I paid $25 for items that should have been shipped in 24 hours and took them 2 weeks to ship the order. They first told me that it was not their fault, I needed to contact the postal services. Then they told me the 24 hours was how long it took them to package my item not the entire processing time. They then told me the reason my order did not ship in the correct time was because 2 of my itmes took longer and they only ship out on package all together, they never split the packages up...Well my package was split in 2 separate packages so that excuse is also invalid.

I ordered an item on 11/29/17 and still have not received the package. I contacted the seller within 20 days, they said wait 30. I had to contact them again and they said wait 45 days, blaming the holiday and slow postal service and now it is over 60 days. I emailed them 4-5 times requesting my money back and canceling the order. They refuse to do so. It's $4.28, a small amount, however, when I googled reviews this is a common occurrence and I think they are scammers... I just want to cancel the order and get my money back.

Item ordered was marked as shipped on 11/11/17. It is now 2/7/18 and I still have not received my package. I have submitted several "tickets" initially requesting information about the delay and finally requesting a refund. I have received continued excuses as to why my package has not yet arrived and my refund request has been ignored

I placed an order and paid for insurance with MiniInTheBox on Nov. 1, 2017. It is now Feb. 2, 2018 and I have never received the order. I have reported the problem, they have opened three different tickets and then closed them without resolving the problem and will not return my money. I personally feel they are a scam. Every time I contact them, they send the same canned response, open a "ticket", but do nothing to find the package or refund my money. After 90 days it is obvious the package is not coming, but they refuse to refund my money.

This complaint is with Lightinthebox.com, they are associated with this company, however lightinthebox.com, has no way of contacting them, no phone number or address. I ordered a jacket that was sent to me without the fleece lining, as detailed in the description when I ordered it. I was told that I would have to pay to have the jacket sent back. I don't feel that I should not only be out my $40 but also the cost of shipping back for their incompetence. I would like the entire jacket I ordered. Its like sending someone a shirt without the buttons! I would be perfectly fine with either them sending me the lining or for them to pay for it to be shipped back and a refund issued.

On October 31, 2017, I placed an order. I was asked to give then 60 days to get the package to me. On January 18, 19 and 23, 2018, I asked for a refund or to send another order of the same to me since the original shipment appears to be lost.

To-date, I have not received a refund and am asked for more time not knowing if the package will ever arrive.

You can close the case. This company provided a refund today for the amount requested.

LightInTheBox.com, affiliated with MiniInTheBox ( same address ). I have same complaints as most. After 10 back and forth emails with their customer service, they still are de3manding more hoops to go through and lying about the refund prices, stalling and trying to get me to give up. My sister had me pick out things from them online for Xmas, I still have not recieved her order for me even though it was ordered a couple of weeks before mine. They demanded that I send photos of clothing with measuring tape to prove that their size chart was correct... it wasn't. I sent photos. They sent wrong sizes and colors for some clothes. Horrible Customer Service Supervisor service. They have misquoted prices to try and lower my refund amount... which I may never get!!! They do not deserve even 1 star.

Ordered 3 products online receive 0 have contacted their customer service via email 6 times with no response have requested refund with no response.

I order the product on November 21, 2017 and still have not received product and they have no tracking and said it is in the mail. Was told to wait 30 days for product - then 40 days and now 60 days. They will not send product or refund me the money.

When I completed my transaction two weeks ago, MiniInTheBox didn't inform me of any duty charges to be paid on delivery.
I thought that the company had wharehouses in Canada so that the product was going to be sent from Canada but NOW I know… too late… that MiniInTheBox send EVERYTHING from CHINA with annoying costly consequences for their customers !!!!
So I had a very bad surprise yesterday, having to pay 30$ more than the "final" price they charged on my Visa card.
Please, don't buy from this company.

On Dec. 2, 2017 I place 2 Orders from lightInTheBox.com Paid the required payments, shipping fees , plus Insurance on my purchases. Expedited Postal was ***eCommerce.
Tracking # ***. Expedited Delivery 8-10 Days.

