WARNING! DO NOT BUY THIS DRESS or any other dress from this company. It will not be returnable or exchangeable. They don’t tell you this when you order but the only response you will receive from them is their policy. Their policy that states made to order dresses cannot be returned. My dress was not made to order but a standard size. Their only explanation is that ALL of their dresses are “made to order”. The dress with 3/4 sleeves was constructed so poorly that it isn’t wearable. The sleeves are so small that you can’t even get a hand through them. I seriously doubt they would accommodate a small child’s arm. Run ... do not walk ... run from this dress and this website. Do not rely on the glowing reviews shown with this dress on the LightInTheBox website. *** “Light in the Box reviews” for thousands of accurate reviews/warnings from a 3rd party unbiased site.
I paid for q samsung galaxy s10 case for 48 dollars never got a confirmation email and no receipt but got the charge I have proof from my transaction
My order was not shipped in the 2 days they said it would be, so I ordered elsewhere. I requested a refund as it had not shipped yet. They refused and said to 'be patient'. I requested a refund over and over with being told each time to 'be patient'. It was eventually shipped against my request and they still won't refund my order. It's now been over a month, it's still not here, and they still won't refund my order. Buyer beware!
I purchased clothing back at the end of November or the very beginning of December from LightInTheBox. It took a number of weeks for it to be delivered. I bought 5 items, sweaters and tops. 4 of them are too small and one that is a small looks like an extra large and very poor quality of clothing. The one sweater doesn't even look like the picture advertisement. I wanted a complete refund but told to give the clothes away as it probably wouldn't be worth it to send back. My purchase amount was 98.72 and it would of cost me 35.00 to return, so yes it would not be worth it. I believe this is how this company makes money off of people. Then I told them I wanted to exchange 3 of the shirts and was told I would have to pay for shipping again. They told me then that they would refund me 30% of 88.31 in 25USD. 30% of 88.31 is not 25.00 it is around 26.49. I did email them the correct amount and have yet to receive a credit adjustment on my credit card and yes my email was explicit and somewhat graphic. The clothes came from China but I believe the address in Seattle, Washington is their warehouse. I cannot find a phone number anywhere whatsoever, which I'm sure there is a reason for that as I'm sure they do not want to talk to their disgruntled customers.
The return label they sent me is as follows:
Name:LeiXin
Address: 3rd Floor, No. 1 workshop,DIMMEI Manufacture (Old Industrial Area)
No. 399, Meixiu Road, Xiuzhou District,
Jiaxing City,
Zhejiang Province
City: Jiaxing
Country: China
Postal Code: 314000
Phone: +0086- 186-137-98238 (Chinese only)
It's somewhat my fault as I should of looked at the reviews because I would not of purchased anything from this company. The reviews were terrible. There may have been a few positive ones but I assume they do treat some customers here and there to try to make themselves look like a reputable company.

On the 8th of November I have ordered a dress online from Light in the box I paid for it via pay pal and got the reference number from PayPal but never received any feedback from The Light in the box the company about the status of the order and the expected date of delivery,am worried that this might be a scam please hlep
Miniinthebox, also know as Lightinthebox, are the worse online seller ever.
They sold me wrong size product with wrong color and didnt want to refund except if I ship back in china for 95$... for a 43$ free delivery order...
Bad customer service and no refund on wrong product shipping.,..
Paid shipping fee when placing an order. Had to pay extra COD (cash on delivery) to get the item at Canada Post. This COD was sent back to the sender as shown on the tracking record of Canada Post. So this hidden fee for delivery was charged by Light In The Box. Very bad business form and never buy anything on Lightinthebox.com.
Hello,
Some companyy by the name of MiniInTheBox sent me an email today, stating that they are going to start charging me $1 a month for no apparent reason!! I do not know this company and have no business with them!
Scammers!
Went on their website:
https://www.miniinthebox.com
As I expected:
1) NO phone number!
2) NO email address!
This is a scam!
How can I defend myself? How do I alert others?
Sincerely.
On April 25,2019, I placed an order for a dress from the company ADOR, also known as Lightinthebox. It was delivered on May 15,2019. On May 17, 2019 I notified the company that I wanted to return the dress for a refund. I was well within their policy of 14 days notification. On May 19, 2019 I logged into my account to see their response to the method needed to send the dress back. The response was that they could not take back the dress because it was a special order. This is untrue. I ordered a size 16, from their regular lineup of sizes listed. I never requested a special order. At no time was there any mention of this being a special order. The first time I heard this explanation was when I requested a return. I am deeply concerned about this tacit, it feels like a bait & switch. In following the return policy, I sent pictures of the dress, front and back to show that the dress was intact and had never been worn. I did nothing except remove from the package and try it on. I was very displeased with the quality of the fabric and the workmanship. I might also add that the dress did not have any identifying tags. I realize now, that this company is based in China. I hope they are not allowed to get away with this type of treatment. It is extreme poor customer service. I do not feel like they should be out of the reach of our country's policies.
