delivery had issue with damage to items delived to my home.They had manpower people unload my furinturevery careless in unloading furiture.help had me pay for set up extura money to setup dollars.company told was part of bill.they came in the middle of night.did not clean up afther delivery left my front of the house a mess.these men no experianse moving furiturecompany handle claim offer pluse 30.00.the man handle claim was very rude.floor
in my house was damage he did not care .if get not red penny from these this company I do not care.I do not want any one to be treated like IWAS treated

Lifetime Moving and Storage packed up all our furniture and helped us move to our new homeThey were extremely efficient and we were highly impressed at how they took care of each and every itemNot only did they pack and unpack everything amazingly, but they were such a pleasant group and we would use them again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

From estimate, schedule, pick up & delivery was such a smooth & beyond appreciate serviceThe packaging of each and every furniture big & small was bubble wrapped then blanket padding and finally inside heavy duty boxMy largest & delicate piece of instrument( baby grand piano) was handled like baby...so gentle & smooth??The delivery gentleman (Joe) handled everything so professionally from communication to delivery each and every furniture to respective roomsAt the end, they even hauled away each and every piece to wrapping & cardboard boxes which came alongWishing all the best!

It has been a month now if I am not wrong since the day I relocated to my new homeThe thing that has stuck in my mind, apart from the endless chores before the move, is the relocation accorded to me by the team from Lifetime moving & storageMy quick settlement can be attributed to the smooth and flawless relocation that dayThey were detailed and careful to ensure that I did not lose anything on the wayAll my properties were safely relocated, and for that, I am grateful and will not forget

I chose Lifetime Movers from a list of recommended companies as they had the most impressive credentialsThis proved, overall, to be a rather accurate assessment in terms of pre and post move issuesWhile there was a mishap that involved a large box being left behind and only discovered by a neighbor of mine, there was a good system of communication in place that led to immediate action being taken to correct the problemThere were also a few pieces that were damaged, but the crewed owned up to it and offered company support to compensate meSo, in my assessment, the issues that occurred were somewhat expectedMy positive rating for the company results from how well and timely these concerns were addressed, and they were to my satisfactionBeyond this, the staff and crew were professional, informative, courteous and good naturedI would indeed recommend this company to others considering and move locally here in AZMany thanks one and all

I used Lifetime Moving & Storage for a local move and my experience was very goodFrom Amanda and Ellen in the office to Ralph and Juan (they did the heavy lifting) everyone was very courteous and professionalThey were fast to respond to my request for the job and gave me a fair estimateThey were in touch through out the whole processThe arrived on time, used their time wisely and Juan did a great job packing up my curio made of metal and glassThis piece is really valuable to me and it arrived perfectly as did everything else

The guys sent to me by lifetime moving and storage was amazingI did not have to be there for the actual unloading of my foot pods because these guys were totaly trust worthy and honestI had a lot of furniture and fine artwork to be sorted and loaded in to storage containers and they did all of what I needed to have doneexcellent job*** ** ***

No one has called my phone or left any voicemails since the conversation I had with the claims advisor immediately after our *** review discussion. That was days prior to your reply to my Revdex.com complaintIf someone told you that they have or had been trying to contact me, they are giving you erroneous information.You state that I "refused" to cooperate or send you evidence of the pawn receipt. FalseFor the last two weeks I have been attempting to retrieve my watch back from the pawn shopl I had spoken with the manager and he had told me that he could not release it until he spoke to his boss to find out how much they were going to charge me. I left messages in an attempt to speak to him. Today, after contacting the Detective assigned to my case, I was advised to just show up to the pawn shop in person to retrieve my watch. Which I did and have immediately forwarded my receiptOn the call you reference on 11/- you are grossly mistaken as to the cost demand being $500.00. Listen to the call. The gentleman offered me $to make me go away at that very moment and I denied that offer as at that time I didn't even know what the cost to retrieve MY PROPERTY, that I was being forced to buy back after your employee stole it from inside of my own home, was going to be.I want to additional address your statement regarding this case to be most disturbing to you and really hope the Revdex.com looks further into my recent findings. The man who stole from me while in my home working for you had just been released from jail less than month prior to him being in my home! Explain to me how you hired him with a clear conscience and allowed him access into your clients homes and valuables? When one hires a moving company they put trust in that company to run background checks and criminal checks on their employeesHe had been charged and convicted of some major crimesIt was gross negligence on your part to have this man in my home

