They told me basically I was out of luckIf I didn't have the original box I couldn't s ship it backI didn't realize the box was worth $1200, while the printer is worth nothing apparently I offered to ship it back and pay for a small restocking fee as I understand this is an unfortunate event for both partiesThey have no care to work with meI couldn't make anything happen, I just hope others learn of their unsatisfactory policies and choose to not do business with them I don't know what else to do at this point I for one, will not be doing business with these guys anymore
