Review: am amember of their club (appx. 45.00 a year0 have not received last years hummel which you receive upon renewal of membership. have called repeatedlly over last 10 months . reply is they are on there way. now the last 2 to 3 months I cant get through and that portion of their web is down.Desired Settlement: contact me with explanation of intent otherwise I need to get last years charges refunded . would really rather have the hummel.

Review: I paid for membership and with membership I was to receive a annual Hummel statue. I called them several times and was told I would receive it next month I called for 6 months and was told the same story. Finally the phone was disconnected . I was a member for 15years My membership number is [redacted]. I paid over $50..00 for this membership. They sent me a renewal for 2014 but I told them not till you fulfill your 2013 obligation . I have not been able to reach them [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund or Hummel that I was entitled to

Review: I have belonged to this club for several years. Each year my membership is renewed automatically. They are also suppose to send me a member only gift. I have not received this gift for the last 2 years. I have been trying to contact they to cancel my membership and all phone numbers I have called are no longer in service. I no longer want to be a club member but can not contact them to stop my renewal. Your help in this is greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the gift from last year and get my membership cancelled as well as a refund for this year.

Review: I paid my annual dues in April and was supposed to receive the figurine "Parlor Pal". I never received it, and have never heard from them. I tried phoning the company numerous times. Was told to leave a message, but was told message board was full. Tried o email them, but emails were not being accepted.Desired Settlement: To fulfill their obligation by sending the figurine I am entitled to.

Review: I renewed my membership on 1-6-2013 by sending a check for $52.50, which included a free HUMMEL figurine. The figurine was estimated to be shipped within 8 weeks. I did NOT receive this figurine or an email to acknowledge my membership renewal.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive this free Hummel and acknowledge of membership renewal or full refund.

Review: I have been part of this MI Hummel Club for many years. As usual I sent my renewal $ in MAY, as did my mother as well. The club stated there was "production " issues and would send the stated Hummel "Cuddle Bear" asap. After many unanswered calls, emails I did not receive my money back or the product. looks to me that the MI Hummel Club is out of business. The message on their phones state "they cannot take the call now...and the call can not be completed " according to info on the web...this business is not at their stated address. The building is empty.

What can I do regarding a refund????? or is there a "senior" MI Hummel Club that can help?Desired Settlement: a refund, or the product. Perhaps the name of another senior business that can help! Thank you

Review: My 85 year old mother sent a check for MI Hummel's annual figurine. In this case it is called "Cuddle Boy"

Her check for $52.50 was written and sent on 10-7-13 and after being received it was cashed.

Later we received a letter regarding M.I.Hummel Company ** Office Status saying all checks received after Oct 22 2013 were put on hold and not cashed.

Our check was received and processed. We did not receive Cuddle Boy.

I do not understand their website...as it is written in German and not in plain English that I can understandDesired Settlement: We would like a refund of mom's $52.50.

Review: I renewed my annual membership and those memberships of my 3 daughters in 2012, for the 2013 membership year. When renewing memberships, we were supposed to receive a Hummel Figurine for the annual renewel. And have not received the figurines yet. Several months ago, I called the club and was told that the figurines were on back order. It has been over a year and I can not get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue. I paid good money for the membership dues and expected to receive the figurines promised.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Orders or reimbursement of all membership dues for the year 2013, for Me and my 3 daughters.

Review: Paid annual fee of $47.25 thru my credit card, never received my item. I called 8-28-13 and was told it would be coming. Continued to call each month thereafter and got the same reply "it was coming" I never received my membership renewal hummel for Club year 36, but they took my money. I continued to call, but on 11-1-13 they said they were closed. I never received my Hummel figurine and never got my money back. In good faith, I have paid year renewal to the club and they just took our money and left us hanging, with no resources to contact what-so-ever. I want my money back. I know this is a small item to complain about, but it is the principle of what is right and what is wrong, and they were wrong to just take our money

and shut the doors without refunding the money

Review: In 8/30/12 purchased 2 memberships and to date have not been able to have the Hummels mailed to the parties. They keep saying they are back ordered. Requested my money back two weeks ago and they still have not processed my request. They now do not respond to e-mails. My daughter, [redacted], is handling this claim for me as I do not have internet access. I have made numerous calls to them during the past year and they always say they are still being manufactured, however, I received my hummel, but my daughter and sister-in-law have not. Additional dates I complained: 6/12/13, 8/20/13, 9/16/13Desired Settlement: I want to have my money refunded as they said they would in an e-mail dated 10/17/13. The amount owed to me is $105.00.

