I received an email from the company on Monday, December 3, 2018 indicating that the product I ordered had been shipped. It listed my billing address but someone completely unknown to me as the shipping address. The item ordered was a smartwatch and had the shipping addressed to "***0. I contacted the company via their customer service email and explained the situation. They responded that there was nothing they could do because the product had already been shipped (credits that were on my account with the company were used for the purchase, my credit card is not on file). The total amount was $65.72. I have the ticket number that I opened with the company to let them know this was a fradulent order should you need it as well as the order number that the product was shipped under (with an order date of November 30, 2018). I have since changed my password to my account with them. The company told me to file a complaint with the police if I felt this was fraud - which it is - and I plan to do so shortly. And apparently, changing my password did not help, because this "***" started sending messages regarding my ticket number and even changed my name to his/hers when I wrote to a supervisor that I was contacting the Revdex.com and the police.

August 28, 2018 I received an email from Lightinthebox.com offering a $30 discount if I placed an order as a reward for being a three year customer. I placed an order but they did not apply the $30. I asked about it and they said it was an error but they would apply it to the next order. A couple days later I received an email offering a "Vampire Cosplay Dress" for $39.99. I followed the link and added the item to the cart. As soon as I logged into my account, the price increased to $54.85. I contacted customer service regarding the problem and they said "prices change all the time." I logged out of account and the price immediately returned to the original price.

A couple days later I received an email saying the dress was in the cart for $39.99 and promising "1% cash back" on purchases. I inquired about the "cash back" on my previous order. I discovered it is neither cash nor do they have any intent on returning it back to customers. It is a form of "reward" which "expired" a day or two later. I was exchanging messages with Silva and we reached a compromise. I intended to use the $30 "promotional reward" on the $39 dress bringing it down to $10 but the price ballooned. Silva offered a $35 reward which could be used in conjunction with the promotional reward. After receiving the $35 I found it is a "promotional reward" but you are allowed only one "promotional" reward. Afterward, the replies took a hostile turn. They accused me of "harassing" the support staff when I asked why the price increased and why the reward was entered as "promotional" instead of the regular reward. The promotional reward is set to expire December 7. It seems their intent is delay the process until my rewards all expire.

We ordered dresses on two separate occasions and are being sent the wrong color. We have tried with one order for three days to resolve the issue and now it is happening all over again. They have customer service help but when we click it does nothing. They have no phone number anywhere.

I ordered a product and never received it. It was shipped on 10/27/18. I paid for 5-8 days shipping. It never arrived. Now I am being told that I have to wait for it to arrive to send it back for refund. Problem here is that their shipper is off line and does not answer their phone. Company keeps gining me a runaround about who is supposed to contact shipper.

I ordered a bunch of items from them for our wedding and as soon as we got them I realized not only were some of the products different than the photos (which happened to be our groomsmen shirts) but the sizes we're wayyy off on everything else we ordered. I even ordered a size up on everything and none of the items fit who they were bought for. We had to drive over an hour to go buy replacement items before the wedding. I tried to contact them numerous times through their online only support being able to only respond to one item at a time and was finally told that's what the size chart is for and that it was over two weeks but it wasn't when I originally contacted them it has been now that I finally got a response

The Company is using deceptive practices to try to scam customers out of their money. My complaints consist of 1) I returned an item and they refunded it for the wrong amount. I am not exactly sure how this would happen when you attach an RMA to it, and if you have good inventory controls at the warehouse it would have identified an issue. 2) The company provides coupons for everything, but doesn't allow you to apply the coupon. I purchased the goods and sent them to coupon to have it applied to my order, and they told me I didn't qualify, even though I did. I caught them in their lie, and after I called them out on it, they immediately gave me the money I was owed. 3) The company doesn't refund you money, instead they give you credits to your account to be used on future purchases. I have not encountered another online retailer in America that does that. It's another effort on their part to prevent you from getting your money.

I have been trying for years to reach our to them in order to get a refund through light in the box. My shipment was never delivered and they tried to give me a credit but in order to use the credit they say I have to spend 3 hundred and something odd dollars. My initial purchase was for 463.05.

I purchased two items from this Online Marketplace MiniInTheBox. I paid for Postal Expedited which says 5-8 days which I ordered on October 12 which would be 20 days now. It said it shipped on October 15 which is 16 day then again It also says it shipped October 16 (15 days) which I can't explain. I was gonna ask them to make up there mind. Either way, I think the rest is self-explanatory. The package should've been here a while ago.

I ordered two full body silicone dolls from the Lightinthebox.com site. The dolls came quickly like the site said. Well I opened the dolls and they were nothing like described. The dolls were only silicone on there heads, legs and arms. I immediately contacted customer service. I taped the boxes up and after they emailed me the return slips. I returned the dolls immediately through UPS Oct 1. They finally said they received my dolls back on Oct 4. Well I looked at my refund which took a few days. They refunded me $8 at first. I contacted the company because My refund was supposed to be $206. They updated the return. It was saying now $117. I contacted them again. They then said items were missing from the package. Which I reassured the customer service that everything was in the packages because I took the pictures for them and then put the dolls back in its package. Then they said for me to send them a copy of my receipt so they can check the weight is the same. I asked them what items were missing they would not respond and closed my return. Now I cant contact customer service at all. They still have my money and they have the dolls. I found out this company has more than one site. Lightinthebox.com, Minilnthebox.com, ***, ***, *** and ***.

