there are way too many in discrepancies in this post from maad city the timeline off the conversations they are stating took place are off my father was told we be contacted within a day we were contacted until I contacted the Revdex.com they need to fix this or I will take them to court I also noticed I didn't mention anything in regards to my 0% APR that I was lied to about I love how they are twisting things of course I say that was sarcasm so unless I receive a significant discount quickly I will be taking him to court

We stand behind our product and installation with a double life time warranty If the customer has a question or concern he is able to contact our office for a service tech to come out and address what his concerns are for any issue he feels may be broken or not working properly

Mad City has been able to make contact and we have our field manager scheduled to go out on 3-13-to go over the concerns with the customer and address the sizing of the window

Currently Mad City Windows has performed all necessary service for the customer in questionWe stand behind our windows and will continue to provide any service work the customer needs through the double lifetime warranty that is provided with their window contract

With regard to the actual written proposal this is generally something that is left behind at the estimate appointmentSometimes there can be extenuating circumstances in which this isn't done but that is very rareWe visit with more homeowners and complete more jobs than any company in the State of Wisconsin so occasionally there may be some miscommunication and for that we apologizeWe will check into the situation and find out what the issue was with the way the process played out. Mad city is in the process of fixing a manufacturer defect on the patio door for this customerWe have ordered a new frame and expect it in shortly at which point we will call the customer to set a time for the repair

To Whom It May Concern; We have no ability whatsoever to do anything with regard to removing credit inquiresThis is something that the customer would have to speak with the lender about doing if this is even possibleWe have never heard of a customer stating this before from a representative from thousands of customers that utilize the various financing optionsWe have no record of this ever being mentioned by anyone previously regarding a soft or hard pullIn regard to the gift card this has been issued to the customer. complete as of last Saturday 1/24/15; however, we have not received
confirmation in writing that we got $off the purchase price from Mad City
Windows or the finance company. Our statement from the finance
company has not shown us a discount off the original purchase
price. Nor have we received out $60 Visa card. We also requested an additional $off the
bill due to the multiple times we've had to take off work to
meet up with them to resolve this issue over the past two and a half
monthsIt was at least days between my husband and me that we had to
stay home and wait for them.Regarding
their statement, “It appears as though
this was file with the Revdex.com shortly before they made first contact with Mad City." which is
completely untrue, this really shows their poor business ethics
We made contact with them a dozen times over a two month period before we
resorted to contacting the Revdex.com. We
will never do business with this company again.

Mad City has contacted the customer to address this situationWe do not have any record of the customer calling since 6/19/We have scheduled a manager to inspect the windows on December 21st and have made sure the customer has a proper phone number to contact us in the future

Mad City is currently trying to contact this customer per their request to our service manager on 2-24-Our field manager will continue to make contact to resolve the complaint

Mad City has been in contact with this customer and has again offered full screens as our windows can not be made with locking screensWe have also offered new glass with grids inside to match the rest of the homeThe customer has responded that she would like the full screens and has asked that
we contact her before ordering themWe called and left a message for the customer on 9-15-per this request and are waiting to hear back

*** *** My view of the matter is that Mad City is full of itNothing like what they claim ever happened in regards to the dogs, nor were any guns displayed, at any timeOur daughter lives here with us, and she can attest to this factThe windows and doors are not custom, can be used on another house, and Mad City can return all monies to *** ***, as it is not our fault they have salespeople who can't fill out paperworkNot to mention the high pressure sales tactics usedThis whole mess could have been averted if they had simply cancelled the order the first time my husband called them, instead of pressuring him into keeping SOME of the orderStill, after THAT point, there was still time to cancel, as I'm quite sure nothing was being "custom" made, anywhereI don't understand why they are lying about the day the installers were here, as my daughter was witness to the entire sceneNo gun, no threat from our dogsThey talked about the order being wrong, and trout fishingThis sounds like a desperate bid to push us into taking the wrong productTheir salesman was wrong, and they won't own up to it

Mad city has set a service appointment with the customer for 10-for our field manager to inspect the windowIn regard to the dollar vs dollar discount, multiple offers cannot be applied to the same project and there are minimum purchase amounts but we may consider a service oriented
discount if we find it justified during service inspection

To Whom It May Concern,This is in response to the complaint filed by Mr*** *** that was recently filedFirstly in regards to the complaint on the fuel savings aspect of our products; typically if we receive a feedback from a customer regarding this we ask that they submit their previous
months utility bills prior to installing the product as well as the months following the installation of the productThis appears to have been reviewed by our installation manager at the time *** *** based on the notes in our systemThe fuel savings pledge would refund the difference up to $for the months following the installationWe are happy to re-review this if the customer provides this documentation and issue this to themThe vast majority of our customer feedback does in fact report back a significant improvement in their utility costs and in some cases there are extenuating circumstances in the homeWe would need to come out to look at the windows to make a determination in this regard.With regards to the condensation on the windows with our windows we do on average see a significant improvement in this with the vast majority of customer with the technology of our windowsAll statements made regarding this come directly from our manufacturer themselves and have certain criteria for thisIn some cases however if there are heavier than humidity levels in the home or certain types of blinds/curtains not allowing the windows to breathe you can still have condensation forming on the windowsAgain we are more than happy to send our service tech back to review this and see what can be done to remedy this. Finally in regards to heat lamp test, this is something again that comes directly from the manufacturer with our product samples we show in the homeThe glass that is demonstrated in our sample kits is the same exact glass that we have in the windows that are installed; these are one in the sameAgain with this we'd be more than happy to demonstrate this via comparing a glass sample from our kits with one of the windows that were installed and it would show the exact same outcome. Overall we are more than happy to come out and service any issues with the windows and stand behind our product and warrantyHowever we are not going to refund the job simply based on a perception of paying too much money for the windowsWe are right in line and sometimes less than the majority of similar competitors in our market areaWe will attempt to give the ***'s a call or e-mail to set up a service time to evaluate the windows and remedy the problems that existWe have had no correspondence from this customer since February of 2014, we left several messages with them to call us back with no responseHad they called us back directly vsgoing to the Revdex.com we would have gladly serviced them.Regards,*** ***Mad City Windows
