All three of the gentlemen who worked on the HVAC system of my home were very skilled and knowledgeable. I defiantly will be referring others to ARS Rescue Rooter and will use them again in the future.
Edmundo [redacted] of ARS did an excellent job. He was very professional and found an gas leak that was unrelated to the job I called about. I'm so glad he found the gas leak and fixed it. He also did a great job fixing the water heater connection piece.
Scheduled furnace tune-up. Scott W. and Tony were on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were personable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. A positive experience from the Jenny at [redacted], the person in the office who called ahead of the service men and the service men Scott W. and Tony.

Recently their serviceman, Terry S. came to the house for a plumbling problem.
Again, the service was great and Terry was very helpful and professional.
I had a problem with my furnace and it's electronic filter and since I have a contract for HVAC service with ARS I called them. They immediately set up an appointment for one of their climate specialists, Gary [redacted], to visit my home and to correct the situation. Gary arrived promptly on the afternoon of the day that I called, He very quickly determined what was causing my problem and efficiently corrected matters.
Gary was courteous, knowledgeable and he completed his work in a reasonable period of time. He made sure that I knew what he had done and ensured that the furnace and surrounding area was clean. I would recommend Gary to my friends.

ARS is lying, [redacted] ARS service man, said the pump WAS NOT working before he...

I told ARS people at least 10-20 times the pump DID NOT BREAK OR GET OVERWORKED DURING THT STORM!
The basement was filled with soapy water from the washing machine which was used Thursday, 4 DAYS BEFORE THE STORM, SOOOO the storm had NOTHING to do with the pump failing, it WAS BROKEN 4 days before the storm!!!!!
They refuse to contact Denis Murati, the service guy who casn verify the pump was not working.
He even said he saw a crack and some oil leaking.
Said he's only seen 2 of these break in his 10 years with the company. Said it was a factory default.
I've tried to reach Denis but I don not have a direct number, you have to go through the company, but they do not relay my message.
YES, I swore, you would to if you talked to these ARS [redacted]...!

PUMP BROKEN!
Service guy, [redacted] wrote it on invoice after telling me pump was not working.
ARS responsible for damage to my basement and items damaged in flood.
I DO NOT have homeowners insurance, because I do not need it, I SPENT $850 ON A BRAND NEW SUMP PUMP SO MY BASEMENT WOULD NOT FLOODINSTALLED BY ARS!
Worked for ONE MONTH!
THEY ARE RESPOBSIBLE FOR DAMAGE!
Excellent service by the sales person John M. And excellent work by Bill and Dave the installer. Both were gentlemen ,sincere to their work, neat and pleasant. What a beautiful job they have performed to install my furnace and AC unit. We are so happy and enjoying the heated clean air in the house. I had a new furnace and a/c installed by Arnie C and Brandon C. They were on time, professional, respectful of my home and when finished cleaned up the work area. They answered every question and showed me how to use the equipment. I have used this company for plumbing work as well and have been very satisfied with the results.
Prompt, courteous and very efficient. Neat work and very aware of clean up and not leaving a mess. Drop cloths and shoe protection worn when traversing areas of the house to access utility area. Also gave a clear and concise explanation of the operation of the unit and its thermostat.
I was extremely happy with Scott W's service today. He was very thorough. And the best part: He didn't try to upsell. I have had too many service people who try to sell me things that I'm quite sure I don't needwhen all I wanted was a furnace or AC check. Scott was good, and he was extremely polite and efficient.
