I ordered a bike from LightInTheBox after several days of not being able to access the shipping on the website I then begin to inquire about my item. At which point I was given a name of the shipper and a tracking number for FedEx. I then begin to track my package well it turns out it got damaged sent out of state back in state and then back to the supplier. The supplier has made it nearly impossible to get a hold of them if they do not reply to the service ticket there is zero way to contact this company. Furthermore the only replies from this company I have been receiving have been premanufactured. I continuously receive customer service replies that my item has been delivered. But the delivery company clearly track an itemized exactly where my product ended up and it is back at the supplier. Between the customer service the shipping and the impossible navigation of the website I no longer want any business with this company. Nothing had ever been delivered to me and as far as I'm concerned it could have never even been shipped therefore I should not be charged for shipping insurance or anything because this company failed 100% to do anything besides remove money from my bank account. Sorry I could not provide you with the FedEx tracking number because your format thinks that it is a social security number and will not let me enter it

Items came forty days after order.no info was given about any such delay.rc

I ordered an item from this company 9/21/17 and they collected my payment same day. My item has not been delivered. They have lied over and over again about the delivery date. It was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase that my item was coming from another country! Still, it's been one month and it should have arrived well before now. I believe this company has committed fraud and that they are a scam organization. They cannot take my money , not deliver what I purchased and get away with it!!!! Online reviews indicate that MANY people have had problems with this company cheating them out of merchandise they have paid for. I've requested a refund numerous times and they just ignore my requests. These business practices should NOT be allowed in the USA.

Ordered several items in September. Sent merchandise back unopened through USPS and contacted Light in The Box NUMEROUS TIMES through website since cannot contact by phone. No response No refund back to card.