Review: On 6/01/13 I ordered & paid for membership which would have included a figurine to be sent to me. A check in the amount of $52.50 was sent at that time and has been cashed by Hummel. As of today's date I have not received the figurine and have been unable to contact them since the phone number has been disconnected. Any assistance you may give me regarding this will be sincerely appreciated.Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund of $52.50 or the Cuddle Bear figurine that was promised to me.

Review: Sent in my MI Hummel Club renewal on August 22, 2012. Check was cashed. Still to this date of January 16, 2014, I have not received my Membership Renewal Figurine. Contacted the company many times:

10/17/12 -told the figurine was on back order and to call back middle of Nov.

11/28/12 -told still on back order and will send an "artwork print in the mail"

12/28/12- Still on back order, expecting shipment in Jan 2013 and those will go to fill July's renewal backorders -again offered free artwork - I declined

1/31/13- Do not have a date yet, still awaiting shipments

4/18/13 - told by [redacted] email went out (never rec'd) just last week they got notification from Germany that the shipment is coming "Had production problems" All Set Now.

7/15/13 -Shipments have come in and gone out. My renewal was at end of August so it should be in next shipment that comes in.

8/6/13 -told Mid September, now

9/11/13 -Told by [redacted] - Applied for and waiting for a Trustee to be appointed to members, waiting to hear from this person. [redacted] says she thinks the figurines are already made & are in Germany waiting to be shipped. Some were shipped to members already, those who's renewals were up in June, July and early August.

And I have called many other times but didn't record the conversations because it's the same story over and over they've given me as to why the August 2012 renewal figurine never arrived to me.Desired Settlement: I would still like my 2012 MI Hummel Club renewal Figurine and an apology from the Club.

Review: Automatic membership in the club year 36 was billed on my [redacted] card for the figurine Parlor Pal and the item was never received. Upon contacting them, they said they were being delayed. Spoke as late as September of 2013 and said it soon would be coming. Now their phone are closed and website non functioning. Billed for $50. never received HELPDesired Settlement: Would like the figurine as stated or suitable replacement. If not, money back please!

Review: The Hummel Club did not send me the free Hummel figurine last year that I was supposed to get with membership. I called them several times & was told I would get it. Review: Payment of $52.50 was made for the September 2012 club year. The hummel figurine promised was never received. I made several calls, the last one being June 18, 2013 and was told the figurine would be shipped the end of July. Since then I have not been able to contact them by phone, mail or email.Desired Settlement: Either a refund or a replacement.

Review: I ordered three memberships for my granddaughters for a Hummel in 2012. I have been a member for 20 years. Last year, 2012, MI Hummel company deducted money from my charge card for three memberships and have never delivered the merchandise. I did contact the company and spoke with someone. That person told me that they were on back order and that they should get a shipment in in October and can fill all of the back orders. It is November now, and they are sending mail out for a new membership for 2014 and want to deduct money again for the next year, when they never fulfilled last year's order. I still have not received the Hummels from last year. I would either like the merchandise delivered immediately, or I would like a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like the merchandise delivered--- immediately.

Review: I have been a member of the M I Hummel club for 17 years and they have always lived up to their promise that if you renew your membership a gift is provided. Last year I was promised PARLOR PAL. I have never received this gift even though I paid my membership dues of $47.25. I have called repeatedly and told it was on back order. Well, when I call now there is only a recorded message giving the hours to call. No one ever answers. I tried leaving a message but their mailbox is full. I have sent 2 emails and have received no response. So far they have not charged membership dues for the upcoming year. My member number is [redacted]. Are they having financial difficulty or have they gone out of business without filling my last years order. Please reply. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Get last years PARLOR PAL order fulfilled.