Lifetime Moving & Storage , hereinafter "LMS" has gone above and beyond the call of duty for delivering excellent customer service*** *** has used several moving and storage companies in the past and we have never received such excellent customer services in combination with the excellent pricesthey just do not appear to go hand and hand However, Cari G***, Miranda and a third customer service representative with LMS treated our company as if we were a million dollar corporation and their only client Their special attention to customer service and attention to detail, along with personal calls, follemails and third party calls to our receiving vendors are unheard of in today's moving and storage market Our unbelievable experience began with a simple phone call from Miranda asking if she could provide us with a quote/bid on our shipping order I explained to Miranda that we had already received an excellent price and we did not need any other assistance We accomplished this task after several days of searching online and requesting bids from an online service company which posted our shipment for bidding We sincerely believed that we received the best price available and it was the lowest bid out there by several hundreds of dollars, however, Miranda simply stated that if we could show her our bid estimate that we received LMS would be able to price match and save us an additional 5% It was an offer to good to be true, I hesitated, at first, however, I thought let's give this young lady with LMS a chanceThus, we faxed over the estimate and to our surprise and delight, she and LMS did exactly what she said they would do They matched the price and gave us an additional 5% offWhat a great deal and we signed the deal If this story stopped here, it would still be good story about pricing and service, however, it gets better!!
The LMS driver's immediately scheduled a piat our jobsite and they were very prompt, professional and very kind They were very detailed and concise with loading and documenting my inventory We also received emails from customer service that afternoon regarding who my driver was going to be, his name, his phone number and when he would be arriving to the delivery destination in *** His name was Willi and he phoned us hours before his arrival to the shipping destination in *** ***
Here is where things went wrongwhen LMS' driver arrived to the destination with our shipment, *** did not let him unload and would not receive the return product They would not accept shipment without proper document and turned LMS driver Willi away Willi called us immediately along with LMS representative Cari explaining the situation to usWilli was very professional and patient, we explained to Willi that we did not know what was happening and began to make a series of call to ***, however, due to the time difference and late hours, the headquarters in *** ** were already closed Fortunately, the support system from LMS, the dirver Willi, Cari, and the 3rd lady were all presistant in helping us get this issue resolved They worked well into the evening to come up with some sort of plan help us resolve our shipping issues and they all continued to stand behind us Fortunately, the driver Willi made a suggestion that he would drive to *** and deliver his other loads and then on his return to Arizona, he would make a second attempt to deliver our product in *** This gave us more time to get *** to address the issues on their side and accept our return items It worked, between us and LMS's customer service reps and LMS's driver Willi, we got our product delivered and LMS did not charge us any additional fees What an excellent team of individuals! Thank you!! You guys are the best and represent how business' should operate!!

Their service was impeccable throughout the entire process and I only wish more companies were like Lifetime moving & storageI couldn’t recommend a better company than this oneThey were punctualI fund all my belongings safely transportedThe team moved an entire house within a couple of daysThese guys were really great

I cannot express enough how wonderful Lifetime moving & storage wasThe only company which I thought quoted fairly was this oneThey called me two times before the move day and arrived early on the move dayThey took great care with my items, and wrapped everything securely all of my furniture and landscape were taken care of with their materialsBut we missed that our cat food box was left in the vanI informed them, they found it, and are bringing to me! I don’t think my words are enough

Overall Lifetime did a great job We were pleased with their price, packing and delivery However doing a long distance move from AZ to FL without a firm delivery date was a little difficult, as we were not aware of the business days for delivery Thank goodness we were purchasing a new bed and sofa, so we had somewhere to sleep Only negative is to read the fine print or be told more about the delivery policy up front

I needed to move a few large household items (dining room set, paintings, two large chairs, large rugs, and a box of pictures) from AZ to DC and I had two days to do thisI called Lifetime Moving on a SaturdayAmanda called me back within a couple of hours, gave me a quote, we finalized everything by Monday, and scheduled a Wednesday pick-up I received my items intact in fewer than days The guys who delivered my items were in and out of my building within hours, they assembled the dining room table, and even took the trash out
I am pleased with my experience with LifetimeThey were professional, responsive, and the cost was reasonable

To be honest, when I first looked for a mover, I was apprehensive Choosing Lifetime Moving turned out to be an excellent decision; from working with customer service, the in-city moving team to the long distance movers Follon each step was exceptional Everything was wrapped and arrived safely A job well done by courteous and friendly teams at Lifetime Moving and Storage My sister was so impressed that she used them for her local move!

I want to start off by saying that the person who arranged my quote, the team that picked up my stuff and the team that delivered my stuff were all professional, courteous and upfront about everythingHowever, the people in your customer service are horrible, unresponsive, careless, uninformed and are liars
When the people from your customer service center called to arrange the final details of my move the first question she asked was what day did I want to accept deliveryMy pickup was on 7/She asked if I wanted 7/23!!! I was moving from AZ to FLI said, that isn't even possible, in fact, that is illegal for any of your drivers to be driving that long to get my stuff there in one day and I wouldn't even be there yetShe responded by well we have days to deliver your itemsShe did not state business days which I found out after the movers picked up our stuff and I set my EDD for 8/Knowing that it was BUSINESS days would have made a difference for what I picked
