Review: I am in the hummel club ,with the yearly dues I pay ,automatically out from my credit card annually, I am suppose to receive a Hummel figurine, last year(2012) it was the " Parlor Pal" figurine and this year(2013) it was the " Cuddle Bear" figurine. I have not received either but have paid for both thru credit card. They don't return my emails and when I called earlier this year( in August) the person I talked with was snotty and said it was due in about a month, this was for last years ( 2012 ). I still have not received either one. False advertisement. I want my figurines which are suppose to arrived around my birthday, in September.Desired Settlement: I want the figurines I paid for and from now on maybe they should send the figurine before taking the money out of my credit card, is this a fraud case?

Review: I first joined the M.I. Hummel club in 1989. A free thank you gift is to be sent for every year membership is renewed. They has not sent merchandise for three memberships which they have charged to my credit cards. I have three memberships with them: one for myself and two for my daughters. I have purchased the two for my daughters Christmas gifts for about the past 20 years. They charged my credit card on 12/03/12 for my membership in the amount of $47.25. As of this date I have not received the merchandise. On 5/15/13 they charged me for the other two memberships in the amount of $47.25 each. Merchandise has not yet been received and they do not answer phone calls or e-mail. I did receive a letter (undated) from [redacted], Director, M.I. Hummel Ciub stating the Parlor Pal figurine was currently out of stock, however, they would send as soon as possible. A sentence reads, "Rest Assured every renewing member will receive their FREE thank you gift, Parlor Pal, as soon as he arrives in the U.S. I have tried all avenues to contact them and have been unsuccessful. Their phone message states they are closed and gives their business hours. The message remains the same every day of the week. I am thoroughly disappointed as I have collected these for so many years and have given them as Christmas gifts. To charge my credit card when merchandise is not even available is a very poor business practice.Desired Settlement: I would very much like to receive the merchandise I ordered as they promised in their letter.

Review: For the Club year 2012 when we renew our membership we are to receive a figurine. It has been over a year since I have not received my figurine for the year 2012. I also have renewed for the year 2013 have not received my figurine for this year. Am asking to have both figurines sent, have even sent an email, no response at all

I did place calls to be told that I would receive, year 2012, by end of Sept 2013, now is end of November, , I have since tried to call answer machine says closed when message says they should be open.

My member # is[redacted]Desired Settlement: would like to have both renewal figurines sent to me and since there has been no response an explanation of why they are not being shipped when they have been promised to members.

A refund of my membership dues as compensation for the time that it has taken to get my figurines sent to me, they have my renewal money.

Review: renewed my membership in January of 2013 and was suppose to get a Hummel figurine for joining. I sent them an e-mail on August 1 when I still did not receive it and they responded back that they had production issues and that they were to arrive in July and would be sent out. I still have not received it and now I have tried calling them and the machine list the hours that they are opened but it also is saying they are closed and I can not reach anyone. If you go on Facebook you will we read that there many other customers waiting and can't reach them.Desired Settlement: Would like to get back the $52.50 that was paid to them

Review: I purchased my 2012 Club year MI Hummel membership, for $52.50, which was to include a free club hummel. I was notified that it was late due to a backup in production. I waited and contacted them I was told that the company had just received a group of them in and I would be getting it soon. That was four months ago. I have been trying to reach them and all I get is that the business is closed at the moment. I have called many numbers, with the same result. I have emailed them and received no answer back. I have since received this year request to purchase my club hummel for 2013.Desired Settlement: Either give back my money, give me my hummel, let people know what is going on, and if necessary shut down their site so no one else gets stuck.

