This is to reiterate the issueLast year around May 2015, (I don't remember the exact date) I started
to receive [redacted] magazine that I never orderedI think this is a bonus
gift when I ordered some items from [redacted]If [redacted] is offering a free gift
they should let the customer know so there are no surprisesSince I never
subscribed, I want to cancel the subscriptionI tried to call the ** customer
service several times and since it's automated no human being to talk to
regarding the issueFinally, when I got someone, I was told to call Mand as
expected nobody answered the phone, it's also automatedThe recording says to
go to [redacted] to cancel the subscription, but it did not workI
looked at their website to see if there are other instructions for cancellation and found itTo cancel the subscription is by writing to MMedia
Group which I did. I requested Mto cancel my subscription that I
never subscribedPer the response of Revdex.com dated January 14, my request will be cancelledI hope I will never receive more copies
of SI or any magazine in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:  They do not state they will refund the amount they have charged on my credit card.  Nor do they state why they did not respond to any of my requests.  I do accept their cancellation of all magazine subscriptions, but I also want to know that they will refund the amounts currently put on my credit card.  It would be really nice if they would respond to their customers since it is on on-line business.

I am rejecting this response because: The company has not resolved or honored their own cancellation instructions. The web URL "[redacted]" does not work from [redacted], does not work from [redacted], does not work from the new [redacted] browser, and does not work from [redacted]. It is a NON-FUNCTIONING WEB ADDRESS. The correct address, as I stated before is HTTP and NOT HTTPS. This is not the first time I have cancelled unwanted subscriptions from this company - and not the first time having problems doing so. The company's failure to correct this problem - and giving the public incorrect instructions on how to cancel their services shows the POOREST of customer service.  Their response stating they have investigated the problems shows their utter lack of care - as they obviously have not checked into the problem at all. Revdex.com can verify my statements by attempting to visit [redacted]I maintain my position that this company should be rated "F" by the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:I was informed the only way I could obtain a refund from your supervisors and customer service representatives (###-###-####) was a check from your accounting department.The gift card refund should have been made the first time via Barnes and Noble.  A refund via a gift card should have been made when I first requested a refund in June 2015.  I don't want to go around in circles again chasing my refund that should have been made.  I need a solution to my problem not another delay.    I called [redacted] and was informed to contact your company for a refund.      I am tired of the constant delays.I have been making phone calls for months in order to obtain this refund plus another one from your company.          I am requesting a refund via a check per conversations with your own supervisors and customer service representatives.  I've been waiting for your accounting department to process my refund check.I want my refund.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:
I started a subscription in November 2014.  The one year renewal applied in July 2015, BEFORE my one year subscription already paid for was up.  I called regarding this in August 2015. My one year subscription would not be up until my issue ONE YEAR LATER on October 2015.  I never finished my INITIAL subscription. I should not be charged a prorated fee for a renewal if I never even received all of my subscriptions from my initial subscription.
