placed an additional order within the website for a the book: 3 Steps to Fat Loss on the same day which was $33.90. I have resent your initial receipts for you to review your purchases. This receipt was also sent to you at time of purchase. Per the terms and conditions agreed upon at time of purchase, you are able to call or email us at anytime to cancel your subscription. I see that you contacted us on 12/9/16 and we did cancel the subscription, per your request. On 12/12, you contacted us again and the refund of over a years worth of services was denied. You  requested to speak with a manager. On 12/13/16, a manager reached out via phone and did not receive an answer. She followed up with you via email and you were provided a courtesy refund of the past 3 months BD Monthly charges. Each refund was $14.95. Per the terms and conditions agreed upon at time of purchase, you're able to cancel anytime and receive a refund of whatever subscription fee was purchased up to 30 days. We have stood by that promise and also provided 2 extra months worth of refunds. Thank you for the quick response.  It does satisfy my issue in reference to complaint #[redacted] - but I still think it's unconscionable to say there is only a one time $47 fee for everything you need- and then I get 3 more pages of what I "really need" at twice the cost and a monthly fee. I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved.