I ordered a product and it never was shipped to me. The company became illusive when I tried to contact customer service. For awhile I couldnt even find the company online. They changed the whole look and advertised totally different products. I would track the shipment and it always said it shipped but pending and it was never delivered.
Placed a $134.27 order for an ice skate costume from the vendor on December 1, 2018. As of today (2/12/19)--72 days after placing my order-- I still have not received the costume. The website indicates that you can only get a refund if the item has not been shipped. However, when I got to my account to track the processing/mailing of the item, it shows that it has been "prepared for delivery" since December 20, therefore it doesn't permit me to cancel the order. I was promised delivery by January 7. At this point, I am concerned that this is just a scam and I am never going to receive the package. There is no phone number for me to speak with anyone in person to resolve this issue.
Since making a purchase several months ago the company continues to spam me. I have opted out and told them to STOP sending me junkmail, yet it continues
I purchased a bike and a number of clothes from this business. Their online name is lightinthebox.com. On April 10, 2018, I got a notice that the item was shipped. Since that time I have been able to confirm that the goods 3 of the 4 of which were sent (1 is still pending 8 months later) were returned to sender. I spoke with the business online and they said it was incumbent upon me to show that the item was returned before they would credit the card that was used on the purchase. I used their online tools to show them the updated tracking showed that the items had been returned to the senders address. I asked for my money back and they did not respond.
I purchased a jumpsuit from this website on Sept 20th. On December 5th they received my return package and never issued me a refund. I believe this company is affiliated with Mini In The Box and they are based out of China. I question whether they are a legitimate American company at all. They have never sent my refund, there is no way to email them and I am getting no responses.
On December 13th I received an alert from my credit card company that my card was breached and being used on a website that I did not authorize. Thankfully it was caught in time. I contacted my credit card company, and they reversed the charges on their end and then I contacted the company that it was being used with. At that time, I contacted the sister company to this company because that is what was on the credit card statement. I asked for them to provide me to information for the person who had used my card. I wanted and still want to know, what the name on the order was and where the billing and shipping addresses were, I was and am still hoping that if they do end up giving me the information if its from someone in my town that I can bring the evidence to the police station to take action.
I recently visited a a website called light in the box. I saw that they are advertising Sisterlock Hair Extentions for $9.99 a pack. This hair can be used as extension to give you a faux Sisterlock look. I realized that they're advertising my hair as false hair extentisions and my hair is real. They have my pocture up repersenting haor they are selling as if thisbis what is in my hair. I am the owner of Unique Curls Natural Hair Salon located in Chester, VA. I have been a licensed cosmetology instructor and hair stylist for over 12 years and my hair is my advertisement. I and all a blogger, I have a all natural hair care line as well as health and body product line. My hair plays a big roll in my career and advertisement and they have me on there site as if my hair is fake. I have no way of contacting them and they have been making money off of my hair which can in return hurt my business because I am well known in the natural hair industry as well on social media. I'm don't know how much they have made off of my hair but I can guarantee what they selling doesn't look nor feel like my hair because mines is real. I have been growing it for 10 years. I will be contacting mt lawyer to see what xan be done further.
Lightinthebox is a rip off like miniinthebox!!!! They out source your goods and mail them in s
y packages. I was told because I live in Oakland it would take my package 3 weeks additional to arrive because of customs.
I received an email from the company on Monday, December 3, 2018 indicating that the product I ordered had been shipped. It listed my billing address but someone completely unknown to me as the shipping address. The item ordered was a smartwatch and had the shipping addressed to "***0. I contacted the company via their customer service email and explained the situation. They responded that there was nothing they could do because the product had already been shipped (credits that were on my account with the company were used for the purchase, my credit card is not on file). The total amount was $65.72. I have the ticket number that I opened with the company to let them know this was a fradulent order should you need it as well as the order number that the product was shipped under (with an order date of November 30, 2018). I have since changed my password to my account with them. The company told me to file a complaint with the police if I felt this was fraud - which it is - and I plan to do so shortly. And apparently, changing my password did not help, because this "***" started sending messages regarding my ticket number and even changed my name to his/hers when I wrote to a supervisor that I was contacting the Revdex.com and the police.
