Have used One Hour Heating & A/C for many years and their service and responses to needs a have been great.

Jimmy D has been our service rep for past couple maintenance calls and he has done a great job of maintaining our heating and air conditioning along with providing advice.

I have had the 1 Hour service for approximately 15 years 7 have found them to be efficient , reliable & very friendly. As a matter of fact last year when I was in the hospital for 2 months in the middle of winter my furnace quit. Even though a circuit board burned up they made sure that my wife & dog could remain in the home quite comfortable until the board could be replaced.

I've been a customer of One Hour for 14 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Their technicians are professional and very thorough with inspections and repairs. They helped me extend the service of a 10 year old system for another 6 years before I had the replace it. They have fair pricing and stand behind all their work.

From the estimate from Rick to the installation from Joe D. and Bob, everything was done extremely professional and friendly. I was impressed with their experience and hard work. These were people who knew what they were doing and with their experience they were able to create trust with the customer. I am extremely happy with the job they did. The service man sent was very pleasant, knowledgeable and very thorough. I have a heat pump system (around 8 yrs old) and it requires a little different kind of checking and cleaning. He took the system apart to check on the insides and explained (in my terms) some actions I might need to take to keep the system running smoothly. it was all very good advice. I appreciated the honesty about cost and the urgency of any issue. Attached I have a humidifier and air cleaning system that he also thoroughly checked. His visit gave me great confidence that the company continues to hire well-trained, honest and knowledgeable servicemen.

My husband had replaced many parts of our old furnace trying to get it to work last spring. He's very handy and just couldn't get the furnace to work properly. With fall upon us he had to call the professionals. Tech Jason came and did a couple things showing my husband so he would know what to do if needed in the future. He could have told us the work my husband had done was all wrong and we would need to replace all the parts. He could have told us the furnace was just too old and we needed a new one. But he didn't. He found the problems, fixed them, educated my husband, and stayed for a while to make sure the furnace was working properly without charging us more than the service call charge. I was very impressed with Jason's work ethic and honesty. Quite refreshing to call a service provider and get someone like him. Thank you!

All personnel we have had contact with either by telephone and the service people have all been courteous, polite, helpful and informative. It is like working with a friend rather than someone you have not met before.

I have been dealing with One Hour for many years. Their office employees and technicians are always competent and professional.

I had a broken valve on my furnace which needed to be replaced. [redacted] came to my home and within no time he had finished the job. Very professional, clean, nice and personable.
