. The employee was arrested and as per Ms. [redacted] served his time. This employee does not reflect on any other employees of Lifetime or its culture. We deeply regret and apologize for the event.4. Initially, our claims department was informed that the cost to retrieve the watch would be $250. We asked for Ms. [redacted] to simply send us a copy of the receipt and we will cover the expense.Ms. [redacted] then demanded a higher amount and agreed up to $500 with the claims manager, John. We requested a pond receipt, so we can promptly proceed with the pay out.Few days following this agreement, Ms. [redacted] filed her Revdex.com complaint, and a yelp blast, demanding $1000, claiming that retrieving the watch will be $1000 ....5. Only yesterday, Jan 30, 2018 Ms. [redacted] retrieved the watch and sent us the receipt for $474.99 - please see her email (from yesterday) and receipt attached.6. You can see that we immediately took action upon receiving her receipt and requested the claims manager with movingclaims.net to issue a settlement to Ms. [redacted], so we can proceed with the pay out.7. Ms. [redacted] is still trying to negotiate via social media (yelp) and is now demanding for $2734.99...we will gladly present the communication trail showing her demands.Again, we deeply apologize for the event and let the authorities handle it, while fully cooperating with them. We offered to cover her watch pond expenses and took action upon it, promptly!We do not appreciate the continuous negotiation and accusation of the claims manager lying and not being cooperative and the social media blasts, which hurt our reputation and our other staff integrity and ability to assist future clients. One employee wrongful actions, do not represent the entire team. These social media blasts hurt employees that are working hard and in full honesty, to put food on their table.We are having a difficult time finding what will truly please Ms. [redacted], when she keeps raising the $ amounts demanded.As of yesterday, the movingclaims.net sent her the settlement for $474.99.
