Our records indicate Ms *** initially contacted our customer service on August 31st, 2018. At this time our customer service agent explained the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the products were purchased. Our records also show that Ms *** received refunds for charges from her financial institution. Once charges are disputed, we are no longer able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities. In addition, Ms. account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I'm trying to cancel a subscription. I received a free trial without receiving an e-mail confirmation or packing list. They can't locate an account.
Liva Derma skin care product. Free trial trying to cancel however they claim they can't find my account. They are asking for an account number but I never received one. Can't locate by name or last 4 digits of my c.c. card but my bank account is still being used.

While the company did not directly contact me, they did cancel my subscription when I finally reached them. Today, I received a credit for a full refund. Thank you for assisting me with this matter.

Responded to ad on Facebook. Ad stated that one of the women on GMA left the show to be involved with this product.
Responded to a facebook ad. Noted that one of the women from GMA was leaving the show to work full time for this company. Expected more truthfulness and trustability. Boy was I wrong. I ordered the sample and was changed for 2 products. I received several calls from this company. Did not respond since I received the samples and thought that was that. I would contact them if I was interested further. I was very surprised to see on my debit card account 2 additional charges for $90+ each. I contacted the company and was told that I should have read the fine print. I stated that I would dispute the charges with the cc company and the rep Monica replied that I could go ahead and try but their legal department would contact my cc company and advise of the fine print. Monicaa then offered me a $100 credit and to cancel my account. I accepted and I hope that I receive the credit and my account would be cancelled. The product arrived and I cannot read the directions or ingredients since the print is miniscule. I am very surprised that someone from the media that should be trusted and upfront would be involved with a company such as this

False advertising of terms and conditions and additional fees.
8/14/18 I ordered a free sample from Liva Derma, with only shipping and handling cost. I was hit with small card use fees not mentioned in the ad. There was no mention of additional charges or monthly shipments. A few days after I ordered, I told the company to cancel my order because they kept calling and saying they needed further information. Then I received the order at 10 days after I ordered. At 14 days, I was charged $93.80.
I called the company and they said the free trial was for 14 days; if I did not return it by then, I would be charged full price. At first they offered me a 30% refund; I said no. They then offered a 45% refund with a $9.95 return fee, and I had to pay to ship it back. I said no. Sorry, that was the best they could do. I then asked for their company's official name so I could contact the Revdex.com. She put me on hold, and I looked up the company online. The Revdex.com had given them a rating of "F." The complaints were all like mine. The agent came back to me and offered me 100% refund and no refund fee. I still had to pay shipping and handling, but to and from. This company has a real product, but their business practices are highly unethical.

Shut them down, or make their terms and conditions truthful and very obvious.

I thought I was getting a product to try for paying the postage only. Instead, I was charged full price and added to a subscription.
On 8/12/18 I took advantage of a trial product Liva Derma eye serum and face cream. I understood that my credit card would be charged postage and handling for both products. The order # *** My credit card was charged $5.96+.11 and 4.95+.09 on 8/13/18. I received the product on 8/22/18. I then realized this was a scam type situation and if I did not respond to them within 14 days I would be charged full price for the items. I responded on 8/23/18 at 2:53 pm asking that my subscription be cancelled immediately. I received a response on 8/23/18 at 4:35 pm with ticket #XXXXXXXX from Leah Riley, customer support to call and they could assist me. I responded back to them on 8/24/18 at 7:43 am "

I do not see any reason to discuss this with anyone. I acted within the 14
day trial period and stated that I didn't want your product and not to

I was still charged on 8/26/18 for the sum of $93.80 and another charge was blocked by my bank on 8/27/18 for $92.60.

I have cancelled my credit card so they can no longer access my account.

Desired Outcome

I think this company takes advantage of people with false advertising. I feel they need to make their advertisement clear that eventually you WILL be charged almost $100 for face cream and that by responding to them you are indeed entering into a subscription for their product. This is very unethical and wrong.

Ordered a SAMPLE Size of their product on 7/30/18.
I paid $4.95 for one and $5.96 for the other. Never, did I see anything about a 14 day trail. On 8/17/18 they took $92.85 out of my bank account. On 8/27/18 they too $93.80 out of my bank account. I finally got ahold of them and they said it was to late to get a refund and that my samples were what I was charged the full amount for. After going round and round with the CSR she finally said she would refund me $84.00. I was scammed for sure. I agreed to take the $84 at this point because it was better the $0. What a total scam. The only reason I was interested in these products was because it had Kathy Lee Gifford attached to them. Bad advertising for her.My payment method was debit card.

Deceptive sales practices. I was not told anywhere, on paper or website, that purchasing a sample starts a subscription.
When I called to cancel the company tried to charge me for the sample that was sent. I had already paid $5.95 for shipping. I refused to pay more. I was finally told okay and given a cancellation number. This is a hard sell company.

I purchased a sample for $1.95 but then started getting unsolicited called for unauthorized purchases. If you complain, they hang up. They are a SCAM
I purchased a sample for $1.95 but then got charged for other products that I never purchased. I also started getting all sorts of phone calls from reps trying to sell me other products AND THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFO from my original order. When I called customer service, as soon as I complained, they hung up, I asked for a supervisor and they had me on hold for 3 hours and then hung up. It is a scam of a company and people need to know.

