Our escalation team have spoken with the consumer along with our branch about the applicationThe application has not been submitted and we are not going to charge the cardThe consumer has confirmed that the charges have not been assessed and per leasing manager they will not process the

In all the years of renting and owning homes we have never had such blatant disrespect as a customer weeks for an oven to be delivered (still hasn't been), closed work orders before work was completed and the customer service operators for the Dallas, TX office treat you like you are inconveniencing them when you request a work order or have questions about a work order

Our Resident Support team has contacted the Resident and communicated a resolution in regards to the disputed charges, however no additional refunds will be issued at this time

I am rejecting this response because: We haven't come to an agreement on a full refund as of yet only on part of the refund but I know that communication with the financial department has occurred and we are just waiting for the response.

I rented from MS Renewal and It was the worst experience I have ever encounteredWhen I moved in I paid my deposit and the rent was suppose to be prorated but I was charged more than I was told I would be charged and I was suppose to get half off the second months rent but I was told to pay more than halfI moved in later than I was suppose to because someone broke in and stole the appliances, the house was not clean and there was a long list of maintenance issues that had to be fixed after I moved inThe garage kept breaking and my car was stuck inside the garage twice and I had to have a friend help me get it out or I had to leave the house with the garage up because it would not go down and one time I had to wait weeks to have it fixedI paid late fees not knowing I was short a certain amount when I was told to pay a certain amount which I did pay what I was told and I explained that my pay schedule changed and asked if I could be excused but was charged a late fee even though I kept lines of communication openA customer service rep called to let me know that my lease was up and asked if I wanted to renew I told them I was moving out when my lease was up and they told me to go on the web to give my day notice I did just that it was a day noticeI called to ask about my deposit and was told that I may not get it back because I did not give a day notice and I called and was given a name of a person to speak with regarding my deposit but to no availI called and emailed but no responseThe kicker was when I received a email to be out before my lease was up so the house could be inspected, so I packed up got a storage unit and a hotelI called about my deposit and told them to keep it and take the rent out for the two weeks I was there and to pay me the difference since I was told to be out by
a certain dateI was told that I would be evicted and I said evicted from what because I was already out the house but they proceeded to have eviction papers drawn up against me but I had long moved out and now it is on my recordI have never been evicted in my life or treated like dirt by a company or peopleI have an attorney I hired to help me get a law suite against MS Renewal and help get
this settled and eviction removed

The repairs issues the Resident encountered have been addressed, our Resident Support Team advised the Resident of the Early Termination Policy and the Resident didn’t agree to those termsAt this time all concerns have been addressed

Mr*** and I have been in communication as recent as within the last hour. The trees are being removed on Sunday, 2/22/15. ?

Based on the information that was received, a full investigation was completed to compare the conditions of the home base on the move in check list and all charges are valid we did forgive some of the cleaning charges based on the move in check list that the home was not cleaned but had to charge for majority of the itemsNo additional monies will be given due to this

Hello, MSR is not being responsive to my complaint and leaves out facts previously raised in my initial complaint to Revdex.com. MSR can go back and read it. I do not feel obligated to repeat myself several months after this complaint was closed by Revdex.com as unresponsive. I am curious to know what MSR's best practice policies are. I have doubts they actually exist. Would MSR be willing to provide them? What Quality Systems are in place to ensure MSR personnel do not guarantee property already promised to another applicant? I think I can be forgiven, given my personal experience and this company's abysmal complaint rate at Revdex.com, for not trusting MSR's internal investigations This is my response Regards, *** ***

We apologize for any miscommunication or dissatisfaction with our representatives at the local office and corporate level, however we have resolved the issues in the initial complaint and had multiple people go over your ledger and charges in detail with you. The initial complaint has been resolved, and there are no ongoing concerns at this time
