Scott was the best service person I have had from this company in many years. Scott was friendly and performed his job in a professional manner. He took the time to explain the rating system used to rate the condition of my furnace. He found the problem with the humidifier and corrected it to my satisfaction. He gave me an honest review of my furnace based on his examination.

The tech was very informed and knowledgable about the services provided. I have a contract that paid for the service I requested 6 months prior to service being performed. I thought it would be no cost to me. However, the tech kept trying to upsale me on one options after another. None of the items or options were broken or malfunctioning but it was all based on the probability that it could stop working. (estimated cost was $900) Finally, when I thought I was clear of all of the upsaling, he finally sold me on an option that I could not prove would work or not, be sounded like I could not do without at $210.00. $210.00 later, I am not sure if the much needed chemicals were added. Oh by the way, he made sure to tell me that I was getting a deal at that cost. Note: my A/C units are less than 10 years old. I do not blame the tech, I think it is the company that makes them push and pressure the customers to buy additional services and /or items. (reward program, quotas) I thought this issue was a coincidence or isolated but I remembering feeling the same way/ pressure when they serviced my furnace. Uncomfortable !

ARS technicians Jim D. and Tony A. installed a new furnace in our home on 12/30/16. They were very professional in their manner and work. Courteous and helpful in answering questions and giving directions. Cleaned up after completing the installation.

Excellent service. Ryan was on time, very thorough, and professional!

Mark [redacted] (Plumbing Repair Specialist) arrived on time to open one of our drains. He was professional and personable. He took the time to correct our problem and make recommendations to prevent future problems.

Bill and Arnie are a great installation team. They were thorough, polite, kept us informed, and cleaned before they left. Thanks!!

I have received excellent service for my furnace check by Wayne. He arrived well within the time window. He was very courteous helpful. He even returned things I had to move from the service area. I will certainly request Wayne in the future and I will recommend him to my friends.

Our A/C went out on a 90 degree Sunday afternoon. We called ARS Rescue Rooter Sunday night and they came out within 30 minutes. Our problem was diagnosed and they came the next day with parts to repair. Rob A. was friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions. I liked their service so much that I ended up purchasing a home service plan and they performed the additional services on the same day!
I would definitely recommend their services to everyone.

Nick P., arrived before his scheduled time of 8:00 a.m., Saturday and presented me with his I.D. (which is a comfort in these times). He immediately, started to work and began to remove my old heater and install my new heater. The proficiency of removal and installation was thorough, complete and quick. He helped me to understand the new thermostat and how I could recontact the company with a 1-800 number that he installed on the heater. He also explained the filter and how I could order any future replacements. He also advised me of how the new system would work and if I experienced any problems, how I could recontact the company. I enjoyed the professional and courteous service and I could only verify that he was in my home based on my new heater, which is spectacular. I received new pipe lines, heating cut off valve and an electric off/on switch on my heater. Also, the heater was entire sealed by ARS to prevent any air pockets. What a wonderful job and professional installation that was off the Chart. Great Superior Service. I will retain this company for life.

Very good technician

Nate J. was a pleasure to work with during this process. He worked with my budget but still explained the deal I could have obtained had I purchased more items and he also called me personally on the day the techs were to come out to make sure I was aware of the real window. I would gladly work with him again and will definitely call him for all of my heating and air issues.

Scott W. came to our house for a regular HVAC checkup. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything he did during the checkup and went over the paperwork so we understood how our HVAC system was operating correctly. We have used ARS for many years and will continue to do so for their professional staff.

I had a gas smell around my furnace. Though he could not find a specific leak, Ryan D. of ARS recommended a new gas valve. This seems to have fixed the problem. I am very happy with the excellent service from Ryan D. of ARS. He genuinely wanted to fix the problem, very personable.

They were wonderful to work with and stayed until the job was done to their satisfaction and mine, even though it took 9 hours on a zero degree day in Chicagoland