Review: I have been a member of the M.I. Hummel Club for over 19 years. On 2/1/2013 I renewed my membership (annual auto renewal is set-up) and was supposed to receive the “Parlor Pal” figurine as part of my membership. I received the attached letter shortly after renewing my membership (end of Feb 2013) stating that "Parlor Pal is currently out of stock. Our factory in [redacted], Germany continues to work very hard to meet the demand…” However, to date I have not heard or received the figurine and when I try to contact them at ###-###-#### or [redacted] during their normal business hours 8:30am - 5:00pm ET Mon-Thu, 8:45am - 4:00pm ET Fri (or anytime for that matter) I get the same message “Our office is currently closed”. Additionally, I have sent them two emails 7/20/2013 and 11/11/2013 requesting an update on the figurine and to cancel my membership. Finally, now when I visit their web site, [redacted]/, I get the following message, “Site - We have temporarily shut down our operations. Check back later.”

My goal is to receive the “Parlor Pal” figurine I paid for with my 2013 membership and cancel membership with them. Unfortunately, I cannot get a hold of anyone to complete this. And since my membership is coming due in the next couple of months, I do not want them to take the dues for 2014.

Please assist me in getting the item I paid for and have been waiting for since February to receive and get my membership cancelled. If you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.Desired Settlement: Deliver “Parlor Pal” figurine and cancel my membership with MI Hummel Club

Review: I renewed my membership at the end of in 2012 and never received my order. I made repeated calls and e-mails and never heard back from the Hummel Club. It wasn't until recently I started receiving e-mails to purchase products. The last communication I had with the club was in Aug 2013 ago saying the figurine would ship around Oct. I charged $52.50 when I placed this order and still have not received anything. My member ship number is [redacted]. [redacted]. [redacted], [redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: It is my understanding that the Hummel Club is closed. Any help you can provide is appreciated.Thanks,[redacted]. [redacted]

Review: I have been a member of the M.I. Hummel Club for 21 years. I had trouble last year receiving my club figurine which costs me 52.50. It took 12 months to receive the figurine. I was told my the representatives from the Hummel company this summer that if I renewed this year, the problems with the factory in Germany were resolved. I renewed my membership in July 2013 paid the 52.50 and have not received the club figurine. The telephone number appears to be disconnected. I have written to the e-mail. I have heard no response back. I would like to have the figurine that I have paid for. If that is not possible of course I would like a refund and an explanation as to this terrible business practice and lack of character of this once beloved company.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or the figurine that I have paid for.promply.

Review: I purchased two Hummel figurines, one each in 2012 and 2013 (June 5, 2013) from the M.I. Hummel Club in Mercerville, NJ. I never received the figurines. On September 9, 2013, I contacted the Club by phone (1-[redacted]) and was told that the 2012 and 2013 figurines have not been sent because the compny in Germany is having financial issues and is restructuring. I was told that the Club in New Jersey would notify me upon disposition of the financial issues. I have not been notified. When I called the Club phone number today, I found that the number is disconnected, searching the Internet, I see that the company's U.S. assets have been or are being liquidated. I have received nothing for the money I sent the Club for 2012 and for 2013.Desired Settlement: Refund of my payments to the Club. I believe it was $35-$45 for each of the two Club years.

Review: As a club member I paid dues for club year #36- 2013. I was to receive a Hummel figurines last February 2013. I received a letter from Hummel Club saying they were out of stock and it would be sent as soon as possible. I called in April, July, and September and was told each time they were still getting them slowly and would receive mine soon. In December 2013 I called again to a recording to call back during business hours. I was. I called four more times and checked their website only to learn they are closed, website is down, and there is no way to reach them. They received my dues and I have not received the Hummel figurine called "Parlor Pal" I have no idea what to do.Desired Settlement: Since I received no word from the Hummel club that they were closing I want a refund of my dues or the figurine promised. Also any credit card information they have should be destroyed. I do not feel they honored members rights and they were irresponsible in their actions

Review: Similar to other complaints regarding a payment last year of $47.25 for membership renewal with a promise to send the figurine "Cuddle Bear" as a gift for renewing the membership. My wife called 9/13/13 to inquire about failure to receive the figurine. She also called several times in December. We tried calling today and attempted to connect to their website, without success. Further searches led us to the Revdex.com where we found out that others had similar issues and that the Hummel Club appears to be no longer in business. We have been members since 1986Desired Settlement: My wife and I would like to receive the figurine that was promised, or receive a full refund of our membership renewal fee, or our fair share of any settlement that is reached through litigation.

