I ordered an item for Mother's Day on 4/10/17.I was told that it should get here by Mother's Day without any problem.The Thursday before Mother's Day I received an email telling me that it would be delayed.I told them if it couldn't be here by the the time that I needed it that I didn't want it,so I asked for a refund and I got told the next day that it had shipped,plus had to go buy another gift.I still haven't received it on 5/18/17.I received a DHL tracking code,so I went on the DHL website and get told that the tracking number is not valid,so I contacted the company and get told that it is being sent by USPS.I also get told that if I want a refund that I will have to wait for the item to get here and then send it back for a refund.I have have been inconvenienced enough.I will never do business with this company again.I should have researched this company a little more,because from reading the reviews,this is normal for this company.

Horrible experience, purchased a ring through the holiday special, the website crashed, never completed the order, then two days later saw I was charged, reached out to them, apparently the order went through and they just never sent me a confirmation, then I contacted for how long and they said weeks, weeks later and it still hasn't even been shipped, and then I just received an email saying it wont be here before the holiday season, not once have I been able to speak to someone live, they shut down their phone line, worst service I have ever experienced, spare yourself the trouble and don't engage with this business

On December 20th, we offered to remake the defective piece and offered a 50% discountThe correspondence is attached

I now have two rings and one bracelet from Lisa Leonard...love them...they are unique and very well made. Would not hesitate to order anything from her.

I can’t take down the 1 star I put up so I’m adding this one to balance it out! Package arrived with no ring but they sent one quickly after and it was beautiful.

Fraud! I ordered a ring for my wife as an anniversary gift and an EMPTY package arrived. It arrived late because requests for expedited shipping options were ignored (no response to email or note in order) but that isn’t a big deal. I gave her a print out of the order and told her it was coming. When we got home there was an empty package. I emailed yesterday and don’t have a response yet.. I want to be fair and support small business (and will amend if this is corrected) but this is crazy.

Update! They sent a new package and this one had a ring in it (which was beautiful).

Update. They contacted me yesterday and said I should log a complaint with the post office so we did just in case it was taken while in shipping. They offered to send a ‘replacement if I wanted’ which seemed odd because there is nothing to replace and of course I’d like the ring I paid for. I’ll update again when concluded.

1) On December 6th (2016) I placed an order for jewelry for Christmas arrival
2) The product shipped on December 15th
3) Lisa Leonard Designs (LLD) continued advertising that orders placed up to Dec would be delivered by Christmas - mine was placed Dec
4) On Dec I checked the tracking status of the package and noticed that it was in the process of being "returned to shipper" by Fedex
5) I called Fedex on Dec to inquire the reason, Fedex confirmed they had incomplete shipping information - they had my building address but not suite # nor company name, AND had LLD's phone number instead of my cell phone number so call attempts by Fedex to verify address went straight to voice recording
6) LLD does not accept voicemails nor answers their phone numberyet this is the number they decided to put on the shipping label
7) I confirmed on my order form that I CORRECTLY put in my suite #, company name, and my personal cell phone number - this info was mistakenly not in

My son had picked out a ring for me for a mother's day gift( 4/21/2018) He was looking at two diffract stylesGold and silver, well I only Ok'd for him to get the silver oneonce I received an email confirming that he placed and Oder for both ringsI immediately and YES IMMEDIATELY replied to the email that was sent o me ( as it even says to reply to this email with any questions.) to CANCEL this order , I had an auto reply saying that someone will be in contact in 2-daysI also tried to call the number that is listed on the website and I left a messageAs of Monday morning ( 4/23/)still no call or email repay backSo I called again and was given a call back at 11am MY time MondayI explained what had happened and how I only wanted one silver order and not the Gold oneI was then informed that my order is already being processed and that it will be here in 2-weeks, but they have a "great return policy", so once I get it, I can ship it back for a full refundOnce

My husband ordered me a beautiful ring in December for my birthday, but he ordered the wrong size I contacted Lisa Leonard Designs to see how to return the ring to be resized I returned the original ring, paid for shipping plus gave my credit card information for $resizing fee I was later contacted by the company stating it would be an additional weeks because of design issues Finally in March I receive a different ring from Lisa Leonard Designs but it was the original "Wrong size" I contacted the company again and they apologized for the confusion and stated the would send out the ring right away Another month went by, it's now April and still no replacement ringI called again and the company stated that something happen in the processing of the ring and they had not received my order and the ring has not been shipped April 13th, after several back and forth emailing they told me the order had been placed but would take another 3-weeks This means the

I have the Spinner ring and I love it! I had to return as it was the wrong size and received my new ring within weeks So impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the customer service was amazing!

I ordered a necklace for a Christmas gift on 11-27-with the understanding that I would receive the product in 2-weeksAfter several attempts at contacting the company I was told that they couldn't see if the necklace was ready, in quality assurance or ready to be shippedI have been calling daily and finally received an assurance on 12-20-that it would be shipped either 12-20-or 12-21-and would be shipped expedited day shippingI was also told that I would receive an e-mailon 12-21-as of PM eastern time, I had not received an e-mail that the necklace shippedI called the company and finally spoke to a person (after being hung up on once) and was able to confirm that the necklace was being shipped today but the expected delivery date was Tuesday 12-26-When I questioned the delivery date I was basically told oh well

time frameWe did offer a full refund but she said she would rather wait for the ringShe proceeded to email more times asking about the status and posted on our Facebook pageAt this point, upper management was notified, and we refunded her in full and are still sending the ringAround Christmas we launched the Always Together ring and unfortunately there was a design flawThis ring quickly became a best sellerWe pulled it from the website but had orders that needed to be replacedWe have been working as hard as we can to get the rings out as soon as possibleOver half of our customers who have been waiting have received the new ringPlease let us know if there is anything else we can clarifyThank you

It has been days since submitting my order for custom ringsThese were to be a Christmas gift When I inquired on the status of my order I received an automated response, their phone will not accept VM and no one has responded in over two weeks I still have no update on a large purchase

I placed an order for my wife at 4:in the afternoon Then I realized the size was incorrect after several phone calls went straight to a message center, I sent an email Their response was the item was already in production and they could not make changes I looked over the web for any reviews and low and behold there were numerous complaints regarding their customer service and quality of the merchandise I do not believe the pieces are made here in the symtates, I believe they are outsourced and hence the quality issues and inability to make changes after just hours

I echo the other recent reviews I ordered bracelets for Christmas A package arrived on time for me to give my gifts from Lisa Leonard - but it wasn't what I ordered Whomever put the order together had opportunities to see if the order was correct - and they didn't bother to open up even of the boxes Most infuriating is that you can not call them because in - this company "can't accept voice messages" Oh really? I disputed with Chase and have a credit on my card Lisa Leonard can come pick up the garbage they sent me - I am finished going out of my way to rectify their error Lastly the communication they offered was so full of condescending words like "Hi Friend - thanks for reaching out xoxo" are you kidding? They need to get out of the friendship and love business and start concentrating on selling jewelry It has been days and I still haven't heard from them This company is clearly a hoax

EXTREMELY frustrated with the time frame to which it takes to process returns Not to mention the message I sent to them was finally answered five days later Not to mention the ring I received wasn't of great quality eitherVery disappointed to say the least
