Liva Derma Skin Care Reviews (%countItem)

Your product has given me a severe rash and I would like to return the others, and I request you cancel my direct pay for this product.
Product caused me some issues.

Desired Outcome

Product has caused me some issues and I wish to discontinue its use, and I wish to return the remaining products I have.

I ordered online Derma Luxe and Liva Derma for $10. My bill contained an additional charge of $94. Through deceptive advertising I have been duped.
In early May,2020, I ordered online Derma Luxe and Liva Derma for an introductory offer of $4.99 ea. In their glorious explanation of the products I did not see a $94 charge if I kept the product, nor the 14 day trial period limitation. My credit card was charged this amount. My credit card company tagged the charge in their system and called me today when the charge was made. They asked if I authorized it. I said no and the charge has been removed .I don't know if Derma will pursue the charges. I called them today (5/14/20) at 844-854-5853 and customer service said I have no charges outstanding, my last purchase was 2 yrs ago and my account has been closed. Th is baffles m e. I am 87 years old. I hope the CS dept is right, but I do have the $4.99 charges on by credit card, which I will pay.

Desired Outcome

1. Derma removal of the $94 charge. 2. End of deceptive advertising

Order product's 1/22/2020 2:58 pm, cancelled order 1/22/2020 3:32 pm. Received (2) e mails confirming the orders had been canceled. To date no refund.
Ordered products 1/22/2020, canceled orders same day. Received (2) e-mails same day informing me,orders had been canceled. Talked to a company representative on 2/7/2020, Ada, ID # *** was informed my credit card would be reimbursed. To date has not happened. Order number, *** Purchase ID: *** and ID:

Desired Outcome

Credit card was charged, 1/22/2020, (2) products $69.99 and $79.99, total $149.98 want reimbursed the total amount. "Have never received products"

The product does not do ANYTHING that they advertise. I never ordered the product and now can't find any way to contact them to cancel.
I suddenly started receiving this product--which I never ordered--and used it and paid for the first product. It does not so anything so just assumed I wouldn't reorder. They then send more product and more bills and I cannot find anyway to contact them to cancel. This company seems to send out product with no request and when you don't want the product there is NO way to cancel. This is the way most scams operate and I feel this company should be shut down as nothing but a scam operation.

Desired Outcome

No products, No bills

Advertisement popped up / product was free but after 1 month, was charged $100. Was this stated on the website? Yes, but in very small font.
Advertisement popped up / product was free but after 1 month, was charged $100. Was this stated on the website? Yes, but in very small font. Once I saw the charge hit my credit card, I immediately called but was informed that I hadn't sent back the product (at my expense) and there was nothing they could do. After using the product, I find no difference in my skin. Same results are obtained by using any over the counter skin cream from a local big box store at 1/10th the price.

Desired Outcome

refund

Customer Response • Oct 30, 2019

I have not heard from the company.

I have returned the products sent to me since last September and they have not refunded me
I have returned products and have not been refunded

Desired Outcome

want a refund

I would give a zero if that was an option! I cannot give a rating as I never received their merchandise. I have been disputing this with my credit card company since June 2018 and still have just under a $200 balance which increases each month with finance charges. They would credit the charge and turn right around and charge it again the following month. How are they allowed to get away with this? I told my credit card company not to allow anymore charges to occur to my account, but they did anyway! I have made a monthly payment to protect my credit which was excellent until this mess happened, but I am NOT made of money! I contacted Redfield and Enature as they were both charging to my account for merchandise that I never received! I contacted them and was told it was up to me and my credit card company. I have been in touch with them and they keep telling me they are there for me. But, I need action - not words!!

False Advertising - Terrible Business Practices
I ordered a sample from the company on 10/07/2018 for a total of $10.91. I received the sample and thought it was the end of it. I received a package from the company in November and December and was charged in October 2018 $186.65 on top of the sample cost ($10.91), November I was charged $197.56 and December I was also charged $197.56.
I did not see anywhere when ordering that this was a monthly subscription of this product. I called on January 2nd, 2019 and was informed that I would receive a $197.56 refund when in total they have billed me $592.68 for product that I never ordered. I have the product still unopened and I offered to return the product for a full refund and was informed that it was not an option. I was told I was given the maximum refund of the last shipment and that would be all. I explained that I was under the understanding that I was being refunded the two months I did not order when it was only one month of a refund. The claim is that I agreed to this, when I never agreed to buy anything except the initial trial of 1 shipment. I said I would split the difference asking to be refunded the additional $197.56 meaning that I still paid $197.56 for something I purchased and intended to buy for $10.91.
I was told nothing further can be done meaning I'm out 592.68-197.56=$395.12. I let them know I would be filing a complaint. These are unethical business practices and it needs to be stopped.
Thanks for your time.
***
XXX-XXX-XXXX

Desired Outcome

I want the full refund of the two months I did not order for $395.12 and the business to be more clear in their advertising practices. It should also be required to have contact information enclosed in the package as locating a contact number was challenging and delayed the process of stopping this situation sooner. When ordering I should see a clear statement of what I am being required to do and pay. It is unethical to use hidden auto-order repetition and overpriced charging from the initial offer.

