Mad city has been working with this customer to complete their siding job. The job has been going slow for the most part due to delays of answering the customers questions or stopping progress to look at items the customer wants to show us or have us do such as hanging a decoration on the wall for...

them. Progress also and halted to install ground breaker that the customer asked us to add which was done at our cost. The customer has not been charged for this cost of the ground breaker as of yet . The crew is our smallest crew of two men as the customer insisted on only our best quality. It is always our intention to put out only the best quality work however in this scenario we are having to put a level on every piece of siding to show the customer that we are running true. For the past week we have now been able to make a fair amount of progress on the job as the crew has been able to keep going without interruption. It is Mad City's intent to work out a form of compensation with this customer in the end after we can assure that they are satisfied with the work done.

Would like the windows that we purchased to be replaced with the kind we were promised, as we are still waiting back to hear what they are going to do to fix the issue.

As of 2-11-14 Mad City has resolved the concerns of this customer. We have at this point addressed all air infiltration and weather strip issues. given the customer a $1,500 dollar discount. A check is being sent back to the customer and they have been informed they should see this in the mail in the next week or two. The customer is aware that they can call Mad City at any time for future concerns.

Mad City has agreed to refund Mr. [redacted]'s down payment of 1000 and terminate the contract. Mad City if requesting that this complaint be completely withdrawn and stricken from the companies record.

The response sent by Mid City Roofing, was false in saying that I was satisfied after installation, especially since I was at work until after 6pm. Also, the company did not say whether or not they would attempt to charge me for the correction in that last statement. Since our last correspondence through Revdex.com, the company did call at around 8AM, this morning, July 5th, stating there will be no additional charges and the labor will be completed once the correct items arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Alan H[redacted]  The shower job itself is done, but there was drywall damage, that has yet to be repaired. Called on Nov. 2,2016 to find out about getting this repaired, and have yet to hear from the man doing the work. So as far as their Oct. 19,2016 claim of being done, that is incorrect.

Mad City is currently working with the customer on the resolution to address their concerns. Parts are on order and when they arrive a game plan will be put into place to handle each issue.

Spoke with the customer and, made an arrangement. He is now ok with going forward with the contract and install.

We will contract you for the third screen and we will address any issues that our windows could possibly have as far as insects go. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, At the time of contact at mall in Madison, sales rep stated Gift coupon will be given at time of completed estimate(have hand written note in my possession stating that). Sales rep who come to house stated he forgot it at office, then I called him two weeks later and he stated   will send in mail. Never sent till contacting your office. Once received, 3/4 quarters of businesses are out of business listed on card. The other 1/4  quarter have some type of restriction on them where I have to spend money to use or will not honor at all. You talk about a scam.

We did order the original windows as double pane and, accepted the mistake as human error and, ordered all new glass to replace with triple pane. once we received the sashes we contacted the customer to have them installed which we had some difficulties reaching each other. upon...

installing we were notified that there was a smudge in the inside pane of the glass which could not be removed. We ordered a new sash for the large picture window which the manufacture accidently went off the original order of the double pane windows and sent us double pane. Although this is a manufacture issue we do understand the customers dis satisfaction. We do have a new sash on order that was stressed to be triple pane and, to have it rushed as soon as possible.
