Bad body repair work I took my car for collision repair on my back bumper due to an auto accident from someone hitting from behindOn June 20th Drop off my carThe back bumper they told me was fix and ready to be picked up on June 27th When I picked my car up and got back to work I notice it was not the right bumperCalled them, they said bring it back we don't know how we missed thatI took it back to them and now no only is the bumper not secured properly I notice t has a small dent in it

All employees were questioned regarding this incident and all had noted the crack was present at the time the trailer was dropped off at the facilityMaaco of Modesto takes such incidences very seriously in an attempt to maintain good customer relations and gladly replace any and all parts damaged at our facility within reasonMaaco of Modesto employees have always reported such incidents to managementThus, we have no reason to believe the damage was done here and deny any and all allegations of wrongdoingWe regret any ill will Ms [redacted] may harbor but Maaco of Modesto should not be responsible for damage that was not done at our facility

I have a paint warranty on my car, my car needed repainting from the horrendous job they originally didThey gave me *** saying that because the guy didnt work there they wouldn't hold my paint guarentee but they would work with me and we would figure it out and it would be okaySo I took it in a few months ago and they said no problem just drop it off before it expiresSo I dropped it off last week I get called to pick it up and it was ready,I pick it up today 8/22/and they didnt paint anything but a few touch ups and it still looks horribleHow can you paint a surface when it isnt clean! My car was filthy, I walked in not to argue asked for my keys and told them I was making a reportI get into my car SRT8,its Unlocked,2.sunroof was open,3.some gangster was obviously in it as the seat was so far back I was laying down and couldn't touch my petals,miles was put on my car,The AC was blasting ( and with my car I can't run the AC because it will run hot due to the **

they lied in the contract.2.promised the csr in weeks and I still don't have it,
I have the following complaints with this business
They lied in the contract
They promised the car to me in daysIt is now weeks late and I still do not have the car
They oversprayed onto my lights in the front and the rear and they have not removed the overspray
They promised to remove the tint from the rear windowWhen I went to pick up the car the tint was still there
They promised me transportation to and from the location and to the bank to pick car and lied,

We have spoken with Certioort and confirmed that due to the expired re-take voucher Wise Guys PC was unable to provide the exam for Ms***Certiport has informed Ms*** that they are unable to re-issue the expired voucher and that she is more than welcome to file a grievance with
their companyWise Guys PC is unable to get a re-take voucher issued as we are only a testing center and followed Certiport's rules for attempting to test Ms***

When Mr *** came by for an estimate, I was understanding that he was a reseller and after inspecting the car, I prepared an estimate based on our reseller / wholesale pricing which did not include a warranty. As he was dropping off the car he inquired about a warranty
and I indicated that we priced a wholesale service that did not include a warranty but that we could upgrade it to a service that did have a warranty for a charge. He initially declined the upgrade but later changed his mind and agreed to the warranted service. The work order that he signed authorizing the work included both the wording and pricing reflected the year warranty service. The customer was given a copy of the earlier estimate that did not include the warranty before he decided to upgrade. He might be referring to that earlier estimate in his initial concerns. We have emailed him a copy of the estimate that he agreed to that shows the price of the upgraded service that he paid for. It also clearly states that what he purchased does indeed come with a yr warranty. We will honor our signed agreement and stand behind the warranty that he purchased. Mr *** has documents that reflect the exact service he agreed to and was charged for including the year warranty in writing. We apologize for any misunderstandings or communication challenges and trust that the provided written copies of his repair order will clarify what services were performed and the price paid of these services Regards, Mike P*** Tell us why here

The customer brough their car to use for partial repair of their car including refinishing the right door, fender and quarer panel He declined repairs to the rocker and rear bumper Upon pick up, he noted a run on the door and had issues that he had previously declined and
were out of the scope of our work We agreed to fix the run immediately and he asked for free paint to take care of the rocker and rear bumper that he had previously declined to have refinished and we agreed While waiting for the the run to be fixed, the customer became hostile with our team and made deragatory and threading comments We halted any actions following his actions The conversation continued to escalate and we asked the customer to leave We stand behind our work and was in the process of resolving the issues that was covered in his repair, when the customer became irate and confrontational We apologize for any part we may have had in the conversation esclalating The customer did not allow us, though their actions to resolve the run and has subsequently accused us of failing to do work that he declined and was outside the scope of our contracted services We strive to provide great service and to give our customers choices as to what we repair for them We were in the process of doing just that, when actions were taken that threatened our team and were prohibited for proceeding further

paint is bad and after inspection, Maaco decided that it is our problem, on the first month, we will repaint the vehicle at no cost to the customerOn the to months customer will pay 50% of the cost of repaint the vehicleOn the month to the months, customer will pay 75% of the cost of reparint the vehicle
Two weeks ago, the customer brought the vehicle back and showed me that the car was not shine anymoreI inspected the vehicle and said that the reason this car is not shine anymore because of the customer did not take good care of the carI asked him if he had waxed the carHe said that he does not wax the car
By inspecting the vehicle, I saw hard water spots all over the cari asked him if I can demonstrate to him that waxing his car can bring the shine backHe agreed and allowed me to demonstrateWe both agreed that the roof was the worse areaWe both agreed that if we can make the roof shine again, the rest of the car should be much easierSo spray a little bit of the CARNAUBA CLEANER WAX on the left front corner of the roofI then wiped it down with a Mircorfiber towelThe shine appears immediatelyThe customer's response was " Dxxx it, I cannot make you to repaint my car I hope that you cannot make my car shine again, you then had to repaint my car." Both the customer and I agreed that the shine came back right after I waxed the left front roofHe left the shop and promised me to purchase a bottle of the wax and wax his entire car
I do not see any part of this could be our paint issueThe customer has to take care his own carEven a new car was bought and warranty was given, the customer has to maintain the car accordingly by periodically oil change, belt change and etcOtherwise, the car will go bad as well
Conclusion:
If the customer wanted us to repaint his car under warranty, the price will be the current price which will be $with 50% the total price is $+tax

Any of you are welcome to observe the car at my addressI went there times for a resolution and get ZERO resultsI believe I did my part and I did NOT ask for a freee repaint, but for a fair resolutionMaybe a partial repaint would've been the best with me and them absorbing the cost, as the paint started failing after years on a year warranty

He's stretching the truthHe waxed a small portion on the left of the trunk and it shone for days and then returned whiteYou are more than welcome to review what the car looks like, at my drivewayAt NO TIME, did he offer to repaint the vehicle, even at a reduced costSo, I don't know where all this came fromIn any case, I would NOT deal with this shop anymore, but will be glad to go to another MAACO shop, for resolutionI WILL NOT be available for resolution for a couple of months, as I have family matters to care forAgain, my vehicle is 1/o.k., it's just the other 2/, that turned dull/whiteI know I won't get any resolution on this, but maybe it will help someone else, to avoid this same circumstanceIf the Revdex.com would like, I would show my vehicle to an independent evaluator for any and all required tests

believed that when he deleted the estimate line for painting the tailgate jam saying "he would do it himself" he realized that painting everything inside of the tailgate would be his responsibilityHe apparently thought the tailgate inside panel would be included in the exterior paint job even though the contract he signed specifically states that our paint service is for the exterior only unless specifically itemized on the repair order which it was not. Awesome! I brought my car to the Chelton location to have it paintedIt had alot of rust and chipped paintIt's a Ford MustangThe staff was very professional*** kept in touch with me through the whole process and even sent me pictures as they progressedMy car looks brand new! It's beautiful again! I am ecstatic! I would recommend this business to anyone wanting a professional quality paint service!