After numerous Inquiries to Lightinthebox and numerous response from them in which I made copies.
Hope I can upload some of them to you all. At first things started out nice, then turned disturbing to me. The went from them telling me to wait an extra 10 Days. Then it went to 20 Days,
and then to 30 Days. I was told it might have to go through Customs. Then the Weather was blamed.

I reached out to ***, They acknowledged my orders and the Tracking# ***.
but they ignored telling me when I would get my orders. Then I got a response from LightintheBox
about checking with my local postal service. Now the US Postal Service take great pride in assurring that the mail goes through. Now if they had sent my orders to the US Postal Service
make No Mistake I would have gotten it by now. Instead of ***. Now I live in a Apartment Community. When a person is not home, they leave a Notice in your Mailbox, to come pickup ypur packages at the Post Office.

You may never receive the product you purchased. When submitting a resolution ticket, they keep extending the amount of time. At first the reply was "it can take 20-30 days." When that did not happen, I was assured it would arrive "no later than 40 days" and given an exact date. After 40 days, they are now saying, "so you still have great possibilities to receive it within 60 days."

This company appears to be a scam, and they appear to keep extending the delivery date until you either give up or forget. They will not refund your purchase price.

I ordered a pair of light up shoes on 11/21/17 from Light in the box online ordering (lightinthebox.com) for Christmas for my 6 y/o little cousin. It's been over a month now and I haven't received any merchandise as of yet. I can't find a phone number on this company, but I have email them to ask if someone could please call me with information about my ordered. No one has contacted me yet. I ordered a make-up brush set from this company for Christmas and have yet to receive it. Every time I email them they give me the run around saying it's on its way using the holidays as an excuse. I looked on *** at their reviews and it appears they have scammed plenty of others out their money as well

I received my item complaint can be dropped

I purchased a cell phone on or around December 9th . They told me it shipped out and should take 4-7 business days. It's been 8 business days. Then a supervisor told me another 3-7 business days. They took my money and received nothing at this time . They told me it shipped by DHL , I contacted DHL and they told me the company hadn't arranged for pickup. Letting you know my complaint has been resolved

I placed my order for Christmas decorations on Nov 26th with Shipping Method as Expedited Express expecting 4 - 10 business days as the shipping time as promised.
Till now Lightinthebox/miniinthebox has not processed the items and keeps on changing the delivery date. Its been Dec 12th today and still the products are not shipped. I checked with the service person through message facility in their site and they keeps on putting excuses on delay in processing. I feel cheated and moreover it was my Christmas decorations which I had planned to decorate welcoming my new baby.
Feel so disappointing and instead they are offering me cheap remunerations of $2 and $3 to wait for the shipment. They mentioned its all because of one item which I told to remove and send the rest. But still the items are in process.

I purchased a wireless battery charging receiver online and my credit card was billed but I never received the item. It's been well over a month. I have contacted customer service and they have not responded.

I did not receive the order requested after a prolonged wait and did not receive the refund for the order.

I placed an order on Oct.10, 20017, order# *** and got email that order
was received as well as payment. 1st. correspondence 10/11.
10/14 /17 2nd.correspondence that order had been shipped
10/18/17 3rd. correspondence saying thanks for your purchase and if you have
received press confirmation button- did not for I have not received. In the meantime
I was emailing back that I have not received item. Sorry, this was 10/27/2017
Email stated that they had resolved the ticket # *** that they assigned to
this order. Saying they had resolved the dispute, but clearly it has not for I have
not received my item. You can not get in touch with anyone like they are telling
you to do. 11/1 2017- I emailed back that I had not to this time, got email saying

It is still saying shipped out on 10/14/2017 with reference # *** and
that I should receive order before 11/21/2017, which is the 38th day of shipping.

I placed an order in the amount of $78.54 on 10/4/17. The website said it would take 2-3 business days to arrive. On 10/11/17, still no package, and I inquired to customer service. They said it would be 3-5 business days after processing would be completed on 10/19/17. On 10/24/17 I still did not have anything, so I reached out again. They said my order should be in by 11/20/17. It is now 11/28/17 and they refuse to refund my order, and I still do not have it.
