One Hour Heating took the time to listen to all of my concerns and did a very good job.

I found this company to be exceptionaly professional. The gentleman performing the work was fast, efficient and knowledgable. He also related to me everything he was doing and why as he went along.

Jose *. was very efficient and knowledgeable in his work. He did an excellent job cleaning our furnace. I would prefer to have him clean and maintain our furnace in the future.

The service and personnel who preformed the service are both professional and very nice. Work was done timely and the wait time for appointments is very good.

On your initial call (5/27), you were advised of the evaluation fee of $139, to which you agreed. We arrived at your home, diagnosed the initial problem was the thermostat that was not attached to...

the wall correctly due to construction being done in the home. We also did offer to install your thermostat on the wall for an addition $99, at which time you advised us you would be installing the thermostat on your own, and you refused to pay us anything at all. No additional testing was done on the system by our company to determine whether, or not, the system is functioning properly, because we could not move forward under these circumstances. As stated on our Agreement/Proposal:
“WARRANTIES (Under terms of warranty, annual scheduled service must performed on your equipment by American Comfort’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning)
You have had other companies working on the system.
The warranty was not assigned to you during the purchase of your home, it is still held in the name of the previous homeowner. 
We cannot be held responsible for other contractors working on the system that may/may not have resulted in the failure of your air conditioner. 
 
As we can do nothing further for you, I suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly to have the unit warranties transferred into your name.

The service man did a very good job of cleaning and checking the furnace and air conditioner. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Very nice guy. The girl who scheduled was very pleasant and understanding of our time line.

Jose [redacted], personable and great service professional, with the strong drive to help in anyway possible in getting the most out of the system installed by One Hour Heating and Conditioning years ago.

Jimmy D did a great job. We are member of the One Hour Club that entitles us to an A/C check up each year. We were having some additional A/C issues and Jimmy D took care of us on the spot. Very reliable.

Informative, friendly service.

Everyone at One Hour is very pleasant from the initial phone contact to the service person who comes to the house. They are neat and clean and let you know the problems, if any, and the resolution. They show pictures of any damaged areas that need attention. Very professional.

This was an A+ experience. The furnace was cleaned and inspected for a solid hour and all of my questions were answered clearly and in a friendly, professional manner. The tech was prompt, even calling me about 30 minutes ahead of his arrival.

Excellent service by highly trained technical. That's why we have used their service twice a year.

I am rejecting this response because: 
When you guys came to the house for the first time and figure out the thermostat was not working...That was actually the final finding...and I was not told that you guys need to install the thermostat to finish the inspection...My understanding finding the thermostat as an issue was the cause of the AC unit not working...I did not pay because the unit is under the warranty for 10years and the unit still under 1 year free labor...Also I'm challenging you to get the recording that says I was told I have to Pay the 139$...I was told it's free of charge since the unit under the warranty. 
 
I did call another company the second time since you guys told me that there is nothing wrong with the AC unit....So I thought was something wrong with the furnace...that's why I got another company to take look at it...But actually what they found was the compressor on the AC unit.

The warranty with thy system was valid with the prior owner. Please contact the manufacturer to seek a suitable service center for the remainder of your manufactures warranty.

This was my first experience with One Hour Heating and Air....the service was excellent.
They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. The service techs Jose and Jeff and the phone staff were very professional. I will definitely use their service for yearly maintenance and any heating/air problems in the future.

We have relied on this company for about 20 years and find that the employees provide excellent service. We will continue to use One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to keep our condo comfortable, no matter what the temperature outside.

WE had Aeroseal work done. Andy and Ed were great. They explained the whole process were very efficient and cleaned up afterwords. I would recommend these technicians and One Hour Hearing & Air Conditioning - Elk Grove, IL

Excellent job. Quick and neat.

We have used this business and its predecessor since 1990 and found them to be honest, on time, and a good deal.