All I am trying to do is cancel my order and there is no phone number to contact the vendor with. I have sent several emails and do not get a respons
I have called many numbers that do not work. I have sent 2 emails unanswered.

Desired Outcome

Cancel my standing order

To whom it may concern,

After reviewing Ms. complaint, we want to apologize for any trouble. We do not offer trial sizes, we send out our full-sized product, a 30-day supply, to our customers. We have adopted a monthly subscription-based schedule which allows our on-the-go or otherwise time-preoccupied customers the convenience of automatically receiving their skin care regimen. They are given a 14-day trial period to decide whether or not our product meets their needs, for only the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial, they are then charged for our exceptional products at the full retail price and enrolled in our subscription-based schedule.

Upon looking over Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial with us on May 11, 2018 for the shipping cost of $4.95 and $5.96. After her trial ended on May 25, 2018, she was then billed $93.80 for the full-sized products that were shipped to her and enrolled into our monthly subscription. Our records indicate that when Ms. reached out to us on June 25, 2018, she was offered a special discount at $30 as well as a refund on her most recent charge, which she accepted. Therefore, we believed her to be content receiving our products. However, because customer satisfaction is our top priority, we have issued a refund for the March 2019 shipment to make her total refund $120.00. This should take roughly 7-10 business days to be credited back into her account. Additionally, we can affirm that her account is cancelled, so there will be no further shipments or charges.

We hope you are satisfied with our business and we want to again apologize for any inconveniences this has caused.

Sincerely,
Customer support

when I received my package opened it there was no packing slip there was no order number or anything like that. Then I had a reaction to this product and call to get a refund. First customer agent I talked to was not able to even find my account then I talk to a supervisor who found my account and proceeded to tell me that this product had no refund policy. I told him that the website said that there was a 90-day refund satisfaction guaranteed. He just kept saying No this product does not have a refund policy ..so now what do I do. They would not give me any other name or phone number to call. So the conversation ended with him saying I'm sorry that there's no refund with me giving them a few Choice words including how very scamm and very unethical this was and they need to evaluate who they do business with or how they do business. I'm very disappointed in the this products misrepresentation and I think something should be done about it.

This company is sending product and withdrawing money monthly from checking acct. I don't remember giving them access to bank and ther is no phone#.
Liva Derma has been sending

Desired Outcome

The resolution we are seeking at this point is that this company cease withdrawal from my bank account. There is no way a consumer can contact them directly. Any phone numbers that we could find are either disconnected or refer to other numbers which when called lare Verizon telephone corporation phone numbers. I want them to stop sending me their serums and face cream. Ultimately, I would like to send them back the drawerful of unopened product that has been accumulating and get reimbursed for the approximate amount of $1,000 - $1,250.00 for these products based on the varying amount they have charged for each ranging from $99.76 to $125.91 each x 10 unused containers.

After her trial ended on April 17, 2019, she was then billed $119.95 and $118.95 for the full-sized products that were shipped to her and enrolled into our monthly subscription. There was a price reduction on our product down to $97.80 and $99.76 which was applied as of September of last year. Moreover, our telephone number is listed on our billing descriptor and since we never heard from Ms., it was assumed she was enjoying our product on her subscription with us. We do have a strict 30 day money back guarantee, however as a courtesy we have waived this and issued refunds for the previous 3 months of shipments, making her total reimbursement $592.68. This should take roughly 7-10 business days to be credited back into her account. Additionally, we can affirm that her account is cancelled, so there will be no further shipments or charges.

Dear Tawnia,
While we appreciate that this company actually responded we feel a better resolve would be to have reimbursement of the amount requested. After I( ***'s daughter ) reviewed all the packages, bank statements and correspondence it was clear that this company has little to no transparency. There are no phone numbers or consistent company information to contact this company directly to cancel order. After calling the given #'s one finds that they are either disconnected or give an alternative phone # which is actually just a Verizon corporate phone number. While it may be true that she may have taken advantage of this deal there is no paper trail or anything that I can cross reference to show it. Bank statements were unclear and listed transactions as P.O.S. which made it difficult to identify what these random transactions were actually for. She doesn't recall placing this order and she has be dealing with many medical issues since July 2018. We have just recently come across these unopened packages with unopened product that we will be happy to return.

Regards,
*** (***'s daughter)

I was never informed that they would repeatedly bill my credit card for product. It was free trial for shipping cost only.
They charged my credit card 93.80 and when I called to complain, they finally agreed to 70% off price and to cancel if I did not contact the Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

I want my money back and to never be charged by this company again.

Scammed after canceling the subscription.
I ordered a sample on Jan 8th and IMMEDIATELY canceled the subscription, knowing how companies like this work. I never received the samples. I wrote off the $10 they charged me for shipping of the product even though I did not receive it. I was subsequently charged TWICE for over $180 each time (Jan 24th and February 22nd). I called the company, they told me they would refund my money if I agreed to drop the dispute charges with my bank (they wanted the bank on the phone with them, but refused to hold until I got the bank on the line). This bogus company later changed their tune and said they would be refund 30%. The offers changed with every person I spoke to, but NO ONE offered to refund these unauthorized charges. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this company. I ended up canceling my credit card, as their cancelation confirmation on their website is obviously not legitimate. I have never interacted with a more shady company.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund of BOTH unauthorized charges of $180.

