I purchased a service agreement from Jason at ARS this spring when he was out to service my AC.
Rob A was timely and started right in on my clean , check and tune on my 11 year old furnace. We mutually agreed that it would be good for him to replace the blower wheel as it had never been done and it would be as almost as expensive to clean the existing one as to go new.. SInce the part was not on the truck ( understandable) , it required a second service call a few days later.With a real time camera he also showed me that the heat exchanger was in great shape( no cracks ) and that my unit looked like it had been well maintained. I was presented with some upselling /upgrade options such as a UV/ electronic air cleaner , which I declined, and a new flame sensor , which I also declined. He did clean my existing flame sensor as part of the visit- may have opted to replace but pricing seemed high.
I was satisfied with the timeliness and quality of the work.
We are long-time customers of this business and always receive good service, but the service tech, Jason S., who serviced our AC unit provided an experience above and beyond the usual. He was extremely professional and polite, cleaned the compressor
more thoroughly than we've ever had before, and explained what we need to do to
extend the life of the unit. This young man is definitely an asset to the organization.
Had my AC checked out a few days ago by Ramiro. He did a great job. I waited to submit this so I could give a more accurate review. Started using my AC yesterday because of the extreme heat. Not only is it cooling better (much cooler) but it takes less time to cool. Ramiro saw that my system not only needed more coolant but also a lubricant that helps in cooling. Great job!!
Scott was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with our furnace. He took his time to check our furnace and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend him to anyone.
Today was my "annual checkup" for my air condition units (2). Elliot Yee was my technician and he was absolute superb! He was on time, extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious. He explained what repairs were needed and why. One condenser was a safety hazard with burnt out wires and he fixed that immediately. The coil needed extra cleaning but he did not have the proper equipment to do it the best way possible or the time to do it correctly. He made sure all was safe and made another appointment to finish the job properly. I respect that and felt that he had the best interest of my home. I will definitely ask for him to come back to do my fall checkup and refer him and ARS to my friends and family.
ARS Rescue Rooter performed an AC check at my mom's home. Joe N. was the consummate professional and a very nice guy. Took the time to explain everything to us, was not pushy, and very friendly.

Efficient, Knowledgeable, Courteous, conscientious, friendly, polite and eager to please. This company sent in a huge crew to complete an installation for new furnace, water heater and air conditioning in just over 6 hours. I won't be able to review products just yet but I believe this review is for the installation. Highly recommend this crew of Eugene, Rafal, and Rich from ARC/Rescue Rooter Illinois. Very positive experience with scheduling appointments, confirming arrival time, prompt service. Explained option to purchase maintenance plan in a very professional way without pressure. Technician covered his shoes, was extremely polite, a pleasure to have in our home.
The technician Eric P, the Excellent-sor was wonderful right from the start, in explaining the whole process and answering the initial questions. He could put us at ease right from the start and did a fantastic job explaining all along what is being done, when asked. We are very pleased with his performance and looks like ARS has a fantastic group of people working for them. Thank you so much Eric P and hope this review helps other folks in tackling the heating, a/c tuneup and whole house duct cleaning tasks using the services of ARS Rescue Rooter. We purchased all of our HVAC equipment from ARS over the years and I've seen many of their installers and maintenance staff. They've each have been competent and personable. I've just had my check-up on my furnaces as part of my annual maintenance contract with ARS and Tony A may have set a new standard. Good job!
Marthell did a great job! Kept the place neat while they we here; very courteous and helpful. We can always count on ARS to send professionals for our services.

I had a great experience with ARS in installing my central air/heat. First, the sales rep Nate is very knowledgable and he will go the extra mile working with our budget. Second, their installers are very professional came in the next day after the estimate. I work nights so I told the Bill and Rich that i'll be sleeping on the couch while they work. They just woke me when the job is done. Will recommend them to friends and family. Good price, excellent staff, timely service.
Rob B is an excellent tech. He was VERY thorough, very professional, very well-trained to do the clean and inspect on my A/C. Rob B put his booties on every time he entered my house. He was un-rushed and very open to showing and explaining the things he found to be possible problems. One problem, as left by my last repairman, was extremely dangerous. Thankfully, Rob was alert enough to find it before he was hurt, however, this did not impede the operation of my A/C. Rob did not high-pressure me regarding the many possible problems. He respected my decision to delay any further work besides 'clean and inspect'. Thank you Rob.
