These items are all new/factory sealed the way they are shipped to us from the manufacturerI'm sorry if yours proved to be defective.A prepaid return label was sent covering return shipping cost and a full refund was issued on 05/**/17I had replied to our customer via email on 5/**/See
below. Dear ***, Someone at *** must have told you that we will process an exchange but on *** orders we can only process them for refund and then the customer can purchase it from us again and we will give it to him at the same price. You purchased this on ***'s website and paid for this thru ***But this was actually purchased from Adorama (sold and ships from Adorama) and paid to *** (who pays us)If an item is defective or if a customer changes their mind, returns are sent to Adorama (since it came from us)However, per our *** contract, (as with most 3rd party merchants) we are not authorized to send out replacements.Each order must be handled on its ownSo if it comes back, refund must be issued and then a new order can be placed for the same item again, and we will give it to the customer at the same price being that its an exchange order. But even if we could send replacements, the issue was/is that this is no longer available by usWe had/have no more stock on this IESV800R ? REFURBISHED EPSON PERFECTION VPHOTO SCANNER and it is no longer availableIts refurbished so we don't know when or even if we will be receiving in any more at all

Adorama advertised that adding a second item will save me $As I was completing my purchase, there was option to save "additional $bundle savings"So if the flash light with the transmitter is $and for another $if I only get the flash light without the transmitter, where is the savings of $50? Is this not advertising? Though I finally received my equipment back from Adorama, it took weeks to get them to return the lenses and then another week to return the lens hood.In addition, I was originally told they would pay up to 70% of new sales price for excellent quality goods They only offered about 35% Bait and switch all the way.I have my gear back, but these is cost me the ability to sell my gear to a private party because they delayed repeatedly in returning my gear
