Thank you so much for your action. As soon as you contacted them, they wrote to me and sent me the sheets. A small correction of a statement from the linens place: their website does not mention that they were having trouble with their email and phones. But I do find it funny that they had no trouble with their credit card processing. I wonder if their website had been malfunctioning during the 109 other complaints that the Revdex.com received.

Thank you for bring this to our attention.
First and foremost we would like to apologize for the delay in delivery of the product. We have incurred a delay from our manufacturer which explains the delay experienced by the customer. We have since then received the product...

and have shipped it out. Unfortunately it has been bounced back to us due to an incorrect address on the label. Also, we have recently changed our website and while the information transfer has been successful, there were still unforeseen issues which have affected shipping and availability information. We will once more send the order out by the end of the day today with Express shipping which usually does not take more than 3 days’ time. Once the order has been picked up I will update the customer with a new Tracking Number as it becomes available by the end of the business day today. The shipping cost of $9.00 will be put through to our Accounting Department which usually takes between 3 and 5 business days but as we have given this customer a High Priority status, the refund for the shipping charge will be processed today.
Once again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
