ordered a case for my Samsung S9+. They sent a case to me for a Samsung 8, which is too small. After emailing customer service (there is no phone contact) they replied that the case was comparable and they have fulfilled their sakes obligation. They suggested I give it away as a gift. Wuuuuuut???

It states on their website that they have a return policy. However, when I contacted customer support about the return, they said that since the items were purchased "to order" (that is made to fit me) they cannot be return. However, that is a lie - all items that I purchased and want to return have ONE SIZE on the purchase page, so there was no customization involved at all! They deny me the refund! When legally I have 14 days to return the items I do not like!

Mininthebox falsely advertises items and refuses to exchange them unless the lied-to customer pays shipping ... to China!

I ordered a case and protective glass for a Samsung A10. Despite being advertised on Miniinthebox as for the A10, when it arrived the camera slot did not line up, the button placement was wrong, and the cover completely blocked the headphone jack. In addition, the protective glass I ordered (also advertised for the A10) was too wide and too long.

When I asked for an exchange, miniinthebox replied that it would only make an exchange or refund if I paid to ship the item to China.

Here is the kind of thing a customer should never have to hear from a lying retailer:

"The return will be to our warehouse in China (Dongguan). OR, In order to save your money on return postage, we would like to offer you REWARDS of 3 USD as compensation and you can keep the order. You can either sell the item locally or you can gift it to someone."

The only reason that I gave it 1 star is because you have to give them at least a star. They sent me a wrong item and if I want a full refund, I have to send them their mistake back first and send at my expense to China. First of all, I proved through a picture that they sent the wrong item. Also, I trusted them to send the correct item. It was not a mistake that I got the wrong product. I TRULY believe that they are just a RIPOFF company, Don't Buy from them. And they continue to say that they are sorry that the item was not satisfactory. They sent the wrong item!! oh well, you can listen or you can make a mistake like I did. Never again, DON'T BUY FROM MINI IN THE BOX!!! The customer service guy is just a Robot!!!

Despite selecting "unsubscribe" and being directed to a website stating my email has been unsubscribed, I continue to receive spam email from this company. Also, I do not have the ability to close my account via their website and they make it entirely impossible to reach customer service unless I have placed an order of some type.

I ordered from this company birthday presents for my nephew on April 11th. The company took my money. I still have not received ANY of my packages. I have contacted their customer service and complained. They told me it will take 10-20 business days. Then it turned into 30 days and now it’s 60 days! My other nephews birthdays is today! My nephew is so upset that he hasn’t received his packages. I don’t even know if this company even shipped the packages or just took my money and ran. I want my money back. I want a full reason. I have never had this much trouble with a company. I have even asked for a supervisor but yet customer service keeps responding and I never get a supervisor. I get the same generic answer from customer service with the time frame of delivery extending out further and further. This is unacceptable.

On April 21 2020, I placed and order containing LED electrical connectors the delivery date said 12-20 business days. I contacted them concerning not receiving the connectors after 6 weeks(I since ordered the product from *** it took 3 days). They changed the shipping time my first time contacting to 1 month the 2nd contact it would be 2 months. I asked them to cancel the product ($15-20) and refund the price, I was told, " I would have to refuse the package when they tried to deliver it to get a refund"

Order an iPad cover 10 days ago. Company says ship, but that is not the case. USPS has no record. Company has reputation of not delivering products or returning the money. They are another Chinese scam.

I received my order # *** LED light strip that does not change colors as advertised. The remote control is defective. I emailed lightinthebox 3 times and did not receive any response to me refund requests. This is a chinese based company with a Seattle Washington postal address. This company has no intention on refunding monies. This company is doing business in the United States but do not list any telephone numbets to speak with a company representative. They have made the process to disuade persons from requesting refunds and this is a decietful process to the US consumer.

Order was placed on 4-6-2020, They received payment of 139.25 via my credit card. It is now May 26 and items have never been received. According to the website they dont even recognize my email address, They do not respond. They got paid and never shipped items ordered. I have put a dispute thru my credit card company. They also use the name Lightin the box and mini in the box. Credit card company has phone number in Great Britain. Co is located in Behing China.

I made a purchase from this company's website and then waited the specified time for it to arrive and when it never did I contacted the company and received a generic response to wait longer and then if not received to contact them again. Well I waited until the next specified time once again no delivery so I contacted the company again and received another generic response to wait longer and then nothing. I contacted the company for the 3rd time and now I'm not getting any response at all.

Never got my order but company is saying it was delivered even though the order shows wrong address wrong date and the costumer service rep even verify my right address for the order placement. They refuse to give me a refund and this was a shirt for my fiancé funeral who recently died and the funeral will be May 15. I order the shirt April 29th.

After 15 days and numerous attempts to contact them, I finally had to dispute the charges with PayPal.
They gave me back the difference from expedited shipping fees to normal shipping cost.

It has now been thirty five days and I still do not have my product, and no response from them after asking for my money back.

I am an essential worker, so I have to be out and about through this pandemic. I ordered 2 blue and 2 black face masks through Lightinthebox.com due to the 4 to 7 days shipping that I had to pay for. The order and payment was taken on 4/18/20, and I contacted them on 4/28/20 due to not receiving a shipping tracking number that worked. That is when I was told that they weren't sure exactly were my order was, but once the postal service had it, it would take an another 10 days for me to receive it. I explained that I paid for 4 to 7 days and maybe they should refund the money I paid for shipping due to falsely advertising the 4 to 7 days. They rejected that and called the matter closed. I received the order on 5/5/20, and they sent me 4 blue and 0 black. When I told them about it they acted as if I lied to them, so I sent a picture.

Company stinks. Fraud!!!! Tracking shows package never sent. Won't refund money. They should be investigate!

No delivery after payment . Was told that by E-Mail that my order was packaged and sent on April 4 2020 for $ 187.35
have not received my order as of April 29 2020 .

I was charged for the order it took five days for the payment to process then it took another 10 days for my item to ship but I never received confirmation on anything and I never got my lights and my order number was cleared from my account

I ordered lights from this company on April 12,2020 ,it showed 4 to 7 days for delivery. On April 21st,after many emails to this company.,it is still showing processing. I have contacted Paypal and still haven't heard from the company. The only response I have received is offering me a discount on my next order,but no reason explained why. I think this company is bogus,especially after reading the other responses. I can't understand why companies like this are allowed to selling the united States. It makes others look bad. All I can say is buyer beware,check to make sure it is a legit company,and that it is from the United States. I figured that I am just out of my money or will be months before I see it. I do not have my product,a very disappointed daughter that I was trying to cheer up,and has just made things worse.

I ordered some fitness equipment. The promised processing and shipment kept getting pushed back. No one answered my requests for updates. As of yesterday the material still had not been received by miniinthebox for shipment to me. I was expecting this to deliver between the 2 and the 8th. As of the 10th they still had no date for me. So I canceled the order and bought my equipment elsewhere. Now they are saying they will only give me a credit-I will never use them again as they have no customer service and no contact number. They said I could request it back on my card but sent me to a link that did not exist. All I want is a full refund since they failed to meet promised dates and they never sent me anything.

I purchased a dress for my daughter's wedding. I used the size guide on their site. When the product finally came in - it was at least 2 sizes too small. I'm not sure how that is my fault. They are saying to me that it was a Made to Order item. Not sure how that is possible when they give you a size chart to pick your size from.

Even if I can't have my money back - I would take a different dress.

I would also like to point out that their shipping was way off as well. Took almost 3 months to get the dress.