On September 11th I ordered two products under this company's parent company, LightintheBox. Within the original order it was stated that the order would be received in 3 to 5 business days, however, once the order was confirmed the website stated within 38 days. I created a service ticket to have the order cancelled but received a response that the order could not be cancelled until it was received. The system stated that the order would be received by October 23rd but the order still has not been received as of this date. My order was placed through my PayPal account. I created a second ticket for a refund to no avail. There was no tracking number attached to my order as the company's site stated this would help with cost, it's site shows that the order was shipped on September 15th. Due to no tracking number there is no way that my order can be tracked from the company. As of this date the same date shows as shipped with no update to the site.
After review of your site this company and its affiliates have had several complaints for the same situation I am experiencing.

On June 22, 2018 I placed an order with lightinthebox for camping stuff. I was charged $153.08 with $35.35 for shipping and insurance. Then they charged me $4.59 for international transaction fee. One of the items was out of stock. So I emailed them about a refund. No answer and thena email apologizing for the delay and that they were looking into it. I receive the items only to find poor quality items. I email them again and they say they have processed it. No.... I email them again and again they say they have processed it. No.... They ask for an paypal account so they can refund me. That didn't happen. Numerous emails and their respond was they have processed it.

Back on August 8,2018, I returned a Jersey to Light in a box. I followed complete instructions on how to return the item, with the return form with my information in the package. The estimated delivery date was 8/ 11/2018, to Reno Nv. Ups tracking #***. I have not received a refund back from Light in the box. I have emailed them several times, and no reply. Ticket *** from the Jersey. the price on this Jersey was $29.95

I ordered an item from this company on July 15, 2018. I have still not received this item. Every time I email the company, they tell me to wait until a certain date for them to resolve the issues, and when I contact them after that date, they give another date to contact them after. This company may be a complete scam, I should have read the reviews online before purchasing. I have asked for them to either send me the item or give me a refund and they completely ignore the request and tell me to keep waiting. I have screen shots of all of the emails.

I placed an order September 2nd for 2 remote controlled balloons for my sons birthday as they stated 24 hr processing and 4-5 days shipping. Today is now September 18th I've complained begged plead with this company for either the items or my money back which I've yet to receive either. I have every message saved from their customer service along with supervisors stating it was being expedited. I was told twice after asking for my money back that that they were shipping next day. Over 16 days later still nothing.

I ordered a pantsuit for my sons wedding. My understanding was that if I special ordered it with my measurements I could not return it so I ordered a generic size 12 US. (Communications afterwards indicated that the sizing was not usually accurate. This information was not in the website!) The item did not fit at all. After I contacted LIght in the Box they told me that all the items were custom made. This was nowhere clearly stated on the website. And there are no returns. I went back to the website to try to find this information and could not find it. If it does exist it is not obvious.

I am rejecting this response because:On sept 11 I was informed that light in the box would give me a 70 percent refund for my dress. I mailed my dress back on that day for $15.20. With insurance. I have not received the refund. I have emailed them there is no phone number. I am requesting full payment plus the shipping.This company should not be in business!***

DO NOT order ANYTHING from this company. Crooked it saying it lightly. First, I paid for 5-8 shipping since I needed it in 10 days, it arrived 18 days later. Secondly, most everything was worthless. The HDMI 90 degree adapters turned INTO the TV so you cannot plug anything into them. Secondly, the HDMI to 5 wire adapter was useless. Purchased it to replace the AT&T wire as I was changing service. TOTALLY USELESS. Then, if you try to return anything, they won't even allow you to submit the exchange. There is always something wrong with the submission and they leave no other way to contact them. I also purchased a plain HDMI cable, haven't tried it yet but wouldn't get my hopes up. Their merchandise is garbage and they keep your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

My order was supposed to be shipped within 3-4 business days, I even paid to expedite it. This company has no customer service number. The more I research them, HUNDREDS of customers have been scammed, many never even recieving their order nor a refund. Have found dozens of websites filled with complaints from hundreds customers. I need my money back.

When I received notice that the product delivery will be delayed over a month I requested cancellation and refund. After several back and forth communications when the company tried to elude me into waiting I requested definite cancellation on June 12. They said ok that they will proceed with refund within 3-5 business days.
After the period , when I never received money, I contacted customer service and they told me that they have problem with refund system and that I should wait. That took another time, again communicating with CS every week and yet no refund was ever send. After while company said that they already send refund but I never received it. I confirmed with CC and bank and the refund was never issued.
Company also cancelled ticket stating that its resolved despite the fact that I never agreed with any resolution.

I ordered a wireless doorbell system for $150 that I received a few weeks ago. Upon recieving, the product seemed to be poor quality, but I wanted to at least set it up to give it a try. The instructions were written in broken english and very hard to understand. I attempted to install and could not get it to work. I decided to wait until my husband was off work a couple weeks after receiving to see if he could figure it out. He could not. I then reached out to an engineer friend who tried to fix, but he also could not figure it out and said that it likely was a faulty product. I then reached out to this company to request a refund. I have all of the original packaging and never actually used the product. They are refusing to take it back stating that their return policy is 14 days only unless there is a product defect. There clearly is a defect if an engineer cannot get this product to work.

I purchased two items on June 26th for $64.93. Delivery was guaranteed in 5-8 business days. Weeks later the transaction was still listed as “pending” though the payment was accepted immediately as shown on my bank statement.
I contacted the company 4 times asking where my product was, and finally demanding they cancel my order and refund me. They finally promised to refund me immediately
Weeks later I have not received said refund.