Review: Dear Sir:I've been a member of the M.I. Hummel Club for over 20 years. I understand that they closed down for a while and then reopened in the same name, they are the same people. They even told me and wrote to me to tell me that I was not going to get my Parlor Pal and Cuddle Bear Figurines. I got ridded off. I have been waiting for the one since, April 2013. When I told the credit card company they said there was nothing they could do because it was too long ago. They kept telling me the figurines, where coming not to worry. I kept calling them, and they kept saying there coming that they where slow in producing the figurines in Germany, where they get them from. I kept thinking they will still come. Will I was wrong. I get this letter in the mail saying, that they did not produce the figurines and that I would not be getting them or my money back. That's that right. I want my money back or other 2 figurines. They told me on the phone I would not get a refund. I could buy a new figurine for $99.00 and that they would include a free ornament with it and a free figurine, if I order by Thanksgiving. Well I don't want to give them and more money. I want a refund via money or 2 figurines went to me a.s.a.p. I can't believe this company can get away with ripping off people. they are the same company and even have the same records and the same people and the same name. This use to be a collectable product and a reputable company not any more. I want other people to know they are ripping people off for the last 2 years and are getting away with it. They don't even say there sorry. Its like they had no intention of producing these 2 figurines and just pretended to close for a while and then reopened. They would just charge my credit card every year and not even ask first, if they could charge it. Is there anything you can do for me. I feel cheated and have been ripped off. I hope you can get me a refund or 2 figurines to make up for my last. Let me know what you can do.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or 2 figurines as replacement. Since they did not produce the 2 figurines that I paid for.

Review: I have been a member since 4-1990 (24 years). I didn't receive the 2013 hummel figurine. I contacted them by phone at [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] on 6-25th at 10:50am to update my renewal credit card expiration date and was told that the "Parlor Pal" figurine would be shipped the end of July. I was then advised that it was back ordered but would be sent to me. I have tryed to reach them by phone since December of 2013 but there was only a recording giving the hours of operation and the mail box was full. I waited until after the holiday and am now reaching a [redacted] recording that they are unable to complete the call. The $47.25 fee includes the year's figurine which I have never received.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive "Parlor Pal" figurine and cancel my auto renewal membership or have a full refund for the $47.25 and cancel my auto renewal membership. I appreciate the assistance of the Revdex.com.

Review: I have been a member for several years. A few years back I authorized automatic renewal with my credit card. Last year's membership renewal "free gift" never came. When I called Hummel I was told it was backordered. After a year of waiting it is close to renewal time, though I don't know exactly when that date is. I keep checking my credit card bill for a renewal fee, which I will contest. Hummel won't answer their phone or receive messages.Desired Settlement: I would like my figurine I was promised for last year's renewal, and an explanation for the delay. If there is no figurine, I would like to be refunded last year's membership cost. I would like confirmation that my automatic renewal has been discontinued.

Review: For 30 years I have been a member of the club....as a member you receive a limited edition piece for members only...no one answers, you cannot leave a message..about one monrh ago I called and was told that they were having trouble with their manufacturer in Germany and to call back in a couple of weeks...I did...now no one answers or responds to my emails..I have never received my Hummel piece that I was promised with my membershipDesired Settlement: Would like my Hummel piece or refund the money I paid

Review: This is a club I joined and in 2013 my credit card was charged the yearly fee and in return I was to receive the yearly premium of a collectible figurine. It has never been received. I tried to call the phone number I have [redacted]) and get a fast busy. The two websites I have [redacted] can't be brought up on the internet.Desired Settlement: I would either like my premium or a refund.

Review: As part of 2013 club membership, I was to receive the annual club hummel "Parlor Pal". Delivery was not made, due to supply issues. Contacted the club on 9/9/13 via contact link on websit to request status of shipment. No reponse was received. Tried following up today and both the phone number and website are defunct.Desired Settlement: Would like refund equal to value of promised item or substitute of equal or greater value.
