Not able to cancel my recurring order because they have no contact number listed
Approximately 3 months ago I ordered a free trial. I read the fine print and sure enough it signed me up for recurring monthly orders so I canceled immediately. I am still getting these products and I don't want them. I am unable to cancel because I can't find a phone number anywhere on their website. I can't find an email. I can't find any way to contact them, period. All the products I have recieved are still unopened. Please help me cancel this and stop this business from continuing to do this to others. Thank you

Desired Outcome

I just want the recurring product and monthly charges to stop immediately

To Whom it may concern,

After analyzing Ms. review we want to apologize. We have an overwhelming amount of responses and a lot of feedback from customers who love the product, and enjoy seeing results. We encourage you to try the product as well so that you can see these results for yourself. We understand your concern and want to assure you that your account with us is cancelled. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we regret not meeting your standards.

Sincerely,
Customer Support

I received trial for 2 products-ordered 6/12/18 and canceled on 7/1/18 and have cancellation verification, however I was charged.
Charged for canceled products on current credit card bill, one for $93.80 and another for $92.85. I have cancelation verificatio of 7/1/18. This is outrageous. I had to leave a message with the company and called the credit card company which is opening a dispute. My emails to the company have been returned. I will not pay them for the canceled products. Please see what the Revdex.com can do to resolve this.

Desired Outcome

TOTAL REFUND

Liva Derma Skin Care Response • Sep 11, 2018

To whom it may concern,

After analyzing Ms. complaint we want to apologize for any confusion. The package you received is a full thirty day supply, we do not offer sample sizes. We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Because customer satisfaction is important to us, we have refunded the charges of $93.80 and $92.85. Total $186.65. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on to her bank account. In addition, Ms. account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We hope she is satisfied with our business and we would like to apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

Sincerely,
Customer Support

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I have called twice to cancel. They are say there is no record of cancel. My word against theirs and I am being charged a high price without product
This item was a "free" 14 day trial. I paid S&H. After I submitted the request, it was revealed how much thereafter. I cancelled the product before it arrived, which was delivered very close to the 14th day of trial, I was told I was not going to be charged the $93.80. However, I was on July 24, 2018. I did not realize until today and when I called again to explain, I was hung up on. I called back and they say "there is no record of cancel" and that they will cancel now but no refund will be given. I have yet to receuve an email of thus confirmation even though I verified they hace the correct email on file.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of the cancelled product that I called about within the supposed allotted time.

Customer Response • Sep 07, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I requested my refund and thanks to Revdex.com for following up, I was then given a refund.

Charged my bank account $120.00 and did not send any product.
I had verbally cancelled any further orders with this company. The company went ahead and charged my bank account for the next shipment of product. They never sent the product or refunded the money. This was on May 18, 2018.

Desired Outcome

I want the full amount of $119.95 refunded to me.

This is actually not a complaint but a positive report because I oftentimes give positive reviews of companies or salespeople if I have had a good experience. Liva Derma, in my opinion, is a decent product. I've been using now for about 2 weeks and I have noticed a slight difference already in my skin appearance such as fine lines disappearing and it also seems like my skin is slightly more firm but then I also have a little bit of oily skin on occasions so not sure if that is me or the product. Regarding customer service I have to honestly rate them 5 stars because when I called to cancel the auto shipping, I immediately spoke to an agent who cancelled me with no major issues and sent an email to verify all in about 15 minutes. Usually, many scam companies are not easy to reach at all and if you do, they'll put you on hold forever but not this one. So I have to give the company a thumbs up, They even offer a discount to people 50 and over. Instead of the $118.00 a month, it's $39.95 a month, or something like that.

Bought a product for one price, large cc charge followed.
On July 7 I purchased retinol face cream for about $10 from a Liva Derma pop up Facebook ad. Apparently in small print within the confirmation email is a statement informing customers that $93.80 will be charged to the card after 21 days.
I told my cc company that I didn't authorize the charge and then called the company. I was unable to get the $93.80 refunded, but did receive a confirmation email that my account is canceled.
I asked to speak with a supervisor. First response was that there weren't any available, so I said I would wait. When she asked why I wanted to speak with the supervisor, I said I wanted to discuss business practices. She then said it would be awhile and someone would call in a few minutes. That makes no sense.

