Lenscrafter is selling a Prada frame for $205. that can be purchased on Zulily for $119. Try designer frames on in a store but purchase them elsewhere if you want to save money. Just saying.

The California Lemon Law required manufacturers who sell goods in the state to provide a replacement or repair while a product is under warrantyThis product was returned to you while under warranty with obvious manufacture defects -- namely the temple tips failing with use and the design failure causing the temple tips to rub the coating off the backside of the lenses even when they were stored properly.If a replacement or repair isn't available, then a check for the purchase price (receipt was provided with the warranty return) will be acceptableThis is your last opportunity to make an correction to your illegal warranty policy before I take my case to the department of consumer affairs

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.I do not care so much where the glasses are made I cannot discern a difference The issue is the deceptive practice of having displays of products you are led to believe originate from one country and carry a more highly regarded pedigreeYou then agree to purchase them and what shows up is something made somewhere else, in this case from what is widely accepted as not carrying the same level of quality or pedigree You should either have signs up saying the stuff you end up getting is not made in Italy but rather china This is a larger issue and might be a violation of federal trade laws or consumer protection laws This is like slapping a *** Badge on a *** passing off Chinese made formaldehyde containing drywall as safe American made drywall; selling counterfeit *** handbags made in China, getting counterfeit medications you thought were made in the US but we're actually made in India.bottom line is deceitful practices Deliver what you say or have on display, otherwise post a disclaimer or a discount for inferior goods

I was notified by a representative of the company via phone. He took all my information re/ my complaint. He has since sent me a frame that is close enough to the one that was destroyed. I'm not sure that the original frame is even in stock any longer, but this will have to do. I wish to now close this case out. Naturally, I shall never do business with LensCrafters again, and have urged all my students to avoid this store in the immediate as well as far distant future. The reprehensible behavior of the store manager, one *** ***, is exactly why American business is loosing ground in Europe and Asia. I have returned from Japan recently. Behavior such as J*** demonstrated would be impossible to find in a Tokyo retail shop. They simply would not hire such rampant stupidity!D***

This is the second time In the last month *** *** has charged my checking account for something I have not ordered.I had to have ***
