We have been longtime customers of ARS. During our annual furnace cleaning, the technician, Eric(?), told us what we knew was coming..."the furnace needs to be replaced.
He offered an appointment in less than 24 hours, if that would work for us, to have a representative out to evaluate our needs and give us an estimate.
We set up an appointment for a Tuesday evening. ARS kept us informed about the arrival time and start of the appointment. Nate arrived promptly and got to work right away. Inside, outside, up and downstairs. After he finished his evaluation, he sat down with my husband and I and gave us all our options, needs and costs. He was able to make a call that allowed us to apply for a payment plan right from our kitchen table. He stopped and encouraged us to ask questions all along throughout the appointment and answered all of them. He finished things up promptly and we discussed an installation date and time before he left.
We would highly recommend ARS for heating/AC needs and commend Nate for another great experience with the company.
My furnace was serviced by ARS/Rescue Rooter Illinois. The service person was Rob. He was on time and very professional. As he did each test he explained what he was doing. He is an excellent employee and represents the company well.
Our AC went out in the dog days of summer! We decided to replace both the AC and furnace. We were referred to ARS through [redacted]. They came in for an estimate within 2 hours, and in less that 24 hours, installed our new units. The pricing was fair and we were able to do financing as well. Our technicians, Don M and David M were very courteous and got the job done quickly. You don't want to have to get a new AC unit in the middle of summer in an emergency, but if you have to, you should contact ARS!
Very happy with the installation crew (Kevin and Arnie) who worked over ten hours today replacing our furnace and A/C. The salesman (Ted) was excellent - willing to explain everything, and available for followup questions. I believe they sized the correct equipment, and then installed it all professionally and carefully.
I was very pleased with Scott W.'s work. It was thorough and then well-explained. He also was gracious to answer a few questions (about my system) that went beyond the scope of his service that day. Much appreciated.

ARS/ Rescue sent a technician by the name of Nader; he was punctual and very professional. He cleaned, conducted an inspection of our up stairs and down stairs furnance and off explained his company's services. We would recommend this employee (Nader) highly.
