Though there is a credit at the top of the statement for $66.90, that credit was for the unauthorized March 9, charge. Also enclosed is the Unauthorized 3/6/charge of $66.90, and two unheeded emails that I sent them trying to get them to stop charging me. I also phoned them numerous times, and waited inordinate amounts of time, and not even once did anyone answer the phone. If they were serious about their service, and simply to busy to get to the phone, you think they would have a voice message option, so you can leave your contact information

I reviewed your documents and I see that the charge you are saying happened in April is a charge from your financial institutionThis is because you filed a dispute for the March charge and then contacted the Revdex.comYou will need to contact your financial institution to review their chargeback policy but how it typically works is you dispute a charge with your financial institution and they take the money from us and ask us for more details and why we should be able to keep the funds or if we believe the funds should be returned to the customerThis was filed prior to your Revdex.com complaint and at that time, I provided *** with a copy of our Terms and Conditions and your original receipts that were sent to you at time of purchase*** reviewed the documentsIn the meantime, you also filed your Revdex.com complaint, in which I also reviewed and decided to issue a refund for the March chargesMeanwhile, *** reviewed our Terms and Conditions and decided that the amount they were holding ($66.90) was a valid charge and released the funds again, which is why you see it show up as a Dispute charge on your statement. In conclusionl, you were refunded the $already by *** when you filed the disputeI issued another refund for you on 4/So, at that time, you'd been issued two refunds for the March transaction and only should have been issued oneOne refund was from *** due to the dispute, the other was from Beyond Diet due to the response of your Revdex.com complaint*** dropped the dispute on 4/so the funds they'd refunded, were put back on your cardYou now have the one refund you were due.
