We called on a Saturday afternoon and within hours Jimmy D the One Hour technician arrived He was very friendly and knowledgable and addressed our problem suggesting solutions We will be requesting Jimmy for future calls He did an excellent job

I recently had my furnace serviced ny a One Hour technicianFrom the office personnel to my service tech, I was treated with total professionalism and timely serviceAll procedures were explained and all my questions answered

Scheduled a Spring inspection of the central air conditioning system They called when the technician was on the way and he arrived promptly The inspection was very thorough inside and out, including a video inspection of the furnace/ac internals He went over everything in detail and replaced one weak component that could cause a problem with the blower motor Overall very professional and competent

Jason Ccame on time and was very polite and knowledgeable He explained the state of my furnace in very accessible termsI enjoyed talking to this very pleasant manI was pleased with the way he handled the yearly furnace checkup

We just had service from Jimmy Dand could not be more satisfiedHe upgraded our UV solutions to a new unit and closed/sealed off the hole left from the old unit
