Review: On March 25, 2013 I renewed my membership and was to receive a Hummel figure called Parlor Pal. I realize that it does take some time to receive a figure, but we are now in January, 2014 and still no figure. I wrote a letter in November, 2013 asking about this since I could not contact anyone by telephone or e-mail. I still have not receive an answer. When you try to use the web site, a message pops up saying there is an error.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my Parlor Pal figure that I was promised when I renew my membership. If not, I would like a refund of the membership fee of $52.50.

Review: For 2012 club year and 2013 club year, paid for membership ($52.50 x 2 )and then suppose to receive the club member hummel figurines for that year, never receive either of the two: Parlor Pal (2012) or Cuddle Bear (2013).Desired Settlement: Would like a refund or the two hummel figurines that were never received.

Review: I have been a member of the MI Hummel Club for over 30 years. Every year when you renew your membership you receive a hummel. Last year, 2012, there was production problems with the renewal hummel in the German plant. At least that is what I was told. The hummels were supposed to finally be shipped this September. I have never received the 2012 membership hummel, nor the 2013 hummel. When I call the club number I always get a recording to call during normal buisness hours even though it is normal buisness hours. I have tried leaving a voice message but get a recording which states that mailbox is full. I have sent them email messages which go unanswered. I would like to know what is going on, and I would like to receive the two hummels that are owed me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the 2 hummels that I was suppose to receive

Review: I have been a Hummel Club member for 23 years. I did not receive my Hummel that I should have received as part of my 2013/14 membership. It was the Parlor Pal figurine.Desired Settlement: I would like my figurine or be refunded my membership for that year which was around $45.00.

Review: I have been a member of the Hummel Club for nearly 20 years. My daughter-in-law pays my membership each year and I receive a figurine as a member of the club. Hummel Club has been problematic since 2009 with slow delivery. Currently my daughter-in-law has paid for 2012 and 2013.

I should receive figurines in December of each year. To date I have not received 2012 OR 2013. I also pay for another daughter-in-law. She finally received the 2012 figurine in August 2013 and has not received the 2013 figurine which should have been sent in September 2013. I have

contacted them almost monthly to question the status of delivery and they have consistently put off a valid answer - always by the end of next month. This has been on-going since 2009. I understand that there have been major changes within the Goebel Company (producer of the Hummel

figurines) who apparently sold the business to another company which is having problems producing the product. I do love the Hummel figurines and feel I have extended courtesy to them as they try to solve problems. Currently my daughter-in-law has paid them $100.00 for 2 years of

membership and I have paid $50.00 for the 2013 membership for my daughter-in-law. In Nov. 2013 they were not answering phone but everything went to voice mail. Could not leave messages because the "mailbox is full". As of this morning when I tried to call again, I tried 5 times over a

2 hour period and consistently got a busy signal. My membership number is: [redacted] and my daughter-in-law's membership number is [redacted]1. The daughter-in-law who pays for my membership is [redacted]. The daughter-in-law that give a membership to is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the 2 figurines that are due me (as Xmas gifts from my daughter--in-law) and for my daughter-in-law (as a birthday gift). If the company is no longer functioning, then they need to refund my daughter-in-law $100.00 and me $50.00.

Obviously, my first preference (and my daughter-in-law as well) is to receive the figurines as we are both quite fond of them and have collected them for years.

Review: I've been a member of the M.I. Hummel Club for 27 years. In 2013, I purchased the annual figurine the club produces. For the first time, I never received the figurine. I've tried calling the 800 number but there is no response. My charge card was billed for the item which I never received. My club number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the hummel for that year or have my money refunded.

Review: I am a member of the M.J Hummel club. Every year each member has the option to pay for a Hummel club figurine for that year. In 2013 47.25$ was taken from my bank account for this figurine and I still have not received it. I have called the help line many times and have not received any answers as to where this figurine is and when I should expect to be getting it. Now the club member hotline has a answering service saying they are closed during business hours and the club member website is down.Desired Settlement: I would like the figurine I ordered to be delivered. If this is not possible I would like a refund of my money and a letter explaining why the figurine could not be delivered.

Review: I have been a member of the MI Hummel Club for over 22 years. Every year they automatically renew my membership #[redacted] and send a renewal figurine. My fee has been paid since March, 2013 and have yet to receive the figurine but was charged $45 on my Discover Card. I have called them several times ###-###-#### and keep getting a recorded message. Also, on their Facebook page, it appears no one has received their figurine and no one will answer the phone. I believe this business has shut down and am out the money. Please look into this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on my Discover Card or send the figurine, either one.

Review: For two years in a row I have not received the expected Hummel upon paying annual dues to club. The first year it took several months to get the Hummel and after many phone calls I finally did receive it. This year the same thing happened. I have two memberships. One was due in March (9 months ago) and the other in May (7 months ago). And during those times I should have received the Hummels. I paid membership for both and still have not received either. I have called several times and they would say that they were 'back ordered'. The last time I called they said the company was behind and they were expecting the Hummels in the next month - this was before Christmas. It is a shame cause one membership is for my granddaughter. When asked how long I would do this for her I responded, "until I'm not around anymore." Well, I guess the Hummel Club beat me to 'not being around anymore.'Desired Settlement: I would like both of the Hummels or the price of the two memberships refunded.