However, we have thoroughly searched our database and cannot find an account for a *** anywhere - with any of the information provided; we would suggest that she contact her bank to discover which company is responsible for billing her so that she may receive the indemnification she seeks.

Liva Derma Skin Care Will not refund money on product
I purchased the initial product for $4.95 and $5.96 and it was not clear that I would be charged for a larger amount and sent product every month. I was away when the second and third shipments arrived and as soon as I got home, I fell and broke my hip and was in a rehabilitation center when the last one arrived. I now have 4 shipments that I would like to return and they will only let me return the last one. I am 90 years old and on a fixed income and would like to have the full amount for the 4 shipments of $790.24 refunded.

Desired Outcome

Refund of $790.24

Ordered a free sample ONLY but keep being charged and sent product not authorized
Ordered a free sample ONLY. I did authorize any further orders, but they keep sending more products at a charge of 100.00 each. I can afford this . I do not wish to pay or receive a product that does not work.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to stop sending the product and stop charging my credit card.

To whom it may concern,

After reviewing Ms. complaint we want to apologize for any inconvenience. We have an abundance of customers who understand our terms upon placing their order and see great benefits from using our products. Upon looking over Ms. account with us we can confirm that she started her trial with us on October 16, 2018. When her trial ended on October 30, 2018, she was charged the retail price for the product she received at $93.80 and enrolled into our monthly subscription. Our records indicate that unfortunately Ms. never reached out or notified us that she wanted to cancel her account with us. However, because customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, we have cancelled out Ms. account and refunded her for her most recent order with us for the amount of $99.76. Therefore, we can confirm that M. ***'s account with us is cancelled so she will not receive any further shipments or orders from us.

We hope Ms. is satisfied with our business and we want to again apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

This company obtained my information and sent a trial for shipping only. They sent nothing else and charged my account $92.85 without my permission
they use a false advertising to obtain your records so that you can not dispute the charges on your credit card account. They have stolen $92.85 from my credit card account because I gave them the information for shipping of a sample product. My bank says that they can't determine a billing error because I gave this company my information.

Desired Outcome

I want my $92.85 because they stole the money without my consent and I did not receive anything from them but a tiny sample. I did not agree to them taking $92.85 of my money. Whoever these people are they are very practiced at knowing how to steal money.

Our records indicate that unfortunately Ms. never called us to request a refund; she did dispute the charges with her financial institution however. Typically, this freezes a customer's account with us in order to avoid unintentional fraud due to a double reimbursement from both our company and their financial institution. Because customer satisfaction is top priority, we have waived this and issued Ms. a refund check for the $92.85 charge. She should expect this to be received within the next 5-10 business days. Furthermore, we can confirm that Ms. account with us is cancelled so she will not receive any further shipments or orders from us.

Liva Derma delivered a "check" to me that the bank will not take. This is not a resolved case. In fact it shows even additional fraud. I want my money refunded. I also want to prevent any others from experiencing fraud from this company.

Dubious auto renewal practices, which are not clear on the business website.
There is no indication of autorenewal on the business' website, nor of the actual price of the cream. They do not provider sufficient contact information in order for customers to cancel the autorenewal prior to being charged.

Desired Outcome

The product burned my skin, my face was swollen for three weeks. The company would not refund my money.
On August 29 2018 after using the product for three days at half the recommended dose (the skin cream and eye serum) my eyes swelled shut and my skin was burned. I have the pictures of it. The company refused to refund my money. I had to pay $200.00 dollars, they had already charged my credit card.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of my money.

I was scammed just like others. I was sure I read all the fine print but it must be so small no one can see it. I received my 'free' cream, but just got charged out of my account over $93.00 - several checks bounced due to this.
I am having a hard time getting anyone to respond to my email I sent yesterday to cancel this order. The cream isn't even that great! So disappointing.
Please contact me via email to confirm you are canceling my future orders. I really would like a refund but my hopes are not high.

I placed an order for a sample and was shipped this sample plus a small pot of cream that I didn't order. The company does say you will pay for shipping costs. Two weeks later I get this invoice on my bank card summary for ninety something dollars against Bliss eye. Come to find out, somewhere in the terms and conditions is hidden that if you don't call to cancel within 14 days, they charge you for the sample and continue to ship every month.
This place is a scam. Their product doesn't work of course as this is the only way they can et customers to pay for it. I'm agreeing to the terms and conditions just to get this printed and warn others.

Dear Ms.,

After looking over your review, we want to apologize for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. We regret that you did not find the results you were looking for using the product, however our records indicate that you were refunded for these charges on 11/5 and we hope you are satisfied with those credits. We like to again apologize for any inconveniences and hope you are satisfied with our business.
