I am rejecting this response because: I have heard this same response from Main Street Renewal several times
before and the problem still existThe last time I called in to speak to a representative about this issue and why it hasn't been resolved yet, she specifically said that she had escalated the priority to emergency status and someone would be in contact to fix the issue within hoursThat was last wednesday, I still haven't heard a word from themMy wife spoke to them about a week before that and they told her the exact same thing and we were never contacted.

Received Revdex.com complaint today, notified VP of Support, they are aware of the issue and will be working with resident directly to resolve the resident's dispute

after moving was charged for things wrong in the house that was on my walk through report talk to home office was never resolved now on credit report

We have reached out to *** *** and are working with her to resolve the issues

We have received notification of the issueThe details have been submitted to our Resident Services Team and the customer will be contacted within business

We acknowledge the resident's rejection and ensure the resident will be contacted within hours to resolve the issue

I waited until COB central time and called her; she did not call meI got no answerI sent an email the next morning stating she can contact me any timeNo responseI called twice more, left a message and still have got no response. This company has withheld over $from me without proof of their "one-sided" claimsThey have maliciously and repeatedly promised to contact me, only to fail to do soI do not know what else to doIf you have any suggestions as a member of the Revdex.com, I would be so appreciativeMy lawsuit is dependent upon getting all information, including the photos they claim to have that show damage caused by meThis has gone on far too longSorry for my repeated emails, but I am furious
