This company is advertising their name as Lightinthebox.com but has the same address as the company selected for this complaint. I placed and online order on April 24, 2018 in the amount of $40.98. The item purchased was never shipped and the tracking information indicated that there were custom issues therefore the items was not shipped. I have copies of this information. I contacted the company and placed a service ticket on May 7, 2018 and requested that my money be refunded. I received a response on May 9, 2018 indicating that the money would be returned. On June 12, 2018, I submitted another ticket requesting a refund and on June 13, 2018 I was asked for my banking information and told that the refund would be made. Again on June 25, 2018 I submitted a third request for a refund and informed customer service that this request had not been fulfilled and that I gave my banking information and still no refund was given. I was told that there was a problem in the back office and that the refund would be sent to the card used to pay for the order. I was told that it would take 3-5 days to process. I am still waiting for a refund and would like for someone to please fix this issue. This company has deceptive business practices and does not provide adequate or efficient customer service. I will never do business with this company again and will make sure that any and everyone I know steers clear of this company. They are scammers. My next step is a civil suit against the company.

Thought I'd look into some of their lighting products. Most of the products are 220V which means that North America is out. Trying to get in contact means having to create an account. A confirmation email is supposed to be sent but it never is. Seems like their web servers do not sent out that email. Fault or deliberate?? You decide. Glad I ended up at the Revdex.com website. No business for these guys. They should just close their Seattle office. Rating system below is flawed. There is no zero stars to click on.

There is no way to contact MiniinTheBox dba as *** for status on request of return and refund for wigs ordered on 04/30/2018 ,delivered on 05/19/2018. products of substandard material and different from picture shown on line. I received one response from MiniinTheBox on 05/29 and 05/31/2018 since then no other contact. I have been unable to use the pass word supplied by the company and no response from request a new password. MiniinTheBox contact number 206 -790- 2639 does not answer and voice mail box is full.

I ordered from this business and had to return some items. I contacted the business and was provided with return instructions. I returned the items as instructed via mail with tracking. I received tracking verification of return and contacted the business for a follow-up. The client is repeatedly telling me they cannot find my item, that they will look for it and is very slow/if at all in their responses. To date, I have not received my refund or any communication from the item that was returned 5/11/2018 and received 5/14/2018.

I ordered the product 4 weeks and 3 days ahead of needing it and selected expedited postal (extra $) on purpose. The tracking showed it stalled. No help from lightinthebox. It came 2 days late for my daughter's special occasion. I\We have messaged them numerous times over 20 days. They reply, but it's as if they never read my responses. Terrible service. The sandals were pricey, but nice. Not worth it. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order with this company for Order Number: *** on Order Date: May 08, 2018. I paid for Shipping Method: Expedited Postal (5 - 8 business days). I contacted the company requesting the delivery with unsuccessful results. As of May 23rd I still have yet to receive my order.

I ordered 4 Items from MiniInTheBox. My confirmation of payment has been sent to me on May 5th 2018, stating the products are in delivery process. The order # is ***, On route from distributor to my address. There is no tracking info. The site states the products take up to five business days. I've sent two emails to [email protected] ,inquiring about the process, with no response.
Today is Saturday May 19 2018 . I am requesting that I recieve my shipment or I would like full reimbursement.

Purchased shoes for wedding. The shoes were not fitting right on. One shoes were bigger than other. All I wanted from them is to send me a return form and address to send back. They keep giving me the run around. One thing is that they are under the name LightInTheBox. This I has been going on for a month now. I just want my refund . I just need an address from them. I ordered this phone. Instantly after I ordered the phone, I realized it was not the right thing, so I tried to cancel my order, and I thought I did until the phone arrived at my doorstep. I never opened the box, and contacted the seller and asked if I could ship it back to get a refund. They said that would be alright, so I put the return label on it and shipped it back. A week or so ago I got an email from them saying they received the package, but could not give me my refund because all that was inside was the adapter for the phone, and claimed the phone was not in the package. I never opened the original package, so I knew this could not be the case. I contacted DHL (the shipping provider they use) and gave them the tracking number for the package when it was sent. I asked to have the parcel weight and dimensions of the package. They gave it to me. Then I contacted UPS (the shipping provider I used to ship the package back) and asked for the same thing, and they gave me the weight. Unfortunately they did not have the dimensions on record; however, the weight of the package I shipped out was slightly heavier than the one received (most likely because of excess labels); this proves that I did not take the phone out of the package, and it was indeed shipped back to them. This gives me three possibilities of what happened: 1. Someone on their end messed up, or stole the phone. 2. The phone never arrived in the first place, which I'd have no idea since I never actually opened the package. This would be odd, though considering the weight of the package was too much for just an adapter. 3. They did indeed receive the phone and just do not want to give me the refund, so they are claiming they never received it. I have contacted them numerous times about this issue. I have given them all the information about shipping and weight, but they've begun asking unreasonable things such as, "Do you have an image of the box received". Obviously I don't take pictures of boxes..

ordered merchandise for upcoming event. Never received response. Emailed them 4 times and each time I rec'd scripted response as well as later ship dates. The latest ship date is well past my event. I even paid for expedited shipping. Now trying to get someone to answer about refund, but as many times I try I get no response. This may be due to them having no scripted response for this question. I would encourage all to never order from this business.

