Review: I have been a Hummel Club member for 36yrs never a problem in past.I issued us money order Feb 19/13,cashed promptly Feb28/13 they have never cashed ever until Hummel shipped.I phoned June27/13,spoke with [redacted] she said a production problem and I should rec. Hummel end of July.Tried phoning say opened,voice message comes on,says leave a message,unable as their box is full.I would like my $52.50us dollars returned as I have not received the product.PLEASE HELP, I AM A SINGLE SENIOR ON A FIXED INCOME,COULD CERTAINLY USE THE MONEY AT THIS PRESENT TIME. Review: I have been a member of MI Hummel Club since it's inception in the 1970's (37 years). I have made several calls to [redacted] toll free number and kept getting a recording regarding the hours to call back at that time. Please note that my calls were made during regular business hours. I tried to leave voice mail messages, and the mail box was always full. Last week and again today the toll free number is not working - verizon states to check the number, no such listing. I tried the former location Pennington, NJ telephone number and that is no longer working. I also tried logging onto the website and it it no longer up. I like the other individuals who filed a complaint have paid my dues for the year 2014 (personal check)$52.50, July 22, 2013 which entitled me to a free yearly member hummel, along with membership newsletters and new product information. If the company is in the process of reorganizing, it should notify its members.Desired Settlement: If the company is no longer in business I would like a refund of my check in the full amount of $52.50 for membership year 2014.

Review: MI Hummel Club promised a free Hummel gift called Parlor Pal when the membership was renewed March 2013. As of yet this free gift has not been received. It is not unusual to receive this free gift of membership several months late, so I held off on contacting MI Hummel Club (###-###-####) until 9/3/13. When I called on 9/3/13, I was told that the German company who manufactures the Hummel is going thru a reorganization and that the Trustee appointed has taken over. I was told that there were some figurines being shipped but that the Parlor Pal figurine was on backorder. I was told that they would be filling the oldest orders first. They also said that there would be a letter sent to members informing them of the situation. As of today (12/30/13) I have not received a letter of explanation or the figurine. I have tried several times contacting the club and found that their voice mail box is full and unable to accept messages, even though the outgoing message says that they are open. I have also tried to go to the website that the voice mail and the renewal correspondence directs me to www.MIHummelClub.com AND www.ShopHummel.com - neither site works.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the figurine that was promised or another of the same value.

Review: I RENEWED MY MEMBERSHIP AND RETURN I WAS TO RECEIVE PALOR PAL; HOWEVER, THE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. MEMBERSHIP RENEW 5-3-13. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE [redacted] - STATES OFFICE IS CLOSED AND FAXED LETTER ON 11-12-13 TO [redacted] ON -11-12-13 FOR UPDATE OF ITEM BEING DELIVERED. Review: Renewed subscription to Club on November 9, 2012 ,Check #[redacted] and was promised the figurine Parlor Pal as a gift for renewing. They cashed the check. I waited and called on 2/15/13 and was told the item was on back order and should begin shipments in July. Called again on 5/31/13 and was told still no shipment. Called again on 8/5/13 spoke with rep. named [redacted] and still no shipment and again on 10/15/13. Now it is 2014 and I tried calling and the phone is no longer in service. I paid $52.50 for this and would like to get reimbursed for this. I have a feeling that the business is now out of business. Please advise.Desired Settlement: Reimburse all the members that renewed and did not receive the promised merchandise.
