I am rejecting this response because: When you guys came to the house for the first time and figure out the thermostat was not working...That was actually the final finding...and I was not told that you guys need to install the thermostat to finish the inspection...My understanding finding the thermostat as an issue was the cause of the AC unit not working...I did not pay because the unit is under the warranty for 10years and the unit still under 1 year free labor...Also I'm challenging you to get the recording that says I was told I have to Pay the 139$...I was told it's free of charge since the unit under the warranty.  I did call another company the second time since you guys told me that there is nothing wrong with the AC unit....So I thought was something wrong with the furnace...that's why I got another company to take look at it...But actually what they found was the compressor on the AC unit.

Very good and courteous service from the appointment setting to being on time as well as notifying us that they are on their way. Very pleasant onsite, explained the service and any suggestions very well. I definitely recommend them as a quality organization due to quality & professional people.

One hour Heating & Air Conditioning gets an A+ with regards to their customer service. Rose jumped hoops following up on getting a certificate of insurance to our condo association. Without her efforts, we would not have been able to have our HVAC unit inspected as we were on a tight schedule. She also went out of her way to call me twice to let me know she forwarded the certificate of insurance and confirmed that the association received it. They installed a new AC unit for us about 3 years ago. Their techs that came out to our condo were very professional, efficient and informative. We would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs service on their heating or air conditioning units.

One Hour Heating & AC in EGV has been serving the furnaces in my house for more than 25 years. Three years ago I purchased my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater from them. The furnace that they replaced was one that they had installed when my mom had the house more than 25 years ago.

I've always had excellent service from the technicians and the office staff. My scheduled appointment this year was later than normal because I was late in returning their call. Because of this I called the local office to see if they had my filter and luckily they did and I was able to pick the filters up that day.

When I ask the technicians a question about something they explain it to my satisfaction. When they have finished with the job the house looks like it did prior to their arrival. I have informed friends and coworkers about them when I hear someone is looking for a furnace or AC company.

'One Hour' is a very good company and very dependable. They should up on time and take the time to answer my questions.

Carlos did a yearly inspection of my furnace and did a great job. He did everything that he was instructed to do and found that no preventive maintenance was need on my 15 year old furnace at this time. Preventive maintenance is the key to keeping any piece of equipment going. Just like changing the oil in your car.

I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have had wonderful service everytime in two different homes. Jeff B. is my favorite service technician. He takes time to explain not only what he is doing, but why he's doing it and how things work. I recommend One Hour Heating anytime someone asks.

One Hour service has been very good for us. They are on time and do a professional job in servicing our HVAC. Jimmy D. has been there service provider and informs us of all concerns.

They came on a SUNDAY!! I felt bad that they were working, but it meant I didn't have to
take time off of work - REALLY appreciated that! Prompt, courteous, friendly, effecient - can't ask for much more....

I just want say how awesome One Hour in Elk Grove is. Being OCD and making a large purchase decision, is a challenge. Especially when you need to research a million things and still remain undecided. Well let me say Greg is remarkable. before he arrived I had already read a thousand things of what should happen during an estimate. He did everything an excellent contractor should do. He explained what he was doing and why, I already knew a lot from my readings. In the end, much to my amazement, I signed a contract for both furnace and A/C. This was the first and only estimate I got! No regret, even after reading another thousand things once he left Thank you Greg for making me so comfortable through the process.

Our furnace stopped working at 1am. I called the company that installed the furnace and they didn't respond. I called One Hour Heating and they got back to me within several hours and sent out Jimmy D. at 8:30 am. He found the problem, fixed it, and we were only charged the minimum service charge. Jimmy was professional, polite, on time, and patient with my questions.

Fine, professional service. I would heartily recommend them.

Found out my furnace wasn't working in the morning, had a tech out within hours, someone to estimate a new furnace (due to a broken heat exchange), and a new furnace all within 1 day.

I feel they are fair, explain things clearly and without pressure, always come within the time they specify and if I have any questions they answer them to my satisfaction. Rose is the office person that usually makes the appointments and handles any questions I may have at the time. The service men are friendly and efficient system who was the service man who came today did a great job.
I have recommended One Hour to family members and they also have had good experiences with them.

They are always prompt and courteous. They do their work and tell you what you need to know. They don't try to sell you something unless you need it. I feel very comfortable with them.
