I have been a customer for many years. Jose G. has serviced my furnace and humidifier the past couple years, and I would give him a five star rating for being courteous, friendly, knowledgeable of the machinery, patient in explaining the details, and good work.

They called when technician was on the way. He was on time and completed the furnace cleaning/inspection in a very timely manner.

Employee JOSE G. paid me a service call, and I wish to note his courteous and professional manner during that visit, and to thank him for the important diagnostic information he so clearly and openly shared with me. Prior to his visit I had many questions about the workings of our furnace. Upon his leaving I had a much more complete understanding of what was taking place, as well as what was needed to correct the problems. This visit was a great example of how best to establish excellent customer relationships. His business card lists him as a SERVICE GENIUS, and I believe that description fits him well.

Consistent with my initial visit from [redacted] G. from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, his work was thorough, timely and professional. [redacted] showed up within the allotted time, explained the follow-up work that he was doing on my unit, cleaned up some rust around the previous problem area and was so polite in doing it. They walked us through the inspection and explained any service the recommended.
