Customer purchased online the WAR250R180P - WALKERA DEVO 7/GPS/1080P CAM/OSD/BCKPK - Mfg Part#: RUNNER 250(R) ADVANCED for He contacted us on that he received the wrong itemThe customer received the unit (Ord# [redacted] ) but without an SD Card slot The customer doesn't want to return the item back to us because it is a hassle for him to thatNow, the customer would like to get a refund for the price difference of the item with SKU: WAR250R180P which is on the original order and SKU: [redacted] which is the item he says he receivedWe had never received the [redacted] so there is no way we shipped that to him in erroralso, SKU# [redacted] has zero description online but it did have the same mfr part number as [redacted] When checking the item description on our site, the only mention of the memory card is: "Camera: Micro SD cardMax 64G" We checked on walkera's direct site and it references the micro sd card, but not a slot Perhaps the card is internal, no slot is correct not a defect and not mis-advertized [redacted] As of May [redacted] The customer already contacted the UC Drone Incregarding the item that he receivedOnce again, he refused to return it, even with a prepaid return labelThe difference from [redacted] and [redacted] (which we have since removed from our site) is $which we approved for refundBut he hadn't replied.We just issued the $refund back to the same payment source

06/**/Customer first emailed us thru *** RE: *** IntOrd#: *** Return reason: Item defective or doesn’t work Customer comments: Prints that come out of the machine are faded on the left side of the pageThis was it, no mention as to any physical damage We replied
and advises him to please first contact the manufacturer at ###-###-#### But being that *** sent customer a Prepaid UPS return shipping label, they just returned it to us On 06/**/our return department had received it It was not properly returned This unit was returned with no MFG packing, unit is damaged and pieces broken off I originally emailed the customer ( a standard/canned reply ) and accidentally wrote that the MFG box was missing and I then informed customer that I forgot to tweak the emailI replied that actually it was the inner packaging the manufacturer’s protective packaging that was missingSince he had not packed/shipped this back properly protected, since it was shipped missing the manufacturer’s protective packaging, the unit came back physically damaged and pieces broken off In this condition, the manufacturer no longer considers this as ours to returnIn this condition they will only accept it from the customer/consumer for warranty issued onlyFor us, this unit is garbage Once we receive any returns on orders that were placed thru Amazon, we are required to process it within 24-hours Being that we received it back materially different than how it was originally shipped to them, physically damaged and pieces broken off, and the unit is garbage for us, we therefore processed this return less 50% Tell us why here

thanks for the follow up, As I mentioned in my complain, *** lies to them and then corrected the lie, and state that it is not my agent clearing it infact it is *** contractorIt was *** clearing the shipment, and need me to pay for that serviceI informed adorama that *** is not recognizing there bill, thats why they arte charging me $300, they should have forwarded to them the original bill which showes how much I paid, also I informed Adorama that *** is not releasing my shipment, they should have contacted them to resolve the issue, not me to pay, and when I informed adorama that due to there mistakes and not following up, I am rejecting the shipment, I did not autherize them to ship it back under my expense, I am willing to pay taxes but the right amount not what *** want, they should send them the bill, taxes is no way more than the price of the shipment.Finally I informed Adorama to ship it to my US address and I will take care of it, they did not, all what they did is making me pay both ways, I have all documents stating my complain, all emails, I dont know how to send them to you

On July *, Shawn placed an order online for a Red dragon camera, Cooke lenses and accessoriesThis order was scheduled to be picked up on July **, at PMThe client was scheduled to come in on July **, at 2:PM to check out the equipment he was renting, with one of our prep
techsThe client left our facility with the gear at around 4:PM that dayThe next morning on July **, at around 9:the client called our customer service center to report an issue with one of the Cooke lenses (mm lens), the customer service agent told the client that he will not be charged the rental fee for the lens and that the lens will be inspected by our repair technician upon returnWe did not charge the rental fee for that lensThe client returned all the gear on July **, at around PM, at around PM the same day our repair tech emailed the customer notifying him that after a thorough evaluation the lens was indeed damagedThe evaluation was that the focus ring was stuck due to impact damage that occurred after the equipment left our facility, since this type of damage would not have passed our tech’s inspection of the lens which we do before and after a lens is rentedThe client was then notified by email that they were responsible for the damage and would be charged once we receive an estimate from the manufacturer

And then on he wrote again to the Revdex.com complaint #*** "I agreed to a partial refund from the business to settle this complaint, it’s been days and no refund has been issued." The problem is that he Never contact us at Adorama that he agreed to the $refund on each of these units I just issued the refund today 10/**/(we were closed from 10/* thru today) Tell us why here

put on the truck (which are kept by us for *** and *** pick up) but *** did not pick it up till 4/**/17The order was placed with business day shipping methodWhich means from the day it ships, it will get there within business days.This order shipped on 4/**/via *** *** and was delivered on 4/**/17, two days later.***