Desired Outcome

$93.80

Advertising issues, nowhere or way to cancel this product.
Liva Derma deceptively uses celebrities to promote this product, no FDA evaluation clause, and does not mention anything about continued billing & shipment of product in its internet advertising. Additionally, I cannot find and address nor telephone number ANYWHERE to cancel this order.

Desired Outcome

In addition to discontinuing this product, I would also like to see any false advertising band from this company. What a deceptive, lying company.

My credit card was billed due to false advertising. Classic click bait. There was no mention of a membership that had to be canceled within 14 days.
On June 12th, after seeing an advertisement, I ordered a trial size of LivaDerma Serum & Moisturizer. I read the entire sheet to make sure that I was not signing up for anything. I paid shipping for the trial sizes that I received. On July 7, 2018 my credit card was billed for $93.80. When I called customer service, they said that since I did not cancel within the 14 days, I was added to their membership. There was nothing on their page that said you had to cancel within a certain number of days. I told him to cancel my bogus membership immediately. I told them it was false advertising, and I wanted my money back.
He agreed to a partial refund provided that I did not escalate the complaint. He was very rude and aggressive.
This is total and complete false advertising. It did not say anything like that on their page. He insisted that it was in the terms & conditions, which were not visible on this page I looked at.

Desired Outcome

I want no further charges/contact from this bogus business, and nothing to do with this company. The customer service rep was very rude and aggressive. They know they are running a fraudulent business, otherwise they would not make a statement telling you that you will receive a partial refund ONLY if you agree not to escalate the complaint further

Free Trial Scam
I placed an order for the free trial of Liva Derma face serum and cream understanding that I would be paying ONLY two separate shipping charges under $10 eachone for each product.

Immediately after placing the order, I did more research about Liva Derma & found disturbing reviews from other customers which included details about how two $100+ charges appeared on their credit card statements approximately two weeks after the free trial samples arrived.

Realizing that I had fallen for a SCAM where placing an order for the "FREE TRIAL" automatically signs the person up for a continuing monthly shipment of Liva Derma (resulting in exorbitant $200+ monthly charges), I wanted to cancel my order for the free trial. I went to the Liva Derma website and discovered that there is NO CONTACT INFORMATION GIVEN FOR THE COMPANY. No phone number; no email address; no mailing address. So, there is no way to contact Liva Derma and cancel the free trial order.

This company is unethical for two reasons: (1) using unethical advertising methods to suck people into thinking they are signing up for only a FREE TRIAL & paying for shipping costs for that free trial only; when in reality they are signing up for expensive future monthly shipments. (2) Additionally, they are unethical because they give the customer no way on their website to contact them directly.

Desired Outcome

1. Include direct contact information on the Liva Derma website for the company--at a minimum, phone number, email address, and mailing address. 2. Modify the Free Trial advertisements to include in BOLD TEXT that--by signing up for the free trial--the customer is also signing up to receive future monthly shipments of the products; and the customer's credit card will automatically be charged $dollar amount$ every month. This declaration should be in BOLD TEXT--at a minimum, in a prominent location on the order confirmation page to make sure the customer sees it before s/he presses the "Confirm Order" button.

I was mislead by the advertisement that I ONLY had to pay Shipping when a larger amount was withdrawn from my bank account.
On 6/13/2018 the amount of $5.96 (shipping & handling) + .05 (international service assessment fee), Order ID#CDXXXXXXXX I thought was the Only amount I would be charged for a Trial size bottle based on an advertisement, that I found to be false. I was mislead by the very tiny print at the bottom of the advertisement that I had 14 days to call to cancel. On the 14th day $93.80 + .75 (Visa International Assessment fee) was withdrawn from my checking account, which I did not authorize and wasn't aware of until I checked my account.
Only when I went to the website did I see the much larger print about cancellation times.

6/28/2018, I called customer service to inquire about getting my refund for $93.80 and cancelling all further orders. I was told that I would not be receiving any more products for the amount of money for 1oz/30ml.
It is very unfair that they advertise one thing
and do something.

