We just had our annual air-conditioning inspection this week We have been using ARS for over yearsOur service professional Elliot ***After his inspection their were services needed which he thoroughly explained Elliot answered all of our questions before and after servicing our year old system, was very courteous and we will definitely request him for future inspections
The installers did a nice job removing my old furnace and installing the new oneEverything was well organizedThey did not make a mess and cleaned up wellArrived on time and finished the job within the promised time-frameThey had good attitudes and seemed to enjoy their work
I did not even use this company for services because the person on the other end of the phone was very rudeMy water heater went out Monday night before Thanksgiving and I gave them a call at 7am and the lady said before anything "I can tell you its not going to happen today"! I was shocked and appalled by the lack of empathy this employee showedShe then went on to tell be that the next available service call was not until Friday (which I get holiday week)I then asked if there was a cancellation earlier if I would get a call and her response was "we have lots of customers that want to be bumped up"Well thank you for making the customer feel like they matterWill definitely NOT use this company ever since just the process to set up a service call was so negative
Scott Wfrom ARS/Rescue Rooter Illinois came to my home this morning and did a wonderful job of checking out my furnance, looking for any problems that he might discoverHe was very courteous and professional
The service technician was professional, polite, and experienced He was able to resolve my problem quickly and for the coupon price - no extra, hidden costs He was careful not to make a mess, and everything was completely cleaned up when he left

Our service guy Scott Wwas not only prompt, he called me within 20-mins., he was also courteous It an after hours call and he arrived at the house in a timely matter and got our heat running He provided expert service for a furnace that was not heating He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and provided me with a solutionI would definitely call them again if I have other furnace issues!!

We procrastinated about getting a new furnace until it failed during the first really cold day of winter. I was mad at myself for feeling forced into action instead of shopping around. ARS had a tech out within hours, and then Greg spent hours with us that evening explaining everything to us. He arranged for next-day installation, and even immediately answered a follow-up question the next morning. He made us feel comfortable not only with the warmth in our home now, but also with the decision to go with ARS.
Just had agreat visit from Nate at ARS. He knows his A/C and heating ,set me up with right size units I needed no heavy sales pitch,up front and honest.They will install this week. Got him to evalue my two water heaters, which I know are failing, got a good bundle package that I could not pass up, inclds install, service and warranty.Thanks Nate
I called ARS RESCUE ROOTER and I couldn't have picked a better company. Edmundo [redacted] was a complete professional. He knew exactly what to do and explained it all to me. From now on I will only call ARS.

Brandon installed our new furnace 11-26-16. He was very professional, Courteous and knowledgeable.
