I do see that your refund for the returned Daily Energy was processed for you on 3/14. My previous response to you was that since you said in YOUR COMPLAINT TO THE Revdex.com that you felt you cancelled on 2/29, that we would honor that and issue a refund for any funds taken after that date. We did not receive any correspondence, however, I was going by what you said in your complaint. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding in that regard. I reviewed your account and see that I did issue you the promised refund on 4/14 for the March charges. However, you are now claiming there are April charges and we have charged you for nothing in April. The last charge was on 3/10 and this was refunded on 4/14. There are no April charges for us to refund to you. If you'd like to provide me with a copy of your billing statement that shows a charge from Beyond Diet in April, I will be more than happy to review it. I was more than happy to reset this customer's log in credentials. I sent an email to the customer with the log in help and also gave her a free [redacted] meal plan program, since she was frustrated with the wait. When emailing the customer, her email address is proving 'undeliverable' and this would also be the reason why she is having trouble logging in and why she has not received support from our CS team, since she has been trying to correspond via email. I placed a phone call to offer log in support with the phone number provided on her account and left a detailed voicemail that advised of the incorrect email and that she can call us toll free, [redacted] to update that info and receive log in support. Also advised customer of free product that was given to her.