I want me information removed and I want them to stop passing my info and credit card number around. I do not want any unsolicitated calls.

NO STAR RATING! I was billed originally for $4.95 for trial and an additional $5.95 for another product that I did not order. Fifteen days later I was just $92.85 and $92.80. I have reported it to my credit card company. They will remove the charge but need to replace my card. FRAUD from beginning to end. They advertised it as Savannah Guthrie's new skin care line.

I called the company which is a scam - they trick you into buying a "trial free sample" however it is Not free. 2 days after I bought the serum, they charged by debit card for almost $200.00. They only reimbursed me approx. $150.00 of the $200.00 stating there was a re-stocking fee to send the product back plus you had to pay shipping and handling to send it back. /this is definitely a scam. So If I had not called them I would not have received any of my money back in which I did not authorize the charges. My bank would not reimburse me, even though I called them immediately when I noticed the charges. They are Still on the internet for others to get scammed

Ordered LIVA DERMA trial products. Was charged $93.80 and $92.85. didn't realize was membership and needed to cancel in 14 days.
On August 1, 2018 ordered trial size of LIVA DERMA eye serum and face cream. The cost was to be for shipping of products for a total around $10.00. I used my bank debit card to pay for the purchase. When I checked my bank statement I was charged $93.80 and $92.85. When I called to complain about the charges and to cancel any future orders was told that I was charged the amounts because I hadn't canceled the membership in 14 days. Didn't know it was a membership and that it needed to be canceled. Canceled so call membership and all future orders. should have realized it was a scam when keep getting calls requesting debit card information that I ignored. Didn't request refund from company, figured wouldn't happen and didn't want to give any more personal information so that they would send me more products at an outrageous price.There should be a pop-up on this site to inform others that this is a scam. Good thing I had extra funds in my account to cover the extra cost,had I not my account would have been overdrawn, incurring another $75.00. This company and how it suckers you in is unfair and really should be shut down. How many more people have to become their victims before they are closed down? ONE is to many.

False advertising. Scam business.
Placed order online for trial of product for payment of only shipping charges. After placing order, I received a call the next day asking for my credit card number to pay for shipping. Told them the shipping charges had already cleared my account and refused to give my credit card # over the phone. Caller said he would make a note of it. Received the product. However, I then received 2 separate charges each almost $100 based on a subscription I authorized. I did not authorize these charges. When I contacted them they said they would credit me $40 for each product, when I said no they said they would take to their supervisor.....came back and told me supervisor was on the phone but put the caller on hold and would authorize $60. I said no I would dispute charges through my bank. This company is extremely shady.

This product is basically a deceptive trade practice. You pay 5.95 and then are charged 93.80 for the remainder of the product.

The free trial of Liva Derma is a very deceptive! Nowhere on the web page does it clearly indicate that you are actually signing up for a subscription. Even the email confirmation that I received does not tell you. You have to click on the Terms & Conditions link to see it. Something that most people, including me do not do. They charged me for $93.80 for the trial product because I did not call to cancel after 14 days. This is the price of the trial products they sent. Since I said I actually liked the product they would not refund any monies. I told them to cancel and then they tried to offer me the product at a lower price of $40 each month. I told them that I would not do business with a deceptive company and to cancel my order. I really feel that they should refund the $90.00. A free trial should be just that.

Charged for something I didn't order.
First after sign I g up for free sample if serum and giving cc information, they recommended a moisturizer which you couldn't opt of and then shipping for that went on my card. Then 2 weeks later almost $200 was charged to my card. I emailed them and they claimed there was a 14 day trial and the an auto send would occur. I saw nothing of this sort on they free trial order site. I broke out from product as I have sensitive skin and would have never bought a product with this arrangement. They are refusing to refund my money and I will be refusing anything that comes in the mail.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of money once they receive returned product if they even shipped it.

We have reviewed Mr. complaint regarding her account with us. He ordered a full 30 day supply of LiveDerma Retinol Face Serum and LivaDerma Vitamin C Moisturizer on July 18th, 2018. We do not offer sample sizes. We sent him a full size bottle to try for the 14 day trial period to see if he liked it, for just the cost of shipping and handling on a subscription basis. Our records indicate Mr *** initially contacted our customer service on August 7th, 2018. At this time our customer service agent explained the terms and conditions that were agreed to when the products were purchased. Our records also show that Mr *** received refunds for charges from his financial institution. Once charges are disputed, we are no longer able to issue refunds in avoidance of double reimbursement that result in fraudulent activities. In addition, Mr. account with us is inactive; therefore, he will not receive any further shipments. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I have not heard back from company as when I tried to email them, I received an reply that said the case was closed. My credit card company has been trying to reach them for reimbursement of money also without success. I also never received any products from this company but was still charged. I went to the web site and cannot find any phone contact information.

Lisa Derma is a very deceptive company. They offered a free trial of there products which I signed up for and no where did I see or read that I was actually signing up for a subscription for $97 a month. I called to cancel and they said they would offer a partial refund. We will see if that happens.

This company is a scam. They harassed me on the phone to buy additional products. The advertising is a scam. I cancelled my CC immediately.
ordered a sample for $5.95 per their bogus advertising. Product has no ingredients on the label.

Desired Outcome

Do not call me and the Liva Derm product is a scam.
