I am rejecting this response because:
The compensation for the sheets does not equal the savings offered by the [redacted] site. Although I personally only had to pay a discounted amount, Luxor Linens is the party that did not fulfill the order in a reasonable amount of time and the purchase of the item ordered would not equal the amount I was saving. I WANT MY SHEETS!!!!!!

After doing some research on the order, I've found that it is still in transit with no estimated delivery date. This is unacceptable as the order information was sent to the delivery company on January 7th. 
We are unhappy that a customer, any customer, has to deal with this, but...

we would like to resolve this situation by any means. The delivery company has been contacted and further contact will be initiated.
We would like to offer the customer promotional prices and discount on any item on the site. Customer can contact [redacted] directly.

I am rejecting this response because: this company has still not contacted me one week later.  I also have emailed them 3 days ago asking when my product would ship.  Each time I call, their automated system hangs up on me after waiting 5-7 minutes .  It has been impossible to speak to anyone at this business.  I JUST WANT MY PRODUCT AND SOME CONTACT FROM THE COMPANY.

My complaint was considered resolved & closed because the business repliedsaying they would issue me a refund. Almost a month later and I still do nothave the refund they promised. How can I go about reopening this complaint?

I am rejecting this response because: Not only did the business post the wrong tracking number in their last response to me, but I checked on the item on the [redacted] website and there has been no movement. It STILL is not here, the shipping charges are NOT refunded on my bank account, and there is no estimated delivery date on the [redacted] page for my item. This company is beyond disorganized and full of you know what. I asked for it to be overnighted to my house almost a full month ago now (which was 2 weeks after I should have had my sheets), and they lie about "expediting" it now! Not only am I disgusted, but I can't believe they would lie to a customer like that- did they think I wouldn't notice if I still didn't get it today, or that I wouldn't check on the location of my package? I don't know, but I can assure you I will never order anything from them again, no matter how good of a deal it is.

I am rejecting this response because: My case ID # is in the subject of this email. I understand it has been marked as resolved, but it is not resolved, as I still have not recieved the item from the company, nor have I gotten any sort of shipping confirmation or tracking for my sheets that I ordered that should have been delivered on Halloween. I was going to write a response last night, as the company said the sheets would be shipping on 11/10, and I allowed 7 business days for them to be delivered to my house. I STILL DON'T HAVE THEM. If you could please re-open this case, and send me something so I can update the website, I would greatly appreciate this. Thank you,

We want to address each of your concerns regarding your order.  Once an order is placed on oursite, you see on the screen your invoice which has the order information. This is also emailed. At times, the emails may go into a customer spam folder.  The only correspondence we have...

with the customer is from October, where we advised that we were experiencing technicalissues with our system and phones.  We informed her of the delay and the order was shipped within that time.  We service over a million customers a yearand on a daily basis receive more than 100 plus calls/emails.  Our representatives are handling eachcall/email. We also have Live Chat which is available.  We have no record showing any calls or emailsfrom the customer in regards to them being dissatisfied with their order.  If we had received any notification we wouldhave addressed it with the customer.  The product information is listed on all of our promotions.  Before the customer purchases the product,they can see all of the product details on the deal site and on our site.  All of our products are manufactured with thebest quality.  The product that was shipped and delivered to the customer is what was purchased.  We are sorry to hear that the customer wasnot satisfied with their order.  We will also follow up with the customer.

I am rejecting this response because:Though  I did finally receive the ordered sheets,  I did not receive ANY said emails nor did I receive ANY correspondence from this company after my repeated emails.  The only response I ever received from this company was their response to my initial Revdex.com (via their website - not to me directly) claim saying my order would be processed and it would take 3-5 days to ship.  It took 3 weeks to ship my order  after my Revdex.com claim.  I repeatedly tried to contact this company via phone as well.  I was never able to get through, as their customer service would disconnect me and say, "the wait time is too long, call back at another time".  I called back 3 other times, and each time was disconnected after being on hold 5-7 minutes each time.  After receiving the sheets, they are nowhere near 1000 thread count sheets.  My 300 count sheets were twice as soft as these.  To even suggest that these sheets are worth $140 is ridiculous.  I will never do business with Luxor Linens again, due to non-existent customer service and poor product quality.  I will also make sure anyone I know does not only stay away from this company, but not buy any [redacted] to this company.  Their less-than-stellar  Revdex.com rating should have been my first clue not to order from them.  Buyer beware.