Review: I renewed my membership to the M.I. Hummel Club in June, 2013. The cost was $47.25 charged to my credit card. In return I was supposed to received quarterly newsletters and a Hummel "Parlor Pal." I never received the figurine after their indicating there was a delay in production of the figurine. Also, I only received two of the newsletters. I have heard nothing from them since and their website and phone number are no longer working. There is no way to reach them. I'd like to know what is going on as I have been a member of the Club since April, 1977 -- 36 years -- and have never had a problem before. Thank youy for your assistance.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund in the amount of $47.25

Review: On 10/1/2012 sent a check for $52.50 to the M.I. Hummel Club for renewal of my annual membership. The check was cashed 10/11/2012. Having been a member of this club for over 20 years and never having had a problem I followed the same method of renewal that I followed every year previous. Membership in the club includes a catalog, membership card and a specific figurine. The 2013 figuring is called "Parlor Pal". I received a letter stating that this figurine was out of stock. In January I called and was told that they were on back order and didn't know when they would be in. In April when I called I was told the same. In July they stated that the figurine would be sent from Germany in late July and I would receive it in September. When I called in September they told me they I shouldn't renew my membership for 2014 until I get my 2013 figurine. Now their phone number has stopped working and I am out my $52.50 with no figurine. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $52.50 back from them or the "Parlor Pal" figurine that was promised with membership.

Review: My mother ordered and paid for, in June, 2013, for her Annual Subscription Renewal in the Hummel Club. $52.50.Based on the order form she would receive a Hummel statue from the club (named Cuddle Bear) upon renewal. She never received the item. She recieved an undated letter from the Club stating production difficulties, stating that her Cuddle Bear Statue will be ready to ship to her Fall, 2013. She contacted the company on Oct. 10th, 2013, spoke with [redacted] informed her that her statue would be shipping to her "later this fall" 2013.She tried to contact the company in December, 2013, the number has been disconnected.I, today, January 13, 2014 tried to look the company up on the web, and found their website is no longer operational. Her check/payment has been cashed, but she has never received her statue. She would like a refund!Desired Settlement: We would like a refund of $52.50 from the company.

Review: I paid my yearly membership Fee of $55 in MI Hummel Club. I never received my renewal Hummel and just found out today that the MI Hummel Club is insolvent and I was never notified. What happened to my membership payment that was cashed I was ripped off and need guidance how to get my money back. Please advise. Thanks. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full Refund of my Club Dues. $55

Review: Every year I receive a hummel figurine with a paid membership to the club. In 2013 the figurine was not sent. I called the company numerous times and their response was they were having production problems and the product would be shipped later in the year. During the summer of 2013 the quarterly magazine came out with a notice that they were having problems with production and the figurine would be delayed. I forgot about it over the holidays and I have tried calling the company and receive no answer at any of their listed numbers. It also appears that they no longer have a website.Desired Settlement: I feel that the company should send a comparable figurine for the one that was supposed to be sent with your membership for 2013.

Review: I paid my membership dues on June 28 2013 ($52.50). I was to recieve a Hummel figurine. One correspondence informed me that shipping would be delayed, but delivery was promised for the fall. Fall came and went but still no figurine. All of my attempts to communicate with the Club were fruitless. I made repeated phone calls and even wrote a letter asking for an explanation. There were no resoonses. I would like to have either my figurine or my $52.50.Desired Settlement: I want either my money back or the figurine

Review: The M I Hummel club stopped responding to calls. I never received my club Hummel figurine for 2013. I cannot reach them. It appears they went out of business, but no attempt was made to let members know. I am very disappointed I did not receive my 2013 club Hummel as that is the primary reason I joined the club in 1991.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: My membership in the M.I. Hummel Club was automatically renewed in March 2013. The money was drafted from my account and I was to receive the annual membership piece. To date, I have received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the membership piece that was promised, however, in the event that cannot happen, I would like my renewal fee returned to me.

Review: I am a 18 year member of this club, for 2013, my membership fee's were deducted, however I never received the free figurine. I called the club in July of 2013, and was told that the figurine was shipping from Germany, and they were currently filling orders for memberships from AUGUST, AND MY MEMBERSHIP WAS FOR Feb, so I would

Not receive mine for awhile. Since I had not heard anything further, I tried calling again, to find the number no longer in service. Checking the website, I find the club shut down, and many Revdex.com complaints.Desired Settlement: Refund fee or figurine that was promised

Review: I sent in the fee to renew my annual membership for 2013 to the MI Hummel Club on 3 December 2012. After a few months wait I still had not received the Hummel figurine "Parlor Pal" (promised as part of the renewal agreement). I was not worried as the previous year's Hummel figurine was also delayed. Much like the previous year, I received a letter stating that my membership was renewed and that "Parlor Pal" was on back order. After waiting another six months I finally called them on 27 November and got no answer. I tried again on 12 December 2013 with the same results. I have attempted to access their websites (www.mihummelclub.com and www.shophummel.com with no results (they don't work.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either my membership fee for 2013 returned, the promised figurine, or one of comparable value.

Review: Been a member of the Hummel Club since 1986. Every year they debt my credit card to extend my membership. As part of the renewal they send you a free Hummel and Exclusive Club Magazines. This years free piece was Hummel Figurine - Parlor Pal. My credit card was charged on April 3, 2013 for renewal, a charge of $47.25. I have never received my figurine. The last magazine I received was Summer 2013. In that issue [redacted] the President (?) of the company apologized for the delay in production and assured club members that the Hummel will soon be on its way and this is a matter of importance to them. He also noted his determination to improve scheduling next year. Over the years the shipment of the free Hummel has been delay. Last year it was over four months after the payment was taken. Typical excuse, product production delays. Contacted the company in late April or early May and got the same delay response. Several months later the reason was inventory shipments are being held up due to receivership but should be sent out shortly. A little different excuse than the magazine comments. Every month, we were told it should be sent out shortly. Last contact was in November and again told any day now. In December they stop taking calls and the website was down.Desired Settlement: Preference is to get my Hummel or any other Hummel of my choice. if not then a refund. I would also like be noted as a purchase money lien-holder if this goes to litigation.