I ordered 4 faucets from Light in the box. I was more than satisfied with everything about my transaction as well as the products. I would recommend this company with 5 stars so far.

I am unable to contact this company regarding an order placed on March 23rd. As I checked out as a guest and did not register an account, I am finding contact next to impossible. I have found no customer service email or phone number, nor a physical address. I had to give you my postal code just to make this step in my complaint. My only means of contact with this company have been through a public Facebook page. I reveive aito generated replies. I spent just over 50 usd and vannot find an email with an order update. I ORDER TWO COAT FROM THIS COMPANY BACK IN DEC 2017 FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER THEY DID NOT FIT SO I SEND THEM BACK ON 1/2/18 AND FOR MONTHS I HAVE TRYING TO GET MY MONEY RETURN TO MY VISA CARD WITH NO LUCK. I purchased a GPS speedometer from this online seller. After trying it, it did not perform as advertised and I wanted a refund. Initally, they offered a refund. When I accepted, they started a several day long email thread, which ends with "we will not accept opened items for return". I had stated from the very beginning that Ihad tried it, and they offered the refund AFTER I told them that.

I received 5 orders of 3 mm magnets.
This is false advertising and you should be true to your advertising.

2-24-2018 - Placed order for Fitbit replacement watch bands - listed as IN STOCK, SHIPS IN 24 HOURS, FREE DELIVERY IN 3-5 Business days. 10 days later "still processing". submitted a "ticket". Response - "unable to offer a shipping date". I CANCELLED my order on March 6 and filed a claim with my Bank/Visa. Thankfully they removed the charge (but it could come back to bite me). On March 7 I received an email saying I could NOT cancel because it had already shipped along with a tracking number that wasn't available for several days. Now it's March 13 - According to (Bogus) tracking #, it's still sitting in a fed-ex facility in Malaysia. Guess it's on a slow boat from China. I don't expect to get this package anytime soon. This company is a fraud. They should be ARRESTED and LOCKED UP. Not allowed to present themselves as a Seattle, WA company. Product is shipped to the customer from Malaysia - not Seattle. The also added a "foreign exchange" fee to my credit card without disclosing it on the order. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased a "Shower Faucet Contemporary Handshower Included Brass Chrome #***" - 2 years ago and it developed a leak. I contacted the company with the request to provide contact information for the supplier or manufacturer so I can purchase replacement parts as no contact info was provided with original paperwork (if you can call that a 1 page list of parts - i.e 1 shower head, 1 connector, etc., to make things worse - I've purchased a unit last year for 2nd bathroom and it came with same "paperwork" a 1 page list of items in the box, NO contact info.).

The response was "We do not have the supplier contact. That is all in the manual or on the back of the manual and since this item is out of stock we can't contact the supplier."

So how do you sell the product that is completely not repairable? a total rip off considering the unit price is several hundred dollars.

FYI - now they also sell their products via Amazon.

I ordered 2 faucets and 2 drains for bathroom sinks from this company. They sent me 1 of the wrong faucet. I contacted them on their website, no phone number that I can find. They told me to return the incorrect faucet, which I did. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have contacted them repeatedly, via email on their website, and all I receive back is that they will correct the situation. Which they have not. After several emails I asked for a refund. They told be because my items where in stock I could not get a refund. Still they have not sent me any of my items, nor a refund.

I purchased an item from them (order #***) and it never arrived. I contacted them 6 times over 3 months to get the item. They don't have any tracking number to show that it was sent, and they refuse to resend or refund it. They just ask me to wait longer every time.

12-9-17 & 12-21-17 I ORDERED ON-LINE TWO FLYING FAIRIES, I TRIED TO CANCEL ONE ORDER, BUT WAS SHIPPED THREE. WHEN RECEIVED, THEY ARE NOT AS PICTURED AND SEEM TO BE MISSING A CHARGING PART. THE BUBBLE WRAP WAS NOT AROUND THE TOY AND SEEMED TO BE EMPTY. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF $9.30 AND $21.76.
THESE ITEMS WERE SHIPPED FROM OVERSEAS SO AM NOT SURE OF ADDRESS.