Desired Outcome

Refund / credit back to my Visa account Cancellation of all further orders

Customer Response • Jul 25, 2018

Thank you for looking into this matter for me. Even though they did not respond to you, it seems that they got the message. Because I did receive credit for a full refund for the money that was withdrawn from my account.
And that is what I was requesting.

Thank you.

Refund of $93.80.
I called to cancel enrollment in their product on the 14th day of their trial period. They had already charged me and said they would refund my $93.80 within 3 to 4 days. I have not received my refund.

Desired Outcome

I want my money refunded to my account.

I fell for it too! I got rigged for 182.00 on a fixed income. Offered only 75% back as refund and never received product. Then said they would only refund this amount if I did not escalate this further. I had to agree to get some money back.

I received your product without ordering it. If it is a free sample, I'll happily return it.
On June 4, 2018 I received Retinol Face Cream and Retinol Eye Serum from your company that I did not order. It came by USPS.

Desired Outcome

I do not want to receive any more products from this company.

I ordered samples of a product with the understanding that I was paying only for the postage. When I opened my MC bill I was charged $240.
The internet site I ordered from did not state clearly what Liva Derma's requirement were. My understanding was that these were samples and not the real product. In looking back at what I did have as documentation from the company there was no mention of the supposed agreement nor was there a phone number or email address to use to contact them. It wasn't until my Master Card bill arrived that I had any idea that I was on the hook for this bill of $240. They have offered me a 50% reduction of my bill, but that isn't really the point. They are unethical and I believe they owe me a full refund.

Desired Outcome

I want Liva DErma to know that I am not quitting this fight. Too many elderly people are being taken advantage of and it must stop. Please register my complaint and let this company know that I have asked for your help.

I SAW A FREE TRIAL OF LIVADERMA ON FACEBOOK FOR SHIPPING ONLY, I COULDNT EVEN GET OUT OF THE WEBSITE W/O CLICKING THAT I ALSO WANTED THE FACE CREAM
When I ordered this I thought I was ordering a free sample for shipping and handling only. as soon as I ordered it I knew something was wrong and immediately emailed the company about how confusing the website was. I only wanted the eye cream and I couldn't even exit the web page w/o clicking an x indicating I also wanted the face cream. when they called back I wasnt even sure it was the company calling and they were all foreign and I couldnt understand anything. I went on vacation and when I returned the package was in my mailbox. No information about if I wanted to return it, no info about a trial period even on the website I don't recall seeing that at all. All of a sudden 14 days later I get charged 118.95 so I called to ask them what it was for, they said my free trial was over and that was the cost, after a long battle they agreed to refund me 120.00, I didn't question that because I thought it was shipping or something. This was yesterday, then today there is another charge of 119.85 on my checking account so I thought they made a mistake and charged me instead of refunding me, then come to find out after I call them, each product cost 118.00 or 119.85 because the trial is over and they are only refunding me 120.00. They wouldn't even open another ticket and said my case was closed. I have never dealt with such a company before that doesn't stand behind a customer service mix up like this. they made me agree on the phone yesterday that I wouldn't dispute the charges and I did agree because I did not know about the 2nd charge until it came through today. This is absolutely awful that people get taken advantage of like this.

Desired Outcome

i would like to see 100% refund and I'll even send their product back to them

Liva Derma offers (via Facebook) "trial samples" of its serums. You're asked to "pay postage".
I ordered one sample on 4.21.18 (actually, the website jumped to an additional product and, in a hurry, I thought "why not? it's just postage". I received both samples a few days later. So far, so good.
On May 6th, my bank account was debited twice, for $118.95 and for $119.95. I sent an email to Liva Derma customer support (a call center / cust service clearinghouse) asking for an immediate refund as I had not requested either product.
On May 7th, I got a prompt (canned, not useful) reply from customer service saying I could call a representative if I wanted to discuss the matter.
Today (May 8th), I did call and talked with a representative "Andrew', who said that because I "agreed to the terms and conditions", that NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN.
He did offer, however, to give a partial refund of $55 per "order".
I believe this kind of doing business is FRAUDULENT AND SCAMMY.
I'm internet savvy and even I didn't see anywhere that I'd be billed for $239 in product if I didn't cancel with 14 days.

DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH LIVE DERMA !! They are preying on WOMEN, hoping we'll just give them our bank account / credit card account, let them siphon a bunch of money, and then go away because we "agreed to" their BURIED "terms & conditions".

non disclosure of automatic charges
On April 16 placed a sample order for Liva Derma
skin care products. In reviewing my bank statement
Liva Derma charged my account $118.95, & $119.95
for the sample product.

Desired Outcome

the resolution. They will refund $50.00 per charge

Scammed by Liva Derma/ no resolve/ unauthorized charges
Saw the advertisement on FB, clicked on it and the way it was presented to me was it was a free trial and I just paid for shipping and handling which was $4.95 but, to be able to get the one product I had to click to get a 2nd product which was "free but another $4.95 shipping and handling! There was no where saying I had to cancel in a certain amount of time or that I'd be charged $198.64!!!! If I had seen that I'd have immediately backed out! I'm not rich just wanted to try a so called miracle product! When I received the product there was NO info on the company or anything about the product! I thought that was weird but just shrugged my shoulders! A couple weeks went by and I woke up to the almost $200 being deducted out of my account! 2 separate charges under names I did not recognize which where skin deep-$99.87 and save face skin $98.77! I immediately called my bank and said my account was hacked and had to go through the whole mess of getting a new debit card and switching it on all my bills! The bank credited it temporarily and had an investigation going! Come to find out they won't get the money back from the company for Liva Derma so they will be deducting the $198.67 from my account Thursday!!!! I'm so beyond angry and feel bad by this company! Also the product isn't worth $2.00 much less $198.67! I have an amazing face cream I've used for years but there fake advertising duped me into trying what should have been a free trial! Funniest part of all this is I've tried to find what I saw on FB and it's no where to be found! Went the the website and every time I clicked on the get your free trial it goes to a hair product, not even the face cream! Not sure how many people got screwed over like I did but this is the most expensive lesson ever! I'll do all I can to make sure people know the truth if this isn't resolved!

Sincerely

Desired Outcome

A full refund for the product that wasn't what they said it was

Charged $119.50 for something I did not order. called 4 times before I could reach someone after being disconnected. The first person I reached

hung up on me. The last person whose name and employee number I got called me back and said that their refund by debit card was down and they would to mail me a cheque for the $90.00. The one and only email he sent me before saying they would have to mail me a check only said the order (which I did not place) was cancelled. I asked for an email to be sent specifying they would be mailing me a cheque for $90.00. He said he would-did not. I called back again and was told that I would receive an email after check was mailed in two weeks. I am not sure I will ever receive a refund. I told them I would call them back 27 April. This is a misleading and rude company. I would suggest no one ever order anything from them. I only ordered a trial jar and ONLY that which I paid around $6. I NEVER ordered anything else. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford this nor would I have ordered it. I have seen other complaints and I can only hope something will be done to this company and that I will receive the $90.00 they promised me. They are charging me $29.95 for this!! Thank you.

Desired Outcome

REFUND. I stated reason in Complaint summary!!!

On 1/26/18 I was interested in an ad on the internet which popped up as I was searching, it was for Liva Derma skincare (face and eye). It was an offer to try both for just the shipping charges of 4.95 and 5.95 a free trial offer. There was no mention of being an automatic recharge to ccard or product. I applied, received the items and checked my account for the charges. On 2/10/18 I went into my banking account and saw two charges one for 99.87 and 98.77 from same company. I did not ok these in fact I didn't know anything about them as previously stated. I did some research and found I'm not the first. Please check into this as I want my charges returned along with 32.00 charged by my bank. This is a scam. In the ad it stated that Rachel Ray endorses this product. It also has another product advertised with the same offer. One product came from St, Petersburg Florida and one from California. No city available.
Product_Or_Service: Liva Derma serum and moisturizer
Order_Number: XXXXXX XXXX and 00

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like my charges (99.87 and 98.77) returned to me as well as 32.00 which I was charged by my bank.
